Very nice and quiet room. I never heard any noise even though it’s right in the center of town. Good wifi, good ac, my room has a television. The staff is very nice.
It’s no big deal but check out was at 10 am and there isn’t good signage for the rooms so just use maps and it will tell you where it is. Very pricey but all of Dubrovnik is like this.

Small attic room but perfect for solo travellers. Kind & helpful staff. Perfect Old Town location near Pile Gate (which I appreciated even more when I saw people struggling with their suitcases down the stairs at Buža Gate)

Super nice little gem in the middle of old town Dubrovnik. We enjoyed it very much and do highly recommend!

No breakfast. Location was very, very good with all the interesting parts of the old Town to hand. It was typical of the accommodation in the Old Town of Dubrovnik which we had not understood, so initially we were a little surprised. But it was very good, clean and convenient.
Nothing!

The location was just perfect. We were the first guests in Art Home Arthur. The staff who greeted us were very friendly, we were able to get in to our room a little early. Art Home Arthur was very clean, WiFi worked well and didn't drop out. Very good shower and heating as the nights were a little cold.
This wasn't Art Home Arthur's fault, but there were building works directly opposite and they started at 6.20am every morning. It wasn't until the last night that we found, plates, teaspoons and cutlery in a draw that didn't look like a draw. Shame as we could have used these. Maybe show guests the facilities when showing to the room.

It’s a fantastic place. it was super clean and comfortable. The power of the shower was amazing. the location is the best thing about it. We kept popping back in to use the toilet for free and there are no stairs involved in getting to the property. The staff were also super helpful. We will defo be back.
nothing we liked everything.

Our room was bright and cheery with lovely furnishings and decorations, as well as having many lighting options. The bathroom had ample towel racks upon which our towels dried easily.
The location was fantastic in the old town and a few hundred metres from one of the town gates. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit, including the Museum of Modern Art.
The Reception is staffed during the day and well into the night by a group of friendly guys. Upon arrival, the Reception team gave us a map and clear instructions on how best to access the various attractions along with useful restaurant recommendations.
One minor note which didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the hotel, was the bottom sheet was directly on the mattress and not on a mattress protector.

the location is amazing sin the centre of old town. room was clean. I loved the art pieces all over the place. the stuff we’re friendly and helpful. the bed was super comfortable and the pillow was very nice.
I booked the solo room. i pumped my head few times and I am 175. there was some noise coming from water pump or something else. it was annoying especially in the evening. shower gel you need to get it from the reception.

Great location in the heart of Dubrovnik . the rooms are very new and modern , very nice bathroom and great AC. quite an oasis in the city! it was nice to have the reception (not common in Croatia) , so arrival time etc wasn’t as much of an issue . very nice receptionists !

I was a little suspicious when I did the reservation because they didn't have that many reviews but I decide give a try. And I had an amazing surprise. The bedroom that I stayed it was extremely cozy and organize, the location was just perfect near to everything that me and my friend need it and the staff were AMAZING. They treat us so well and give us so many good tips!!!! We love it!!!!
The only "issue" that we have was the communication by phone/message but I believe it was the simcard that doesn't work well at the old town.

location location location inside the walled city just a few blocks from main pile entrance, very safe, comfortable and quiet great stay everything you need is s short walk from your hotel room. I would stay here again!
I was on top floor which was great but did not see an AC controller and it got a little warm up there in PM, but cool enough in evening so did not make a fuzz.

Great location in the old town and good property. Also nice reception staff
I had a single bed in my room - bed was tiny and rather uncomfortable. Also I was on the top floor - because of gable roof I had very little space in the room.

The property was exactly the way it was advertised and pictured except that I was hoping for the croissant 😆 But apparently it didn’t include breakfast, I didn’t read. I liked that they had hair dryer, nice blankets, coffee and tea. The staffs were all so nice and smiley and helpful. It’s also in the wall, so it’s easy to walk around the old town although things tend to be more expensive in the old town.

Great location. quiet small street in the heart of the walled city. Only noise was when the church bells rang. Fortunately, they do not do so during sleeping hours.
Room was clean and nicely decorated.
The manager arrived in only five minutes after he was called.
The two single beds are not suited for bringing together as one bed. I am a big man, and the two beds together would just split and slide apart. No sheets to join them together. Other than that, a nice room, and I would stay there again.

Location!!! In the middle of everything.

Newly refurbished apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik, just off the Main Street. Room was very comfortable, although like all rooms within the old city a little expensive.

Nice centric accommodation in old town Dubrovnik. Overall a comfortable room with clean facilities.
The check-in was slightly complicated, since there reception is not always opened and the arriving time has to be agreed in advance.
We got a set of towels for the three nights and the rooms were not cleaned during the stay, with the argument that "the room is private". We would appreciate if this was improved.

Design and Decor is great. Staff was outstandingly helpful. Location is excellent. Check in and check out process was perfect. Air-con was great.
Shower didn't drain too well, Towel Heater seemed broken, mattresses could be a bit more firm for my liking. Everything else was excellent.

A few days before I arrived at the property I emailed to see if I could check in early or drop off my bag. I knew early check in would be unlikely but was told I could drop off my suitcase which I was happy with. When I arrived there was a male cleaner who refused to let me drop off my bag. I tried to explain that I’d been told via email that I could leave it here and he became very angry and started shouting and screaming in my face. I said that he was making me uncomfortable and that I didn’t want to stay anymore if this was the treatment I would be receiving at which point he shouted “good get out then!” He then used the door of the building to physically push me off the property, lock the door behind me and continued to scream at me through the glass. I spent the next five hours on the phone to booking.com desperately trying to find somewhere else to stay but as it was high season there was nothing available. I had no choice but to stay here or sleep on the streets. I spent the next few nights barricading myself in the room fearing that this man would attack me, as a solo female traveller I felt extremely unsafe. I brought the behaviour of this man to the attention of Direct Booker and the hotel/apartment receptionist but they couldn’t care less, Direct Booker didn’t even respond to my email. Do not stay here.

The location in the old town couldn’t be any better. Almost everything is minutes walk away.
No room cleaning during stay.

Great location! in the heart of the Old Town, very close to the Pile Gate and Stradun street but not that close to hear any noise from there. Easy to find. Very nice, cosy apartment with a view to the red roofs and the city walls. Helpful staff, responding very quickly.

Everything about the property was amazing, the location is next to Pile gate in the heart of the old town, the rooms as very unique in their design, super clean, spacious, and the team is very professional and friendly. You can leave your bags with them after checking out as long as needed. I wouldn’t stay any where else in Dubrovnik other than here.

The only guy that was helpful was the glasses bold guy, who recommended me places to eat.
Location was good, close to Stradun and Pile Gate. Anyways to cross the old town just takes 8 minutes.
Staff was not very helpful when I asked some basic questions regarding the city. They keep the receptionists rotating so you never know if what you told the first, the other will know.
Building is promoted with "cityview" at booking but none of the rooma has other view than a wall view, so do not book thinking about the city view. Also, apartments don't have elevator so expect to carry your luggage through a thin stairs and nobody willing to help carrying them up.
Receptionist girl was stressed to have so many guests that she didn't allow me to plug my charger into the wall at reception level.
No room service and not one big bed but two put together called "deluxe double room".
