The foyer and restaurant were great
The room wasn't as modern as we'd hoped. We felt we paid more than what we should have. One night there was a group of young people partying in the room above us. Not sure if staff were aware of this. Some were in front of the Sebel yelling up to the others.

Enjoyed the price reduction and the amenities i.e. spa.
Nothing, perhaps expected a larger bedroom. Expected robes as advertised, didn't have any in room.

We're really enjoying the spacious room and the fantastic breakfast. Plus, the location is super convenient – just a short walk to the city. Furthermore, the staff at the reception showed kindness and attentiveness.
They charged us for overnight parking. Additionally, the hotel also lacks electric vehicle charging facilities.

Great facilities in the room including washer/dryer and laundry liquid.
Small car parking spaces.

The location was great & the breakfast was really delicious. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly too.
There was no or very little ventilation in the bathrooms, it caused all the mirrors to fog up and all the walls and counters to get wet along with anything on them.
Also we couldn’t use the TV in the main room as after a minute or so of turning it on it started emitting a high pitched noise.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful tasty food for Dinner and Breakfast at the restaurant, comfortable room, location is great.. Great that parking supplied even though for a fee .Lovely night away 😊
If have to make one dislike ….Slight musty, stale smell in room when entering. Possible a water leak or overflow guessing on wet appearance on carpet around skirting, however not unbearable.

room 111 was terrific. Just need a small seat/table in bathroom fo clothes or sitting on when appling cream to feet and legs. (edge of bath is a bit hard)
Excellent location.
Being charged for two slices of toast after a cooked breakfast. No gluten free cereals for breakfast. Suprised to get Lurpak(Danish butter) instead of Australian, Need better map of Launceston.

The Sebel was the perfect starting point for our walk on The Bay of Fires with pick-up from the front door.
The hotel restaurant is excellent offering a mixture of both western and Asian cuisines, a must try for visitors.
Easy walking distance to the centre of the CBD.
Our only issue was with the paid parking availability for guests. It would seem that the area available already has many spaces reserved for other users and given the size of the hotel, there seemed to be too few spots available for guests.

Convenient, comfortable but unfortunately it was a short stay made much shorter by flight cancellations and not getting in until 5pm

Location
We booked a one-bedroom apartment assuming the bedroom would be completely separate from the living area so that a quiet sleeping area could be maintained. Strangely, there are big sliding doors separating the bedroom from the back of the couch in the living area, but the side of the bedroom is completely open to the living space. If you want to go to bed or rise in the morning at a different time from your partner, the potential for noise invasion is difficult to control.

would have been nice to have more toiletries- eg no toothpaste/brush provided. would have been nice to have bath salts to add to spa

An amazingly spacious 2 bed apartment within the hotel, it had so much space in the lounge and kitchen, large comfy beds, great bathrooms and even a laundry with a dryer! Hotel had a car park underneath for $8 extra, which was very convenient. Location-wise was near the shops and also the harbour area with restaurants.
There was some early morning noise from refuse lorrys unloading next door.
