Located in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $410 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Luxury Oceanfront Condo: Wifi, Saltwater Pool and Linens Included * The unit is thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. * Welcome to 'A Place at the Beach'. A Luxury Oceanfront, Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom condo, beautifully updated, 3rd floor, direct oceanfront unit in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the private deck. Watch the dolphins play in the water. Enjoy the sound of the surf, walk on the soft white sand, pick up seashells and swim in the ocean. This is a much sought after 3rd floor unit which makes it a highly desirable location. Please keep in mind there is no elevator in the complex. There are no units above you and you have a great view from the oceanfront balcony. Both the master bedroom and living room open to the oceanfront deck. The condo has a central air conditioning system with WiFi, three flat screen TV's and DVD players. The condo is a fantastic place for a family vacation or a getaway. The kitchen has a Keurig, blender and everything else you could need for a relaxing visit to the beach. This quiet building has its own private saltwater pool (with lounge chairs and picnic tables) surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The pool is open for swimming from May to October. We are north of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features seasonal rides for the kids, numerous shops and restaurants, seasonal fireworks on Thursday nights and Sunday movie night at the lake. Just blocks from the condo is the marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. Walk north of the condo to the fishing pier where there is an outdoor bar and top floor restaurant. There are secure rinse-off showers on the ground floor and a coin laundry room for your use. In the condo storage area there are beach fold-up chairs, a cooler, buckets and shovels, boogie boards and noodles for the kids. There is assigned parking at the building for one car and extra parking in visitor spots or across the street for those with more than one vehicle. We take pride in providing a clean quality condo for your enjoyment. As a complimentary service we provide one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one garbage bag per garbage can to begin your stay. Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to sign electronically. We hope to see you at the beach this year!

It was a very nice unit and beautiful view. Stayed with family of 5, we really enjoyed it. Was thrilled to have a few indoor toys to entertain the little ones, and for the beach toys. The third floor could be a bit of a task with 3 under 6, but honestly I felt it was pretty worth it (esp with the view). Also, would pack enough to not have to do too much laundry (coin laundry machine on main level).
Would book here again, really loved it and the view.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Love the decor and layout. View was awesome, we sit out there everyday. Checking in and out instructions were good. Owners communicated well with us. Responding quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We will be using it again if it is avaliable!

Ideally located, not only on the beach, but also at Carolina Beach, which is very family friendly oriented we discovered. And “family friendly“ is one of many descriptions that capture the environment of this condo… Talk about feeling like you’re at home while away from home at the beach… they provide everything more than you could think to bring Just to ensure more time to enjoy your vacation, Including books and toys for the youngsters. Reading Devotions for the Beach at the start of the day and a bottle of very good wine (for later in the day) are just two of many examples of the special treasures you’ll find here. We have been raving about this condo with our family and friends, and we definitely plan to return… Making it our go to place on the North Carolina coast.… A great find!

This was our family’s third trip to Carolina Beach in as many years. This was our favorite condo so far. The location is wonderful great views and beach access! This particular unit had a wonderful variety of family-oriented extras (books, dvds, games, beach and pool toys) that made the trip more enjoyable. We hope to stay here again on our next trip!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Wonderful place with the perfect view to enjoy the ocean even while you’re inside. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony each morning. Thankful for the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for our kids. The second bedroom even had legos and blocks for our kids to play with while inside. Very happy with the cleanliness. Conveniently located close to the North End Cafe. Walked down there each morning to pick up a coffee and take back to enjoy on the balcony. Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Property is ideal size for 2 or more. Balcony is spacious with perfect ocean views. The pictures in the listing make the view look further than it actually is. The view is spectacular. The condo is clean and has every appliance one could need in the full sized kitchen (I forgot to bring a blender for frozen drinks but they had one in the cabinet!). WIFI access was easy to use. Easy access to all things Carolina Beach from this location. You won't regret it. The owners are very gracious and answered any and all questions. Highly recommended!

The view was awesome and we enjoyed the selection of games after spending time on the Boardwalk and the beach. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever back to that area.

If you come from inland (like Colorado) and want a beach experience without having to bake yourself on the sand for hours, this was perfect. Great view, sounds and relaxation, easy access to a nice beach, restaurants, grocery, anything you need. Well equipped kitchen, which we made good use of.

The location and property are absolutely perfect! You can walk out onto the beach or sit on the patio to watch the sunrise. We played on the beach everyday hunting for shells, shark teeth, and chasing waves. The place was stocked with activities for a range of ages, which was a bonus. The only difficulty we had was that place was a bit skimpy with basics like toilet paper and toiletries and the early 10 am checkout time made us forget to fully complete a couple checkout steps as we rushed our young kids out the door. All said, we would definitely recommend this place on the beach!!

Unfortunately, we booked this condo during the height of Hurricane Ian. The first day we were not able to reach the condo due to flooding (the streets prior to the condo). Denise was lovely, quick to respond, and tried to help. She answered the phone right away and/or responded promptly to my messages. This sort of weather is expected at the beach sometimes, but I was happy to have a responsive host.
We stayed the night inland, and returned the next day with two days of perfect weather. The condo is very large to be on the beach, clean, and has Duplo's/books, which my boys loved. The beds/sheets/towels are comfortable and the area is close to restaurants. The beach is also a nice part of CB beach; the sand is clean, powdery and the public access is not a busy one. I used to live in the area, so this matters. Because of the storm, we found so many beautiful shells, star fish, and even Stone Crab.
Regardless of the set back, we had a great vacation.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was well stocked with anything you can think of from kitchen utensils to beach supplies. Perfect ocean view and short walk to the beach. Nice outside shower and pool area.

Great family rentl
I was a little reluctant to rent in a complex with several units. Had only stayed at single residences. Ed very, very satisfied with our stay at the unit. Everything was great. The view, the condo itself, the pool, the beach. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Dad/daughter beach week
Spent a week here enjoying the beach and all that Carolina Beach has to offer. The property is in a great location and it’s access to the beach is just fantastic. We spent about every day on the beach and it was nice to walk back and have lunch each day. The view is amazing and provided some great viewing opportunities for storms that rolled through. One thing to be aware of is that if it rains hard, the area floods quickly. You may wind up being somewhat trapped for a while. Our SUV was able to get through but the water was deep at some points. Otherwise would stay again. The property owners were great to work with and everything was just easy and accurate from their instructions.

My family (2 adults + 2 kids) enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Condo is attractive - nice floors, paint job, decor. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and from inside. Plenty of seating. It was perfect for the 2 of us, but honestly it could easily have have slept 4 comfortably (6 if you use the sleeper sofa). The condo was clean, sweet and so very welcoming. You could not beat the view of the beach and access to the beach was literally steps away. You could walk to the most awesome breakfast place or make anything you want in the well stocked kitchen. Actually, everything is well stocked; books, games, beach chairs, etc... Everything needed to enjoy your time away from home is at your fingertips. In addition to that, the hosts are very responsive but you won't need them because again everything you need is already there.
This condo is truly a place to make memories. Do not hesitate to book this condo and start your vacation.
