We choose this place for it being in vicinity of Castle Neuschwanstein. For excursions there, even walking, this is a great place. The owners are super nice and provide you with clear instructions to checkin, also after hours. They serve a very good breakfast, which leaves nothing to be asked. The rooms, spread across several buildings are well equipped and they have a rustique charme. The owners even provide fridges in the buildings, an extra perk we were not expecting! There are plenty of parking spaces around for all guests. Everything is very clean.

Everything! Fabulous hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. It is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The Schwangau Guestpass was an added bonus for free bus travel and discounts on attractions nearby.
