tout était parfait, le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue, la rue est en pavé et le bruit de la circulation et des valises à roulettes amplifié..

Pessima esperienza!!!

Posizione centrale e il palazzo tipico sevillano

È la prima volta che mi capita di dover lasciare una recensione tanto negativa. Mi hanno rubato 50€ da dentro lo zaino in camera e dopo averlo segnalato all'impiegata di turno(capelli rossi)mi è stato detto di verificare bene perché già la domenica prima c'era la polizia per un caso simile e poi avevano risolto e mi ha pure detto, venendo direttamente in stanza, che se non li avessi trovati sarei stata rimborsata. Il giorno dopo, al mattino,a seguito di ulteriori verifiche ovunque nella stanza, riconfermo ad un altro impiegato che mancano i soldi e mi dice che lo segnala in direzione. Usciamo e torniamo alla sera e richiedo se avevano verificato visto che oltre me e mio marito era entrato in camera solo chi ha pulito. Una nuova impiegata mi dice che dalla direzione non possono fare nulla perché oltre noi e chi ha pulito non è entrato nessuno in stanza e che il servizio di pulizia ha confermato di non aver preso nulla. Chiedo di parlare con un responsabile dalla quale mi viene negata la versione della prima dipendente, ovvero che ci fosse stata la polizia e che non mi ha mai detto che sarei stata rimborsata. Zero empatia da parte della responsabile che ha confermato che nessuno aveva mai rubato nel suo staff. Talmente fiduciosa sul suo personale che non ci ha fatto pulire la stanza in quella giornata, ne cambiare gli asciugamani, servizi previsti e pagati anticipatamente!!! Tra l altro mi è stato detto a fine giornata senza preavviso! Complimenti allo staff, se non hai nulla da nascondere il servizio è già pagato e lo fai svolgere. Non ho manco contestato visto il livello. Era la mia parola contro la loro. Vi do un consiglio, se scegliete questa struttura evitate di lasciare cose di valore o soldi in camera per evitare situazioni spiacevoli dove la colpa sarà solo vostra!! Trovo assurdo che mi abbiano aperto lo zaino, detto delle cose e poi si siano negati.

Расположен отель недалеко от Дома Пилата и Парасоль Метрополь,номер 205- огромный и с большой кроватью,терраса впечатляет размером. В номере есть дополнительные подушки и одеяла,теплое покрывало,шкафы.Ванная комната вместительная.Красивое патио около ресепшен,отзывчивые сотрудники

В номере нет холодильника,чайника,немного шумно,если открыт балкон.

Very good

Excellent location in old town and walkable to “must see” attractions. Very “old world elegant” lobby. very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was a bit tiny but that might be because we were on the ground level, and it almost appeared that the two ground floor rooms were afterthoughts and might have been large WCs in the past. We also heard any conversations in the lobby plus other guests being buzzed in to get into the hotel’s front gate door.. Upper level room would probably not have these issues

location was fantastic & the staff were excellent, very friendly and full of information about shows and what was on in Seville while we were there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beds were extremely uncomfortable snd the sheets didn’t fit properly. Very clean but beds were rock hard.

Superb

Beautiful hotel, the reception area being beautifully decorated. Comfy room with very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags at reception. Hotel well situated for seeing the sites and right next to the oldest tapa bar in town where the food and service were excellent.

Tea/coffee maker in the room would have been welcomed.

The receptionist we saw most, a guy called Lolo was exceptional. He was so friendly and very helpful. Loves his city and was very keen for us to enjoy it as well. Went over and above giving us recommendations. Excellent. Very pleasant

Rooms could do with refurb. Nice that they were old fashioned and in keeping with the hotel, but could have been a bit more comfortable

I enjoyed it plenty.

The property itself has no complaints. It was great and beautiful and clean.

I had two friends over and we just had light music playing, while talking, around 8pm and we got asked by the neighbor if we were throwing a party.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

The interior decor of the hotel is so beautiful. The room was clean and quiet, the bed was a good size and very comfortable and the shower was decent. The terrace was big and mostly in the shade so very pleasant to sit out on. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No kettle in the room but there is a free coffee machine in reception

Lovely decor in public areas. Very helpful friendly staff.

Room noisy with comings and goings throughout the night. Green exit light stayed on all night in the room. Bath did not drain well so had to shower in 6 inches of water.

* The top floor room with terrace is top notch, super comfortable bed and enjoyable either just for sleeping or profiting of the private outdoor space * Staff was super friendly and reactive

Not really too much of a problem, but just to put something: having to return the keys to the reception each time you'd leave the premises
