From the pool area, take the private boardwalk a few steps across the dunes to the white sand beach. The balcony offers a stunning view and comfortable seating. The master is roomy, with a king bed, ensuite bath, ceiling fan, black out drapes, maple flooring & smart TV. Extra long built-in bunks are tucked into the hallway with built in storage. The fully equipped kitchen with spacious granite countertops, new stainless appliances, tile floors, maple cabinets, pantry closet and every necessary small appliance. It includes an island and breakfast bar with stools. Comfortable dining area provides everything needed for a quick snack or full dinner with family and friends. The unit also has a full size washer/dryer. Outdoor charcoal grills are available poolside. DirecTV service, Upgraded Internet Service and free gated parking. Dauphin Island offers rest and relaxation, but there is plenty to keep you entertained. Fantastic! This was our first time to Dauphin Island and we fell in love with it! The condo was perfect for a couple or small family. Cute, clean and owners are super friendly and communicative! Beautiful area and about as convenient as it can get to relax on the beach. Very low key area and stay, very nice. Condo was a little smaller then the pictures make it feel but it worked great for our family of 4 and we loved the balcony, beach views, and easy access to the private beach area. We would return in a second!

This property was a small, snug one bedroom, one bath rental that was very sufficient. We found that the owners thought of everything that could possibly be needed, and included it to use by the guests. There was coffee and filters in the pantry! The position of the room being gulf front was superb. We were very happy with it, and will return.

The only critic I would say is I wish it had been decorated for Christmas BUT we improvised with a Charlie Brown type of “tree” (a vase of sea grass topped with a red beanie). Our hosts were fantastic, checking on us as we visited during winter storm Elliott which brought the coldest weather to the area since 1899. Thank you Wayman and Myers.

The unit was very clean and provided a great view of the gulf. We enjoyed our stay. I do recommend, however, that a coffee maker that accepts coffee pods (Keurig) be added to the unit. These units are standard nowadays in rental units.

My husand and I stayed for 4 nights in this condo and really enjoyed our quiet vacation. Checking in was clear and easy. There are two separate codes, one for the gate and one for the condo door. The elevators were in a convenient location and easy to access from the condo. The condo itself was extremely clean and had a wonderful top floor view of the beach from the private balcony. The private boardwalk from the condominium to the ocean made beach days very easy. The lobby of the condo has a vending machine and bathrooms so no need to go all the way back up to the room, also easy to stock the cooler if your forgot anything. The host was very responsive to any questions and left a helpful list of things to do on the island with our reservation! Definitely recommend.

The room was in a great location and exactly as described. We enjoyed the ocean view and location. There is a BBQ restaurant, ice cream shop and a new pizza shop less than a block away.

This property delivered as promised! The unit had a great layout, was well equipped, & CLEAN. I appreciated that the parking was gated, at night it was well lit. I felt safe & secure.
The property owners were wonderful to work with, great with communication. They gave great tips for local places to eat & visit.
If you are looking for a RELAXING trip, this is your place!

Great family vacation
The condo was a home away from home. The condo was completely furnished with everything we could possibly need from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to relax while enjoying meals on the balcony over the Gulf of Mexico. There was great beach access for playing in the ocean. The double pool area was clean and spacious. The property is centrally located on the island, which was conveniently located for all of the local amenities. We would definitely recommend this condo and take this trip again.
One recommendation, bring big spray during the summer months. There are mosquitoes on the island after dark.

This is a very nice condo! The mattress and pillows were comfortable, the sheets and bedding were high quality. The condo is tastefully decorated and the furniture was quality. Everything was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf.
