Located off Spartanburg Ave which leads straight to Beach Access #9! Use the complimentary Golf Cart and park right in front of the beach access! It's so convenient! The golf cart includes free parking for all Town of CB owned spaces and lots. What a value! Cathedral ceilings and architectural windows make this home the ideal place to take in gorgeous evening sunsets! Upscale modern furnishings & artwork throughout. Fenced-in rear yard with outdoor shower, patio and gas grill. Garage is equipped with a 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking included. (Cart is registered for parking at all Town of Carolina Beach owned parking spaces and parking lots, including Beach Access 9. Town of Kure Beach parking and privately owned spaces/lots are not included.) First level features entrance foyer, two bedrooms & one full bath, laundry room and garage. (All bedrooms have Queen beds and smart TVs ). Master bedroom & bath are on the second level as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, quaint dining area, powder room & great room. LED fireplace with ship-lap mantle and 65" flat screen smart TV are some of the highlights of the spectacular open great room with the sunset view! Enjoy an evening cocktail or entertain outside on the 2nd story covered deck with cathedral ceiling and lighting. Did we mention VALUE? We provide a six passenger golf cart at no additional charge! (Did you know it costs $200/day to rent a golf cart on the island? Rented carts do not include free parking, but we do!) Property was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the location close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Included golf cart was a great way to get around the area. We had a problem with the door lock upon arrival but the owners were very responsive and had us inside in no time.

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The golf cart was a wonderful way to get to the beach quickly and the fenced yard was great for our pups. The only issue was there were only 4 bath towels and very little to cook with as far as pots and utensils. There was also no first aid kits when we needed some band aids. Other than a few minor inconveniences it was great!

The property was clean. A nice backyard for my fur babies. We had a dog park right down the street. We enjoyed the golf cart to go all around the town. My only thing is I wish it had blinds or window coverings on the 2nd level for the evening hours.

This beautiful home checked all of the boxes for us. Very near the beach, close to shopping, quant neighborhood, dog friendly and quite cozy! The property was clean and well maintained. Jackie responsive to us which we really appreciated. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our meals! Thanks so much for a beautiful stay! I’ll be back for sure.

Jackie was great and communication and details before and during our stay in Carolina Beach. The house was super clean. We enjoyed the golf cart to get in and around town. We would definitely consider staying there again if we ever visit Carolina beach again.

This place is amazing. 10 stars for the 6-seater golf cart that you can take all around the island, not have to pay for parking and get up close beach access, that was such a nice perk. The place was exactly as described, our dogs had a fantastic time! We will definitely come back!

Perfect home for a family and plenty of room for the dog too! We enjoyed our stay! The amenities at the house were wonderful, and we ran into an issue during our stay with the lock, and the owners of the house were very quick to respond and help out!

We had an amazing stay. This beautiful home is so modern and has everything you need for your stay. Our pup enjoyed sitting on the porch and curling up on the comfortable dog bed at night. The golf cart was the perfect way to get to the beach and restaurants close by. We hope to stay again soon.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely beach house.. we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for our family , 4 adults and 2 children. Our pets were comfortable as well. I especially enjoyed the personal pictures of your dogs and all the other pet related items.

I can honestly say this was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at. This was our first time taking our dogs with us. We are always a little hesitant to stay at places that allow others to bring their pets due to cleanliness, but this did not disappoint! Home was very clean and smelled fresh. The golf cart was really the cherry on top. We have rented in the past and that can sometimes be inconvenient with timing and pick up/drop off. I will be recommending this home to others and we will be back!

Super clean and comfortable property. Loved the modern, sophisticated and uncluttered decor. Great set up for our family (2 young adult children) and dog. Golf cart was a great convenience to get to the beach (6 longish blocks) and to the pickleball courts (3 blocks). VRBO hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We packed unnecessary items because this property had it all from beach items, board games, toiletries, etc. The golf cart was great feature and the neighbors were friendly. My sister,neice,myself and our spouses came for the weekend to visit family and attend a family Baby shower. We hadn't been to Carolina beach in years. It worked out great we could all stay together in your property. It was close by to everything we needed. We could have ridden on the golt cart but it was too windy and chilly.

We really enjoyed this property. Modern decor. Very clean. We slept in two of the beds and so comfortable! What initially attracted us to this listing was the fenced in yard. We have two rescue beagles that really enjoyed the freedom since we are in a condo that requires them to always be leashed and walked. We loved how accommodating it was for our dogs. Beds, treats, toys, water dishes…. The gulf cart was a plus too. It was too cold to walk to the beach during our stay so that was a quicker alternative with a blanket. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It suited our needs as a small family who wanted to bring our dog with us to the beach. And the golf cart was a very convenient. The only hitch was a problem with our electronic deadbolt code not working, after a long drive to get there, but the owners were very responsive in getting that fixed.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week. My parents who are in their 70s, my husband and myself, my teenage daughter and my two dogs enjoyed our stay! We picked this location based on the fact that it had a fenced in yard and a downstairs where my 13 year old dog would not have to climb up and down steps. The checkin process was easy. I got a text message from the owner with the code to get in the house. When we got in the house, it was very clean. There was pretty much everything you needed in the house (towels, linens, soap, etc.) We used the golf cart for a quick ride to the beach. It literally took two or three minutes to get from the house to the beach. Perfect location. We had prepared all of our food prior to Thanksgiving and just reheated everything there, which worked out wonderfully! Everything was great and we would stay there again!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This was a beautiful place with comfortable beds! It was a convenient commute to the beach with the provided golf cart which was a big reason why we rented. Was nice having a full size kitchen and amenities to cook. The few issues we did run into and mentioned to the host were in having to manually light the grill as the igniter didn't work. The golf cart glitched on us twice in abruptly dropping power despite having a nearly fully charge. My family and I were coasting at best back to the home in the dark but at least were expecting it the second time. The owner offered to rent us another but we didn't find it necessary for just one day and based on what the digital gauge cluster was telling us. The other issue was a sizeable gap under the side yard gate. If you have smaller dogs like we did don't leave them unattended. It's probably around 6 inches in height. Two of our dogs proved the point and got out twice as a result.

We are four retirees plus one lucky 4 year old lab who enjoyed a beautiful fall stay in this great house. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for accessing the Greenway, dog park, and beach. The sunsets from the deck were striking and the evenings in front of the linear fireplace were relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with the basics to cook our meals. Our pup enjoyed sitting on the deck or sniffing around in the fenced yard. We would welcome a chance to stay again.
