Poca cosa.

Fantastic location, great price and meets basic needs. Would recommend.
Drain smells in bathroom was strong (but this is in lots of Seville hotels), building works at property opposite started at 8am (not the hotel's fault of course, but I wasn't told about it), never saw anyone on reception.

The location was convenient.
Plenty of hot water in the shower and water pressure.
The main concern was the lack of hotel front staff. Our total stay we did not see anyone. All information was handled by email.

The cleaning staff were the only people that we saw during our stay; very friendly.
There was no from desk service at all. The only staff available was the cleaning service staff which Inwoll give them 10; super helpful and friendly. When we arrived, they said that we didn't have a room because our credit card was declined, which they never informed us. I immediately use another card and went through. All these conversations were done via WhatsApp and took about one hour in a no air condition hall area before going to our rooms. The bathroom had a broken shower head. I reported but nobody answered until the following day, and fixed. When we checked our bank statements, the hotel charged my husband's credit card and mine, under a completely different name. Instead of Hotel Plaza, it appeared under Andaluza Plata; which it sounds as a jewelry store.

Affordable hotel in city center with good beds. A parking garage is nearby.
The bathroom could be a little bigger, because the toilet was too close to the bath. The lights in the hallway need to be turned on via a button, but sometimes you must pass a dark hall before you are able to reach this button.

The location was great. The cleaning lady was very nice even though she told us there are only two cleaning ladies in the whole hotel and they struggle to have enough time to clean.
I found my bathroom to have hair of other people in the shower. The bedroom floor was absolutely dirty with hair and dust. I put a towel on the floor to have my feet on it and when I grabbed it, it was completely filthy. Instructions all over the hotel are in Spanish only, and the only staff you can find (cleaning lady) only speaks Spanish. The bed sheets also had stains but they smelled ok. I feel like the only way you can run a hotel with no staff and no reception is by providing a great service on all other levels (cleanliness, confort, cheaper price...)

The hotel is right in the centre of Seville. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
I did not see any staff. Reception is only staffed between 10AM and 5 PM. I arrived about 9.30 PM and left at about 8.30. AM
Everything was done with codes, but I wasn't given one for the left luggage store. So I had to take my luggage with me to the course that I was attending. The worst thing was that I couldn't get out of the hotel in the morning. There was a button to press which would open the door but it didn't work. Eventually I managed to phone someone who opened the door remotely. Just as well I speak Spanish.

location was nice
the bathrooms were dirty, the sheets were not clean. there was not any staff there so I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. it was really dark as the lights weren’t automatic so walking up the stairs was not pleasant at night. the shower was not set up well, as the shower head would squirt water everywhere.

Not much, the bathroom was clean and the shower worked it had hot and cold water although the sink plug got stuck.
Corridors were dark that was a bad sign, got into my room and air conditioning didn't work, 2 beds pushed together the most uncomfortable beds i've even been on akin to shaky hard boards. The room was 112 degrees at 4pm on 18th it was actually cooler in the sun. I had to open the window and then across the street is a call centre or something with employees looking right into my room. The Tv wouldn't change channel i suspected the batteries in the remote control were dead.

I like the location, near to many sites.
The absence of a receptionist 24/7. I did not like that my jacket was stolen from the consignation room. They claimed they were not responsible and that the video cameras did not show who had stolen it. I filed a complaint in the hotel's libro de reclamaciones.

Nothing to like about!
No staff to receive you. No one to help you. I took help from the restaurant worker and the person on intercom did not help at all. I booked accidentally for next night. I asked to change it for tonight and he said that he can’t. I had no place to stay and looked desperately for hotel and found one. I asked them to cancel it and that also did not happen. I did not stay and I had genuine reasonable mistake but they did not accommodate or credit me. I will fight for it. No one should stay here. Tourist unfriendly and worst staff to deal with. Zero!!!

Very well located, great price, nice and clean. I liked that they text you the codes for doors and you don't have to worry about the check in.

The only good thing is the location. There is no reception, there are much better places you can go to in the same area for better conditions

Nose from the street and bars .on mirror in the room, only in the bathroom.

Location was central but not adjacent to bus routes. It was close to restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.
No reception staff - all automated on arrival. Room very basic, shower very very small. No tea & coffee facilities.

The location is great in the Old Town. Unfortunately that is where the positives end.
I never saw a single staff member other than the cleaner in my 2 night stay. No one is ever at reception. There is a button you can press to call them but all they do is speak through a speaker. We had issues getting into our room with self check in and they refused to come down and help in person. We were there at 4:30pm roughly and apparently they word till 5pm, that is not true. If they are working they do the bare minimum.
Both rooms booked were double rooms. Unfortunately one room was a double and the reason was "this hotel cannot see what room type is picked on Booking.com". I don't believe this for a second. As a result, one member in our party did not want to share a bed and had to get a different hotel while there which was very expensive.
If you were taller than 5 foot, sitting on the toilet facing was near on impossible. There is about a half foot gap between the front of the toilet and the bath.
