NEED A RELAXING STAY? COME OVER TO THIS HOTEL

I requested to be in a room away from the elevator and they gave me the end room which was so peaceful anI d quiet. I also requested one extra pillow per bed which they did. Room was clean with a grandiose view of the city by the water. I appreciated the 6th floor lounge to view the city from above and just relax. I liked that they had inflatable waterslides to compensate for the broken waterslide. They had various activities for everyone. We signed up and rode the ATV which is fun. They are so wary of heat related injuries that they provided water bottles. The same thing at the pool They had a lot fo staff members to make sure we were safe. The hotel was huge with lots of areas to walk around in. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying and the dinner buffet was reasonably priced with excellent food choices.

Room towers were very thin. They need to be replaced with thicker ones. They looked like pool towels.

Modern and clean. Big rooms and friendly staff. The spa is very nice and relaxing.

Location. As nice as being on top of the hill and looking down is, you definitely should go here by car. Traveling around via busses feels restricting and in order to get the most of the area definitely car is the way to go.

Relaxing and enjoyable.

The breakfast offered a variety of US and Japanese food. It was worth the money.

nice experience and see another part of Okinawa but I don‘t think I will go back again or recommend it to anyone.

The staff at Check In desk are amazing. Their service and efficiency made you feel comfortable. Also, the room (western style room) at New Phase Annex Building is large, clean and new. Beds are massive even it‘s single bed. Our room has 4 beds, two beds combined as a super large bed. Also, the onsen is great without additional charge, that part should be most of the people coming from. The view from my room also very nice!

omg the facilities at the Culture Center gave me a shock. The change room for the swimming pool like back in 80s, water sink broken, lockers are very old. I cannot believe what I have seen. Some parts are so rusty and fell off. You don‘t feel comfortable to stay their for longer than few mins. The water also closed until summer which that was what I came from. I wasn‘t aware of this timeline. Breakfast slot also very short, until only 9:30am…. (can‘t rmb). They dont have housekeeping every day but they‘ll place clean towels and water bottles at ur door. Location also soso.

Relaxing Onsen Stay in Southern Okinawa

Amazing view hot bath. Private hot bath is also available (charges applied) which is not common in Okinawa, and you could book the private hot bath in advance if you are hotel guest. Huge size of the hotel with a lot of facilities (indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, gym, sportsground etc).

Wonderful place for relaxing

The private onsen on our room. (Interresting especially if you have tatoos). Otherwise the onsen near the hotel is really wonderful with a beautiful view on the bay.

Staff was great. Rooms clean. Very good stay.

Breakfast was good, private onsan in room was good, room is clean.

Not enough signage when oversea tourism is opening up, just food for breakfast had signage. The juice and tea no signage except Japanese, also private onsan as well signage was only in Japanese. Maybe it is in the website somewhere, but how would you know the etiquette of using them.

Affordable and relaxing hotel experience

We picked the property for its location, spa, and activities. The hotel was older but clean. The carpet in our room was stained but the room was clean besides the stained carpet. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and nice. We did the ATV / Buggy experience and it was incredible!!! The staff was great as well. The onsen was also great and the staff helpful.

The spa/massage staff were not helpful, and we felt like they didn’t want our business or money. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and I wanted to gift him an entire spa treatment. However, when we tried to book the 120 minute spa treatment the staff made us feel like they didn’t want to do it. They also seemed like they did not provide the services to men. Because of their behavior, we declined the spa treatment and instead scheduled a massage. In addition, men are charged more for spa services. My husband and I have gotten spa treatments at other Okinawa hotels with no additional charges for men, so having an additional man charge was odd. The massage was fine, but nothing special. I’m glad we didn’t book the more expensive spa treatment.

lovely onsen feature in the room

the thing we love the most is the onsen inside the room, it was such a great feature. we picked this hotel just for this feature and it is what we wanted! We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel when we travel to okinawa next time.

We arrived early to check in and went out whole day. Staff gave us a room from the old building which was not what we saw on booking.com app when we booked the room. The room was super old, smelly even after we opened the balcony door for hours, carpets were dirty. It’s unbearable and we asked for room change at night when we returned. Then was assigned to a 4 beds room in the new building which is alright, tho carpets also have stain. Sadly it’s a bad experience to end our fantastic 12 days trip in Okinawa.

The room is excellent. Big, comfort and slient. A excellent hot spring. Many free parking bay. The breakfast is also good.

Better than expected, will definitely recommend it to others and revisit.

The location was good even if you were not driving. The bus terminal is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Hot spring was spectacular with a panoramic view of the coast line. Buffet breakfast and dinner also tasted good, with various foods.

The Lobby facilities were a bit dated. It would be great if there were socket outlets near the bed.

This time we live on the fifth floor and the sea view from the balcony is really good!Also there is The Ape's hot spring ,which we enjoyed a lot! The room is big and clean,nothing better could be expected,just very satisfying!
