Very helpful staff. Carter went out of his way to help me. The bedroom is bright, a corner harbour view. Bed is comfortable and the design and furnishings are good. Modern and smart
Noisy guests upstairs ie noise carries easily. Causeway Bay location means it’s obviously very crowded outside.
Lobby is open, a bit chaotic

Hotel is in a good, convenient location if you want to stay in the Causeway Bay area. Staff were friendly, attentive and quick to be of assistance to guests.
The hotel room was dated, and this includes the (fabric) curtain in the bathroom. The room certainly didn't match the hotel lobby aesthetic.

The service is exceptionally good. From my inquiries and requests, Joyce from reservation was responsive and accommodating. And Alice from the front desk was really GREAT upon our check in. I am so glad that we upgraded to Executive Room w Panoramic View. We really enjoyed our stay. It was worth it! And thank you for the little birthday treats sent to our room!
Breakfast experience was just average.

Spacious room - nice and clean
We booked a city view but got a view of rooftop with aircon units and three buildings - no sight of the city
