It had air conditioning

The flat was impractical. The shower was very small and the water was not warm enough and it didn’t have enough pressure. The bed was very uncomfortable- with uneven mattress, we got pain in the back and didn’t sleep properly. The dining area looks good on the pictures but did not work at all - very impractical. There was no proper kitchen and you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom - there was a tiny kitchen on the balcony and the water was very hot and it was absolutely not possible to use it. Not to mention that the first thing we saw when we entered the flat was a huge cockroach, absolutely disgusting. The bedroom is right above a busy street but busses and you hear every car, person or a bus that pass by. Also, we made a mistake booking for one instead of two and the owner charged was double and requested us to give them cash with no breakdown or reason how she calculated the charge. The location of the flat is not nice at all, you need to walk at least 20 min to the nicer area of the city. I would not recommend this extremely overpriced place, not worth it.

Check-in could be a bit smoother. Also, one day there was no water (which was a problem on the building and not a fault in the apartment). The host was very hands on trying to communicate with the building to fix it

The location is ok if you wish to visit the old town.

Could have been more cleaner.

The host is amazing! We landed at 7:30am and the host told me that the apartment is ready and that we can check-in that early! We got all information where to eat, what to visit, where to shop etc... The apartment is spacious, clean and near old town.

Great location for short stay: close to bus stops, walking distance to old town. Bistro for morning espresso and supermarket nearby. Showing signs of normal wear, but clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchenette seems to be adopted balcony. Remote but friendly and helpful host.

Really not drawbacks but features related to dense urban area: bedroom with open windows may be noisy due to traffic. Some insects may appear.

Area was fairly central, host was very good with instructions and communication. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Host came around the morning we told them we needed some help with the washing machine, no other issues for our stay. Supermarket around the corner. Quite a good location for going to other places on the train.

Quite a long walk from the train station with luggage but we did 2 other short train trips during our stay and no problem with no luggage.

Everything was very nicely organised, the host is just perfect :)

Location, Appartment is very stylish and nice, the host is super welcoming and helpful

The apartment is good and comfortable, exactly as in the pictures: a room with a double bed, a toilet, a little kitchen and a space with a sofa and a high table. There‘s enough space to „live“ and to hang your stuff outside after a day at the beach. Location is good, though some 15-30 min walking to any touristic place but well connected by buses.

The kitchen is too small, not very comfortable to cook a lot. The owner was not very fast at responding, it took her a while to give us the wifi for example. Rooms can be a bit loud from the street where many buses pass by.
