The staff are fantastic and the cleanliness of the rooms is second to none. The staff will always find ways to help and are very friendly. Great location. Good rates.

I received a free upgrade to a corner room, which was surprisingly spacious by Hong Kong standards. The room was pleasant and even had a proper desk where I could work.
Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The hotel also allowed me to extend check-out by one hour for free, with paid late check-out available if needed. Luggage storage was convenient as well, including a paid option for longer storage.
The staff were friendly, the location was very convenient, and overall it was a great hotel if you want an easy stay while exploring the city.
I only stayed for one night and didn’t notice any significant issues.
