Prima hotel, maar zeer onpersoonlijk

De locatie was prima. Een mooie grote kamer met een mooi uitzicht.

Na een lange reis vanuit Italië moesten we zelf bij een scherm inchecken. We hebben geen personeel gezien. Dit kostte wel wat moeite en was niet zo gastvrij en dat vonden we jammer.

Beautiful villa

Good location. Lovely balcony and views from our room. Loved the decor and the quirky kitchen and dining room - I could of sat there all night looking at the antiques and retro pieces

Check in portal was a pain, tried to checkout but couldn’t get it working and had to get on our way!

Bit overpriced for place without service.

It was a very central location in Füssen

I booked my stay with parking, we arrived late and there was no parking available so we parked elsewhere. When I checked in through the machine it forced me to pay for parking, while I couldnt use parking. The next day I tried to find staff so maybe we could fix it together. But there was no staff. So now I paid for parking I never used 👎

Un soggiorno da sogno

La vista sulla natura all'esterno (nel mio caso era tutto innevato, un sogno), la bellezza e la pulizia delle stanze, la posizione vicina al centro di Fuessen

Non fanno la colazione, ma mettono a disposizione comunque una cucina con la macchina del caffè e la possibilità di portare cibo da fuori

Our stay was pleasant

Toilet was spacious. Nice environment. Place was easily accessible.

The room light was yellow and dim. Would have been better if the lights in the room was the usual white light. Was hard to look for our things.

I liked the spacious room, garden courtyard and the patios.

I do understand the experiment but, in my preferences, hotellerie is about to receive guests, while here everithing happens through an ATM machine … no way - value-for-money is extremely poor - I’m sorry

Fairy tale stay

We really enjoyed the charming garden, the wonderful view of the castle, and the fact that our room was close to everything (eg 15 minutes ride to Neuschweinstein Castle, 5 minutes walk to the old city centre). There were parking spaces available at the property (and included in the price of the room).

There is no elevator available (however we had no problem with our small luggages).

Beautiful Bavarian, characterful hotel.

Beautiful Bavarian hotel. Perfect location, 3 minute walk to the centre of town. We had the family room and this had a bonus of an outdoor patio area with access to the lovely garden. Our kids loved the thoughtful touches - sweets on the pillows. There are plenty of bakeries and a supermarket nearby for fresh breakfast supplies which we could eat downstairs in the hotel's breakfast area -they supplied plates and cutlery. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated, very characterful and gives an authentic Bavarian experience.

Some noise from neighbouring rooms but it's in a old building so you don't expect modern soundproofing. It didn't bother us but some people might prefer total quiet.

Superb

Great reception staff. They spoke perfect English and were very friendly and helpful. There was a safe place inside to store our bicycles. The free tea and coffee was a nice touch too. Happily stay here again in future.

Lovely stay, very helpful staff

Very clean, spacious rooms. located within 2 min walk to Alstadt. very artistic interiors. had safe for parking. staff was very helpful in drawing out places to visit, and helped us understand about the region in depth. very friendly people. made our trip very memorable.

Very nice accommodations for a great price!

Very clean rooms! The breakfast looked delicious (be sure to request it ahead of time). The manager was so kind and friendly. We will definitely come again in the future.

This is such a cute hotel and honestly a really great value for what you get.

We loved this cute little hotel. If you bring a car, the parking lot is very small, but we did not have an issue getting a spot for one night. We parked our car right out front of our hotel room which was on the first floor. We were able to open our window and pass the luggage right inside the room which was so nice after a week of lugging it up and down steps at other hotels. The front staff were really nice. The room felt clean and my son loved the bunk bed (which was really great and had a high wooden side so I had no concerns of him falling out). The hotel is a little older and nothing fancy, but the bathroom was very nice with a ton of counter space. The beds were comfy. we only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. Breakfast was pretty good and inexpensive and the woman in charge made sure to keep the food/drinks refilled at the buffet and the tables clean. She did a great job.

There really was nothing to dislike.
