We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Thank you.

The location is great - just outside of Eastbourne with a lovely view of the beach and sea. The set up of two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us as two couples. The apartment is well stocked with everything you might need.

Nothing to dislike about the property - just a suggestion - a large rug may make it feel cosier.

Amazing Sea Views

Excellent location. The balcony is a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful sea views. A tastefully decorated and very comfortable spacious apartment in a lovely peaceful area. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking a bonus. Would be happy to return.

Super stay - and our little dog was also made very welcome.

The property was super clean, very nicely furnished, and every facility available to us. The host Jane was extremely helpful. The location was absolutely great with coastal views.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Stunning, relaxing

The accommodation was beautifully decorated . The location was Stunning view of the sea,very quiet and relaxing .

We had a lovely relaxing time here with our two small children.

The first floor flat is amazingly clean and spacious. Literally by the beach and short walk to the restaurants. Beds are comfy, linens are luxurious shower is strong. Complementary fizz is lovely. Secure parking is just outside. Baby cot AND highchair are in the apartment. Quick replies from owner. Jane (and her cleaner) went out of her/their way to return our thermometers FOC.

Getting the key was a bit of a track. Gate fob doesn’t work brilliantly. Shutters aren’t really making room dark (though nice feature). Hard to keep doors from banging if you are not used to these type. We took our own fan and tassimo pods as there were none.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment; it was close to the beach and the marina where there are some excellent restaurant

A minor personal issue, and maybe I did not look hard enough, but I like to read the manual instructions before using new appliances and I could not find them.

Comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea. A great stay!

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Good for those who like eating in and enjoying the peace and quiet.

The beds in the twin room are very narrow.

Spacious, filled with light & a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony & front windows of the apartment. Modern Interior perfectly designed in all rooms for comfort.

Relaxing and enjoyable.

The property was well located with lovely views of the beach. The balcony was sheltered and a nice place to enjoy a cup of tea and people watch. Parking was good with a designated spot and secure with gated access. Having two bathrooms was a bonus and makes this apartment ideal for two couples as well as families. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The property is pet friendly and we were able to take our dog and enjoyed early morning walks along the beach and around the harbour area.

Having to collect the keys from a different location was a slight inconvenience but the instructions provided were easy to follow.

Stunning apartment. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location..The perfect birthday retreat with friends for long walks and leisurely lunches.

The twin beds felt smaller than a standard single. A little tricky for a 6ft adult.

A fabulous place to stay to find peace and quiet, yet be close to amenities if you need them.

Having stayed here a few years ago I wondered if it would be as good as I remembered. I am pleased to say it did not disappoint, it is still a wonderful place to stay. It has everything you need, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Although the weather was pretty awful the location meant we had fantastic views of the sea in all it's splendour. We had a lovely relaxing stay, just what we needed. We hope we can return at some point when our busy lives allow us to.

Luxury Apartment with Sea View

Wonderful location with uninterrupted views of the beach and sea. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture to sit on and enjoy the view. Flat is very well equipped and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Very secure location with free parking. Host was very helpful. Would be happy to return.

Seaside relaxation break

I was really surprised how spacious the apartment is, with having a family of five, plus two dogs, we had prepared for it to be a bit of a squeeze, but it was more than big enough. It was like a home from home, and had everything we needed, which was perfect! The welcome pack was extra special, and so thoughtful. The view is amazing, and the area is so peaceful which considering how close to the sea it is, it was so lovely. The shops and Marina a small walk away. We needed a break from our busy lives, this was perfect for us and certainly worth every penny. Bonus points for the smart TV's and a Netflix account our children could use!thank you!! Hostess Jane, was very accommodating and checked in on us before and after arrival by phone, it was nice to know if we needed anything she was more than happy to help! Overall I couldn't fault anything! It certainly exceeded our expectations and I will be telling our friends and family all about our trip.

Almost perfect and, subject to the 2 issues mentioned above,would love to stay again.

The location, size and what it offered in terms of facilities. Lovely property and location

The dodgy front door lock which meant we were locked in the flat. Thankfully the housekeeper came and let us out after half an hour. The housekeeper was really helpful and pleasant. It was just not the best start to our stay as we had to be somewhere and were late. We would also have appreciated slightly more than half a toilet roll for the price we were paying for one night!
