Location great. Front desk staff excellent.
General condition of building very run down. Our room was dusty and everything just felt second hand.

Location is great, clean inside, the room was nice, breakfast acceptable. Over all a pleasurable experience.
When we checked in, we gave our name and were pointed in the general direction of the room, no further information was given, for example breakfast, timings etc. More than 1 pillow per person would be ideal. The shower in a standard room is very small so if your a larger person (like myself) don’t expect to be able to move much.

Room was comfortable with sea view. Decent cooked breakfast
I would have liked a wider range of food (e.g. fresh fruit) at breakfast

Good location. Nice breakfast included in the price which is good. Comfortable bed.
No real bar area. To meet up in. Really its just bed and breakfast.

Seaview and location were okay
Very cheap facilities, I don’t think it was good value for money, £100 with the dog, breakfast was poor. Twin beds pushed together that kept coming apart when sitting on the bed. Staff a little bit blunt / rude, were weird about giving extra towels and toilet roll.

Sea view rooms next to each other, as requested.
Comfortable clean rooms, ideal location close to Pier and town centre.
Included buffet cooked breakfast good value for money..
All the staff friendly and helpful.
The only thing missing wash shower gel in bathroom., dispenser on shower wall empty.

Clean, friendly staff.
No wheel breaks on the bed so it kept sliding across the room!
Rubbery eggs at breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were a lovely size and the location is brilliant.
The breakfast was good too.
The view from the window which was a sea view wasn’t great as the windows have issues with permanent streak condensation marks between the glass panels so it never clears. If this was fixed the views would be amazing.

Location was excellent and great value for money
Bed we a little uncomfortable think a lot of it was to do with the two bed being pushed together 🙈

The price, staff and location are all great. It's directly opposite the beach and adjacent to the pier. There is a pub across the road from it and shops nearby.
The breakfast was very good, as was the coffee and the staff were very accommodating at breakfast time.
It's a little bit tatty, and there was no wifi while we were there.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is homely with plenty of choice. The location of the hotel is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
This hotel is used by substantial groups of students who scream, slam doors, and crowd the lifts and stairs at night. The breakfast room also tends to get packed. In fact at times the hotel resembles a youth hostel.

The staff were exceptionally good and could not do enough to help. They also did it at amazing speed!
There was an immense choice for breakfast. The hotel has an excellent arrangement for close by on street parking which costs £2 for each day (24 hours). Renew at 9h00 daily. We were able to park immediately behind the hotel - brilliant.
There is a very strange floor configuration. Our room, 327, was actually on the 4th floor directly above 322. Yes, we became disorientated and tried to access the wrong room. Having 300 numbers on 2 different floors is decidely odd.

Overall, it was a comfortable room and a tasty breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Noisy teenagers messed around on the corridor and slammed the heavy doors. Very noisy. I did complain, and the receptionist did deal with the matter, but the group continued.
Although the room was comfortable, it could have improved with shower gel in the bathroom and a few biscuits with the tea/coffee. The pillows were on the thin side. Attention to detail is required.

This Hotel surprised me it is absolutely value for money and in the perfect location it is not the Ritz but i was very happy with the Hotel and especially the Hotel Staff would stay again,
Parking was a bit of searching what to do was not prominent enough in the Hotel details but once I found out you can purchase an all day ticket for two pound was happy.

The hotel itself is ok. You get what you pay for. My wife got a bad vibe as we arrived as the corridor was cold and the lift button was taped up. But it was the middle of winter so you can't expect perfection. When we got to our room it was melting hot and clean, a little dated but perfectly ok. The bathroom was nice, plenty of hot water. We had a room at the back of the hotel away from the main promonade outside but the windows are old and there is a constant stream of traffic all day and evening. The bin men came at 5.30 and woke the whole hotel up, crashing and banging and blasting their horn for some reason and there is a busy pub right across the street and you can hear everything including a guy that was plastered and shouting and swearing as he was thrown out. The cook breakfast was great and the staff super helpful, so good job there. We were a little disappointed with Eastbourne itself, we are by no means snobs, but the town felt scruffy. We went out at night for a meal and didn't feel particularly safe. There were lots of druggy types hanging around in every shop doorway and gangs of kids littering the prom and booming their music out. Maybe it will be better in summer but the wife says she won't be hurrying back.
Secondary glazing.

Very good price and it included breakfast.
Good Seaview location.
Great to have a double bedroom for sole occupancy.
Great to have a bath!
Nice to have ironing board and iron
Couldn't get TV to switch on maybe remote needed a battery.
No soap in dispenser in the bathroom.
Good selection at breakfast but hot food was lukewarm.
Couldn't get wi fi to log in.
Very flat, old pillows and no spares in wardrobe. I had a balcony but no key to open the door maybe for safety reasons.
