天気が悪かったのですが、季節柄混んでおらずゆったりとした島時間が楽しめました。
食事のバランスも良かったです。

海の目の前に見える。朝日が見えるなどロケーションは良い。部屋はベッド4台置ける広さがある。冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があって良かった。朝食バイキングは種類も多く和洋どちらも楽しめる。海洋深層水の大浴場はホテルとは別棟にあり、時間もちょうど良いと思った。その他コインランドリーがある。洗濯用ロープと洗濯ピンがあり大変良かった。
施設の老朽化。部屋が一直線に並んでいるので、端の部屋だとエレベーターから遠く外階段を使うなどした。
バルコニーと部屋の段差が大きく足がぶつかりそうになった。プールや海でくつろぐ時にバスタオルが有料？なのは
リゾート感を損なう。またプールサイドのサマーベッドも少なかった。

The location is superb. The beach is amazing. It is a quiet and nice place. The staff both at the reception and restaurant was friendly and helpful. There was a big variety of food for breakfast and it was very delicious. The spa was great after whole day. Room was very spacious and comfy and there are also washing machines / dryers available at small fee.
The hotel could be renovated or freshly painted at least. It would bring it to the next level as it has a great potential 😊
Staff was barely speaking English.
We would appreciate some sunbeds also on the beach.

Tutto. Posizione perfetta, direttamente posizionato sulla spiaggia con una vista mozzafiato. Vicinissimo a tanti ristorantini e al supermarket family mart aperto 24h. Staff gentilissimo
La tv non è smart tv pertanto inutilizzabile. Migliorerei i servizi per i viaggiatori europei/americani e la colazione troppo asiatica

Nice location, right on the pretty beach. A lot of small delicious restaurants near by. Also u can rent a lit gym to drive Around. Nice pool next to hotel

great location and breakfast was good with many options. onsen on site is great especially in the cooler months.
the heaters were already on with no option for a/c so the room were hot. had to leave back sliding door open at night to get comfortable which led to mosquito bites.

Very good breakfast but not vegetarian nor vegan options. The location is very good and closed to the beach but restaurants around were closed. The rooms are very wide.
The hotel and all facilities urgently need a date. I think the price is too expensive in relation to what it offers. The guests up to me were very noisy. I contacted with reception and they changed my room to another one closed to these noisy guests so the situation didn't change so much. They didn't warn to the guests.
There is not room service. If you want to eat in your room you have to take and return the dishes by yourself.

The location was great, right on the beach as advertised & many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was really good & the onsen was a bonus we weren’t expecting!
The beds were very hard & the furniture in the bedroom was very dated. The big pool was just starting to be filled when we left (Apr 1).

Breakfast was excellent with many choices! It was great to have a nice beach right in front of the hotel, and the swimming pool was also nice. The bath house was very relaxing as well and there weren't many guests at the time so we mostly had that to ourselves.
We thought the beach in front of the hotel would be better for snorkelling, but there weren't many fish. Perhaps if we moved up or down the beach more, or at a different time of day it would have been better.

The lobby, dining area and hallways look like they have been updated recently and look amazing. The staff spoke very little English but were so nice. They have a beer vending machine on the second floor which we thought was great since the lobby bar was not open. The hotel was very clean. The beach sand is so soft and the water color is amazing.
Rooms need up dating! The beds were the worst part (I felt like I was sleeping on the floor) and the linens were scratchy. Both pools are in need of resurfacing.
