Over-advertising (photos enhanced), over-priced, not staying again.

Location, although it's not exactly in Central, but more like Sheung Wan. Don't know why it's called Lan Kwai Fong since it's nowhere near Lan Kwai Fong (takes 7-8 minute walk through Wellington street). But it's still close to Central, so this is the only plus for me.

Stayed here for 4 nights in early January. Had high expectations since the advertisement (photos) looked really nice. Once arrived, you clearly see the hotel / building is old. The room is not as clean and modern as advertised (photos are heavily enhanced). Especially the bathroom looks really old. The sink was broke, had to wait till another day for the serviceman to come to fix it. This hotel is more like 3-star, not a 4-star, and way over-priced.

立地と広さがいい。

部屋が広かった。部屋の中でお茶が飲めるスペースが良かった。パークビューの部屋でしたが、ビルの隙間から海と船が見えた。人気のジェニーベーカリーの列も部屋から見れた。

水回りが少し古い感じがする。掃除が行き届いてないところがあった。ベットが小さめ、背の高い男性は足がはみ出そう。ロビーが小さめ。

Nice hotel in nice place with nice personnel)

The hotel is situated in nice place just near all the central points ov interest, cafe, old town, new buildings, harbour and ship for Macao. The room' view is towards harbour and opposite beach. The personal is of great hospitality and courtesy/

Overpriced!!

2 beds were nice to have but they are very uncomfortable. Overall small rooms for an astronomical price, location is decent. Front desk helped us, for a print fee of course, print our cambodian visas.

Price - crazy expensive as was everything in hong kong Beds - mushy Size of room and bathroom very small Had to ask every day for our complimentary water, TP, coffee refills etc.instead of just dropping them to our room.

Great stay with very reasonable price.

In the middle of the city but yet a quiet neighborhood. Very easy assess to MTR, Tram, Airport Express, Star Ferry and also Ferry station to Macau. Many eatery around the hotel hence did not had any breakfast or meal within the hotel. Rooms are reasonably clean, except the air con was too cold and there is no way to control the temperature.

Excellent stay in the heart of Hong Kong.

It is a great hotel, with really nice rooms, situated in the heart of Central. Definitely lot of value for the money, my go-to option when staying a few days in Hong Kong, either for work or holidays.

The lack of proper breakfast area is a bit of a bummer, but there are plenty of places around for breakfast.

A rare gem just 10 mins walk away from the heart of LKF. Close to just about everything.

Appreciated the room upgrade for my fiancée’s birthday. Was offered a bottle of wine but it was never delivered. Room was a good size for Hong Kong and the room rates are now realistic for the island, hope this continues as it will attract more tourism

Just the location

The rooms are not what they show on their pictures I check inn and was first asked to give a deposit for 600 HKD !! Which was clearly not mentioned while booking the hotel so that came as a surprise. The lady at the check inn said that if we do not give the deposit she will only activate the room key for one day ( I had booked 2 days ) So even thought I didn’t want to or was not informed earlier I had to pay I got to my room and it was a matchbox , The carpets were smelling the Lenin looked pale yellow and the AC was not working properly I went down to complain and told them to change my room , after 15 mins of explaining to them they finally showed me a room which was slightly better that the one they gave me. I spoke to the duty manager and told ho that the room does not meet the standards or pictures showing on the webpage and I was not happy I asked him to upgrade me to a better room but all he said was you need to pay more if you want a better room. I mean it’s ridiculous. Anyways I took the slight better room as the sheets looked better and the Ac was working fine.I don’t think post covid they have done anything to upkeep the property. Over all except the location do not expect much For a country who wants to get tourist back I’m sorry this hotel’s hospitality was a letdown

Excellent hotel - wonderful staff - superb location

Really friendly staff. Excellent central location. Brilliant air conditioning. Comfortable and clean room. Nice little gym. Complimentary coffee.

Breakfast options not great but plenty of local choice. TV with some streaming options would have been nice too.

Room is quite little in dimension, but i guess its Hong Kong's space limitation. Anyway the room is very well fitted and furnished.

Good location in a hip area of town.

Good location. Rooms felt authentically Hong Kong. Everything is tiny but that’s Hong Kong! View is epic. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast offer didn’t seem to great and gym was quite dated.

Location is good, but rooms' furniture are a bit old

Location was great, on Hong Kong Island, 7-Eleven is close by and waking distance to the Hong Kong-Macau Station. The staff was great and helpful, the lobby had a good smell.

The room was so small, the furniture was really old. The bathroom had a bathtub, but it was very inconvenient to use. The drainage was not working well in the tub. For Arabs out there, no water hose for the toilet. The bed mattress was a bit soft, so not really that comfortable. I hope they change the furniture and do a refresh.

Close to everything

good location, close to Hong Kong night life, bars, and Central Station, making very easy to come from and go to the airport. Chinese decoration in the bedroom, we liked it.

room was smaller than we thought, and bed wasn’t a queen bed but two single beds put together.
