nice place for a short stay in Nice

Location of the hotel is great in the very center of Nice. The breakfast is OK - nice for France, but not excellent for 4* hotel. Bathroom and room are spacious, the bed is comfortable. Tram and bus are 7-9 min by walk from the hotel

It's not a hotel problem, but very noisy at nights - there is a night club next to the hotel - Fridays and Saturdays are very active until 4-5 in the morning. Other nights are noisy due to garbage truck activity at the nights. Toilet is separate (that's is not bad), very small.

Dass man trotz Einbahnstrasse zum Hotel fahren darf wurde nicht mitgeteilt (?) Das separate WC im Zimmer ist zu klein - statt dem Bidet im Bad lieber ein 2. WC Der Kaffee aus den beiden Maschinen war nicht so gut, unklar ob es an den Bohnen oder der Zubereitung liegt. Frühstücks-Raum zu klein

Accueil déplorable et gérant très malhonnête

Cet établissement n’est absolument pas recommandables ! En effet, j’ai réservé une chambre ainsi qu’une place de parking. Quand je suis arrivé, on m’a indiqué qu’il y avait pas de place de parking. J’ai dû dans l’urgence trouver un autre hôtel. Le séjour ne m’a pas été remboursé malgré ma réclamation !!!! Je suis excessivement déçu par le responsable de cet hôtel ainsi que par son personnel à l’accueil. Je suis par contre outré que l’on se permette de me demander si le séjour m’a plu.!!!! La gestion du service clientèle est déplorable, je vais le faire savoir.

Top est bien placé.

Hôtel très bien placé, confort dans les chambres, belle SDB. La rue est un petit peu bruyante (camion poubelle bruyant). Personnel à l'écoute.

L’emplacement juste à côté de la place Massena. Parking privé et voiturier aucun souci si vous y allez en voiture. Le rapport qualité /prix et excellent. Personnel attentionné

Идеальный отель по своему месторасположению !!! Сделали апгрейд номера по максимуму !! Спасибо ) Завтраки скромные , но все необходимое есть . Шикарный персонал !! Идеальный отель по соотношению цена / качество ! Еще раз спасибо !!!

L’emplacement , la grande chambre confortable et le petit déjeuner était très bon .

Un peu bruyant dans la rue la nuit mais l’hôtel étant situé en plein centre-ville, c’est difficile de pouvoir faire mieux .

Stay for the price & location,not necessarily service

In center of old town, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room size was good.

No bell boy was available when we reached or when we were checking out, breakfast did not have live egg station, AC even for fan did not work (probably it was winter). Reception staff helping out with guest luggage and overall sense of mis management if there were too many guests waiting at check-in.

Ótimo cafe da manhã e atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Localização no coração de Nice próximo de tudo!

O ar condicionado poderia funcionar melhor… desligava sozinho e quarto ficava quente…

No sentence required…Superb!

Easy to access, staff wonderful on reception and restaurant.. couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Location is superb with short walk to the City, the beach etc. restaurants, shopping etc. very close. The breakfast was the best so far in 5 weeks of travel through Spain, France, Italy, Sicily..

Este un hotel obosit in rest, f frig in camere, baia fff frig in ea, caldura in camere nu, plus prosoape vechi, un alb murdar, vechi aceste prosoape. Tb RENOVAT hotelul.

chambre pas niveau d'un 4 étoiles

tres bon acceuil, bon petit dejeuner, la chambre est plutôt grande et l'hôtel est bien placé, en plein centre de Nice.

Un peu déçu par la qualité de la chambre qui ne m'a pas semblé être à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles; un coup de rénovation serait à prévoir!! Malgré avoir demandé à deux reprises une vue dégagée, la premiere chambre avait la vue sur les unités de climatiseurs, et la deuxième sur une cours en travaux...

Un Noël avant l’heure

Nous avons eu l’agréable surprise d’être les clients du jour et donc d’être surclassés, au lieu d’une chambre nous avons eu le privilège de passer notre séjour dans la suite Sofia…. Quelle très belle surprise Encore un GRAND merci à tout le personnel

Bra lägge, nära allt i stan och nära havet. Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Jag föreslår att de kan fixa en påse med lite frukost natten innan till de som har oväntat tidig flyg och har redan betalat frukost ingår.

Rummet var för varmt men vi öppnade fönstret några minuter och fick frisk luft.

Very safe, friendly and homely hotel to stay.

Location and breakfast was amazing alongside the very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. Apart from that, everything else was 10/10.

Excellent stay in Nice.

Very conveniently located hotel near heaps of good restaurants & attractions. We actually ended up staying in a few different rooms over our stay because our plans changed at the last minute. All rooms were very comfortable. The staff were absolutely brilliant & accommodated all our changes with ease. Would stay here again when we’re back in Nice.

Perfektes Hotel, zentral gelegen und sauber

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, zentral umgeben von Restaurants und natürlich allen Shopping Möglichkeiten. Das Meer ist schnell erreicht, eigentlich wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das Zimmer war okay, wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht, es war sauber und die Betten bequem. Nur hatten wir keinen Balkon.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, jedoch war es jeden Tag das selbe. Wir mussten extra dafür zahlen, ich würde es nächstes Mal nicht mit buchen und eventuell in der Nähe Essen gehen

Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful especially Alex the Brazilian and Alessandro the Italian! They made a big difference Breakfast very good and staff very helpful too

Great location and staff.

Very good location with friendly and professional staff. Quiet rooms. The location made our stay very easy to get around to old town and beaches.

Hotel was a bit tired looking ( apart from reception ). Room was comfortable and had everything needed but small for the room price. Bathroom was particularly small ( standard room) . Would have liked a bar.

Disappointed with room. Not value for money.

The room has a nice bed and was comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location staff were very friendly and helpful..

Toilet was so tiny and separated from bathroom. There were loose handles on both doors . We requested a change of room upon arrival as the one allocated was not satisfactory despite being told we had been upgraded!. The room wasn’t clean and the interior decor was awful, smell of drainage in the bathroom and the view in the original room was of a building site. The room we were subsequently allocated was better but still sub standard for the price we were paying per night. Basic facilities in the room and there was inadequate soundproofing ( could hear loud banging and flushing of the toilet from the room above every day.
