Property has lush green trees and nicely designed cabins
Cabins were cold because of the lack of sunlight and areas of the cabin and blankets were dusty

We loved the Oasis, it was a perfect setting for a chill and relax in nature while being close to the beach and great food! The trees, birds, ponds, turtles, frogs and ducks made for a magical secret garden experience. The cabins were clean and well equipped, bed was comfy. Deep and Glenn have nailed it again. This place is perfect for a detach and reconnect to nature. Highly recommend. The wellness centre meant we could have a brilliant massage, so relaxing!
Nothing!

Beautifully clean and comfortable, located in a quiet green haven still close to many attractions
Only that I wasn’t able to stay longer.

Nothing in particular.

Close to everything but very secluded. Beautiful rainforest feel, very peaceful and private. Bungalows spacious and cosy at the same time.

Very nice setting. Tranquil and away from noise and close to the beach. Staff on hand and available if any queries and very helpful. Tara always kept us up to date and answered email and phone queries as we made our way to the resort.
Can’t fault it. Very nice quiet setting to relax.

The bird life & privacy.
The camping style stove & oven was limiting as far as cooking meals & not very efficient.

Secluded place to stay. Short walk to beach. Nice bit in the middle to walk around. Hosts very friendly and helpful. We bought a dog at short notice and paid the extra which they were accommodating about thankfully.
The bathroom in our cabin was a wet room and required a squeegee (provided) and we had to mop up the floor after every shower with spare towels to ensure we didn't slip. Not the best design if we were actually disabled and couldn't get onto the floor to do this. Upstairs was all open plan so only the downstairs bedroom had privacy, and this only was a sliding door - one onto kitchen and one into shared bathroom so you have to negotiate with others how you will use the doors. There was no dedicated washer/dryer facilities in the wider complex that were accessible after dark.

The location was great. Close to the shops, cafes and restaurants only 5- 10 minute drive.
The lounge area had great air conditioning to keep warm from a cold night and morning.
The warm shower temperature was very good and shower head was a lovely touch to the stay as it provided a good water pressure to wash the day off making us feel refreshed. Fresh sheets were very comfortable.
A rug in the room would be nice as the tiles were freezing on our feet.
The double bed was not really stable as when getting into the bed it moved because it’s on wheels.

Loved the location and the privacy
My hubby said the bed was too hard, but I didn't have a problem. Guess you can't please everyone though.

The Oasis is in a lovely spot, surrounded by forest. The cabin was well set up with everything we needed, staff kept in touch with us with everything we needed to know. Good value for money.
The facilities are a little dated, the shower didn't drain very well due to only having a curtain, the bathroom window didn't close properly, minor things that didn't spoil our stay.

The serenity of the place
And the reception made us so welcomed and not judged
Lack of resources provided, the providers of services were
not on site . So I would have pre booked

The price and grounds were beautiful
The beds were extremely hard to sleep on and the lounge room area was a bit small for up to 8 people.

it was quiet and beautiful surrounds outside, the hot tub was fantastic! and hearing the native birds was lovely.
the water feature and ponds around really give you that tranquil holiday feel. short walk to the beach/cafe too which was great!
there were lots of cobwebs and spiders in our main bedroom over the bed and behind the bed head. the dust was thick and smelt of mold. we spent an hour the first night we arrived cleaning it, so that we could sleep.
the bed head looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in years.
the bathroom has a drainage issue and the floor was always wet, due to the fall of the tiles on the floor. a squeegee mop was provided to container the water.
the lounge room needed an extra light it was dark, and the air conditioner and fans were noisy. the neighbours aircon kept us up at night as it clicked on and off all night behind the wall to our bed.

Quiet and close to the beach. A lot of room which was great.
a bit dated

The location is lovely and tranquil set amongst bushland. The cabin has a full fridge toaster etc to make basic meals and space to store groceries etc. There's a trolley each side of the bed to store items as well as a portable hanging robe with enough space to unpack for a short stay. A small tv and couch and a dining table. Bathroom has towels and another trolley for storage. There is a fan and screens on all windows and doors. There are also communal spaces which would be great if you were travelling in a group.
The property is great value for the price but you do get what you pay for and should have reasonable expectations
The property is a little tired and cleaning and maintenance seem to be building up. As it's a bushland setting there is a lot of dust and dirt, leaves cobwebs etc. And there are plenty of spiders. We found dead spiders behind the bed, and live ones between the windows and screens. Difficult to eradicate in the setting where the cabins are but a deep clean would make these feel a lot more comfortable.
The bathrooms are all accessible but this does mean that the open showers allow water to cover the entire bathroom floor. A squeegee broom is provided but isn't overly effective so you have to be very careful on the bathroom floors after showering.
The cabin smells of damp (again normal for this setting) just something to note especially if you have allergies.
