Prachtig hotel en kamers, maar wel afgelegen van Brussel centrum

Mooi hotel, prachtig ontworpen qua interieur en stijl. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt en mooie kamers met veel kast ruimte en inloopdouche.

20 minuten rijd afstand van centrum van Brussel af. Ook niets in de buurt van hotel. Zwembad is niet erg warm. Bed was wat aan de harde kant, maar nog steeds comfortabel. Geen volledige 5 sterren gevoel, qua ervaring en service. Meer 4 sterren waardig.

Ok for a quick stay.

The hotel is very elegant and the staff were lovely and helpful. I arrived late and check in was quick and easy. The room was large and spacious. Its out of town, but close to the office I was visiting so ok for me. It is close to the metro station, so you can get into town in about 25 mins.

The bed was so hard, was extremely uncomfortable, though the pillows were lovely and soft. Breakfast was odd, I get that it is an Asian inspired hotel, but Dim sum for breakfast was just strange for me. There was an egg station that was closed, and we waited 10 minutes for some scrambled eggs that more closely resembled a thick soup. Fruit, juice, pastries, donuts and cold cuts they had a good selection.

Comfortable

Very nice and elegant hotel, rooms are Spacious and luxurious. Across the street from the wedding venue I was going to.

It is very far from the train station. 10 min+ walk with a suitcase and a toddler is not ideal.

Adequate but not exceptional

Decor was unusual. Rooms quiet

Limited food on menu. Room needed some repairs (door and safe). Limited hanging space (only 4 hangers) and only 1 towel hook in shower room. Quilt was thick/heavy for summer use (thinner alternative required). Breakfast was cold on early start.

just a small thing but they decided to clean the carpet in the bar on Sunday afternoon which was very noisy. because the weather was bad we were having a drink with our friends in the afternoon before dinner

We stayed because of the pickleball competition but next time would find a hotel with a better restaurant and wine price

The pool the bar area and the dining area.

The breakfast was over priced and not great. The dinner menu wasn’t great either selection or price. Bottles of wine over priced. I think for a hotel away from the Center it should have a menu that you would like to stay at the hotel and relax but it was too pricey and limited we ate two nights elsewhere

It was a pure desaster.

The shower door could not be closed, nor could the shower devices be adjusted. The balcony aka "Feng Shui-Style-Terrace" was a dirty place without furniture and cigarette butts from prior visitors in a died-out flower basket. To completely ruin this romantic getaway plan there as a group of approx. 100 people in their 20s doing a car race. Fair enough, but they turned the hotel restaurant, wellness area and breakfast brunch into something between a youth hostel and a frat party. I highly recommend Amigo Hotel if you want 5star service in Brussels.

Pleasant stay at an excellent place

We liked everything about this hotel. The staffs were really kind, the food (breakfast) was great, very comfortable and sophisticated rooms, the pool, the gym and the sauna were maintained really clean. Wonderful experience.

Parking was €50 for 2 nights. A beer was €12. Room service was €8 each time. Food quality was poor.

The room was clean and the service was friendly

The spa was only accessible via the bar, so you have to walk through a busy bar in your dressing gown. The restaurants were very over priced for the quality. Drinks were very expensive.

Nice hotel with great facilities

Enjoyed our main meals at the hotel and they were excellent The leisure facilities were great; well equipped gym and the pool area was very spacious

Totally our choice as to the location but we might possibly have chosen a hotel closer to the town in hindsight Disagreeable smell of damp where the spa and leisure facilities are located

Low value for money, not 5 star standard

Very good location near the highway. Friendly Front Desk personnel. Clean rooms, Parking not overpriced and with a parking garage option.

Low value for money, feels more like a four star than a five star hotel. Restaurant and bar personnel unfriendly and unattentive, the barman rather chatted to friends of his than taking orders. Breakfast definitely not on five star level. The „spa“ is a sauna and a rather cold pool, with hair on the ground around the loungers.

It was nice with some small bumps related to the SPA

The suite was spacious and nicely furnished. the hotel was nice and easy to get to by car.

The hotel facilities (spa/sauna) were by reservation only and when we arrived at 6pm it was not possible to reserve anymore.

More like a gym than a hotel. Many folks walking around in bath robes in all public places.

Hotel underground parking very good - exits and entry VERY poor. Security gates misfunctioned for me and other guests. Exit difficult even with a validated card. Took me 5 minutes to get the barrier up using alarm buttons.
