Regerating

We passed 10 days in the resort. We booked the Family room , that has 2- bedrooms and is really spacious. Staff is really friendly, communicative and helpful form the restaurants to the beach and around the resort. There are a lot of choices for food during the day. Also there is a team with organizes happenings either at pool/sports/terrace that fills in your day. Additionally there is a company inside the hotel that offers you various activities, ATV, ride camels, snorkelling, diving , Beduins etc that are really professional , we booked most activities with Yahia, but also his colleagues are really kind and helpful. It was a regenerating experience with my family and it is sure that we will visit again Sharm el Sheikh.

The only problem was with the Wifi connection , first problem was that we had 3 mobile phones, 2 tablets and 1 laptop and it was not possible to connect all in the same room number. second problem was the Wifi re-connections but also the speed (however I feel that it is the normal speed by the Internet provider and not a Hotel Issue). For sure that did not affect our vacations as there are much more things to do and spare your time than passing your time on Internet! And Remember that you are ON VACATIONS!!! Once again , for sure we will visit again the resort!

Alkol kısmı dışında herşey çok güzel.

Tesis herşeyi ile güzeldi. Yemek konusunda hiçbir şekilde sıkıntı çekilmiyor. Temiz ve çalışanlar son derece sıcak ve yardım severdi.. animasyonlar ve havuzlar çok güzel ve fazlasıyla yeterli..

Alkollü içeceklerinde bir sorun var. Ya alkol yüzdeleri çok çok düşük yada alkollü değiller. Normal şartlarda 2 tane gin yada viski içen birinin tatlı olması gerekirken, hirçbir şekilde bir şey olmuyor..

افضل فندق زرته ويخدم العائلات بشكل استثنائي وملائم جدا للاطفال

كانت عطلة عائلية استثنائية، الفندق ممتاز ، الطعام لذيذ ومتنوع ، طاقم الفندق كانوا لطيفين للغاية، المساحات الواسعة الخضراء ساعدتنا لاعطاء فسحة كبيرة للاطفال للعب الاشخاص عند الاستقبال قابلونا بشكل اكثر من رائع، حجزنا لغرفة ما ولكن لوحدهم نقلونا لغرفة اكبر عندما رؤوا الاوطفال معنا الغرفة مثالية مُطلة على البركة كبيرة وواسعة للغاية كل كل كل كل شيء كان فوق المتوقع عطلتي القادمة فقط في هذا الفندق

المكان رائع، يوجد إزعاج من المسوقين مثل الحلاقة والتصوير والرحلات عندما تكون في الهواء الطلق. تشعر أن الكل يريد أن يحصل منك على أي شيء. موظفي الاستقبال غير ودودين، ويجبرك على أن تقوم بالتقييم أمام ناظريه ليتأكد بأن تقوم بتقييم ممتاز لهم. أيضا يطلب بخشيش بشكل مباشر. خدمة الغرف ممتازة. المطاعم ليست الأفضل. بعض موظفي الخدمات لا يتحرك إلا بالبخشيش. يوجد بقالة وصيدلية. ستستمتع في مكان الإقامة هذا. آمل من إدارة المنتجع مساعدة الموظفين على التعامل الأفضل مع السائحين، وجعل الإقامة سعيدة لهم. وأقترح أن يكون هناك صناديق بخشيش في الاستقبال مثلا، ثم توزع الغلة لكل العاملين لكيلا يتم طلب البخشيش بشكل مباشر . كذلك التدريب على الابتسامة. كل التوفيق لهذا المنتحع الرائع

Great resort.

It is very well kept and pristine. They have really high standards of cleanliness. All the staff are absolutely amazing and work extremely hard. They deserve tips from the guests. Everyone is genuine, from the spa to the diving centre, to the pool staff and the restaurants. Any issues are dealt with quickly and sufficiently. Special mention for Inna, Balinese masseuse in the spa. Gerber and his staff at the diving centre. The hospitality is great.

Très grand complexe, très bien géré

Le personnel toujours à l'écoute et très aimable. La taille des chambres et la propreté en général. L'équipe d'animation très énergique et sympathique. La nourriture bonne et assez variée. La présence de lucas employé par booking toujours présent et se mettant en quatre pour aider les clients, un grand merci à lui.Hotel génial avec des enfants où tout est bien pensé pour eux, ils ont même un coin personnel pour les repas

Les problèmes permanents pour ouvrir la porte, il faut passer la carte une quinzaine de fois ou courir à la réception pour la recharger, c'est plutôt pénible ! Les restaurants sont grands et bruyants, le soir ça manque un peu de chaleur plutôt style cantine. L'hôtel est loin de la ville donc pas grand chose à faire aux alentours. La mer où on ne peut pas nager, à moins d'aller au bout du ponton où on pratique le snorkling soit environ 8 à 10 minutes de marche

Yemekleri çok kötüydü. Lezzetli değil, kokuyor ve kullanılan malzeme çok kötü. Konumu çok uzak. Sadece havaalanına yakın. Mısırdaki çoğu insan senden nasıl para kazanırız derdinde. Bu yüzden de otelde satış yapan kişilere dikkat edin. Beni çok zorladılar. En son tartışmak zorunda kaldık

Sıcak aqupark havuzları güzeldi

Yemekleri berbattı. Kullandıkları yağ ne ise 14 kişilik ekibin tamamını hasta etti. Kusma, ishal, karında şişlik. Türklere Asla bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum. Türkler için zeytinyağlı yemekler çok önemli ama bunlarda yemeklerin görüntüsü aynı, tadı berbattı. İkinci olarak otelin konumu çok uzak. Şehir merkezine yada dalışa vs. Gitmek için 45 dakika- 1 saat yol yapmanız gerekiyor. En önemlisi ise oteldeki çalışanların bir kısmı seni yürüyen dolar olarak görüyor. Girişte taksi ayarlayan beyefendi, restoran rezervasyonu yapan kısa boylu, kel bir adam da senden komisyon almak için manipülatif davranıyor.

من احلى وأشيك الفنادق مناسب للعائلات وآمن ومسلى لجميع الأعمار الأكوا بارك جميلة جداً ومتنوعة للأطفال والكبار نظافة المكان ورقي التعامل وسرعة تلبية الطلبات حسن تنظيم الحفلات والأنشطة تنوع لجميع اذاوق الطعام وكلهم احلى من بعض رقي تعامل الموظفين مع العملاء

عدم توحيد في اسعار الأنشطة خارج الفندق مثل (السفاري و الغواصة و البراشوت) شركات السياحة على حمام السباحة بسعر وفي الريسيبشن داخل الفندق بسعر تاني والسعر الأحسن داخل الفندق في الريسيبشن

Hotellet var jätte stort, rent, fresh, fina aktiviteter och roliga. Trevliga personal i receptionen, restauranger, städ personal, bad vakter. Trygghet. Goda mat rätter med olika mat kultur. Bra aktiviteter för vuxna & barn. Tjänsten på allmän var jättebra. Varmt rekommendera att komma och njuta av sin semester. Vi tackar alla personal i hotellet och önskar dem en framgångsrik. Vi ses nästa vår semester.⛱️☀️

Consigliatissimo.

La struttura è a dir poco favolosa. La pulizia è ai massimi livelli. Siamo arrivati reduci da un viaggio in tutto l’Egitto. Eravamo un po’ titubanti a causa delle varie recensioni che criticano il cibo in questo posto. Noi una volta arrivati abbiamo mangiato per la prima volta di gusto in 10 giorni di vacanza. Per chi si lamenta del cibo troppo speziato, consiglierei di provare come si mangia nel “vero” Egitto.

Mixed experience

There are plenty of family activities available at the resort. The restaurant staff is extremely helpful and cooperative. A specialized team is responsible for inspecting the food quality and pool cleanliness. During my stay, I observed the specialist checking the food temperature to ensure its freshness. They also conducted various tests on the pool water to ensure its safety, which is highly commendable. The resort management values customer feedback regarding the food, and they actively seek it during the checkout process. Unfortunately, I departed before being able to adequately thank the chef responsible for the delightful Arabic dessert. I would like to express my gratitude for the delicious Um Ali dish.

The room was not fully prepared upon receiving it. There were no towels or the requested additional bed, despite my insistence on pre-ordering it before arrival. Although they assured me that my request had been taken care of, it was not fulfilled. The overall welcoming experience was not the best. I had difficulty understanding most of the instructions given to me by the receptionist upon arrival.

Yemekler lezzetli, yemek çeşitleri oldukça yeterliydi. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Temizlik oldukça iyiyidi. İçecekler güzel ve yeterli. Karton bardak almak gerekirse çok küçük ve doğa içim fazla atık. Erken check in ve geç check out konusunda yardımcı oldular.

Perfect enjoyable relaxing holiday!

We loved the hotel! It’s was such a great stay with amazing drive to the reception. The hotel was amazing and so big! We would like to thank Mr Luca for the great hospitality & Mohammed Ras our room service cleaner. The staff at this hotel are amazing and they do so well at their jobs!

The Wi-Fi isn’t that great throughout the stay & the pillows are too thick for our liking
