Not happy with this hotel I will chose another in my next visit

Accually it was not a sandy beach as they tell in their ad. So it was not good for swimming. Not happy Value for money not really deserve it as I was before in better places. They didn't give us triple room as shoun in pictures. Overall not happy with this hotel.

Nice snorkeling and afterwards relaxing on the beach or balcony.

Room with balcony, nice lay out with grass and flowers. Good breakfast.

we got offered a room without a balcony at first though there were plenty of rooms. The beach umbrellas do not provide much shade.

Nothing exceptional. Just OK

Beach was good, pool was OK, breakfast was OK

Food at the dinner was below my expectations. Barbecue items were all marinated which were not reflecting my taste. Pasta was undercooked with a lot of souce added. Also the minced beef was smelling bad. A lot of food items were baked with a lot of herb which is again not reflecting my taste. Overall i was not happy with the food.

Exceptional

We stayed at Stella Di Mare from July 17 to July 20, 2023 with my wife. From the first minutes of arrival we felt the service of a 5-star hotel. The work of the waiters, the service at the reception and the room service are beyond praise. I especially want to mention the quality and variety of the cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a pity that the reef near the hotel is not as good as we like, but it will suit those who love the pool and the beach. By the way, the service on the beach was also at a high level. We will gladly come back again to get the quality of service and service.

Perfect view from the room and the balcony, really great food in every meal, kind staff and the best taxi drivers in the city! Minutes by car from Naama Bay, we really enjoyed the stay

Great stay, very relaxing. We would love to return.

Terrific spot at the quiet end of Na’ama Bay with great coral in the swimming area so you could see shoals of damselfish as well as large parrotfish, surgeonfish, lion fish etc. So exciting on our first day. Good swimming pool with pool bar. Great restaurant choices. Our rooms were in a great position in the main building with a view of the sea. Always space on the Sun loungers. Room was spotless, bathroom too. We had an interconnecting room with our sons’ room which was perfect. Staff lovely at reception and by the sea.

Would have been nice to swim for another hour a day in the sea/pool. The spa staff on the lookout for new customers were a bit too insistent, then having given me a good discount insisted on a higher price to my husband the next day which was a bit irritating as the spa prices are very expensive and presumably intended to be discounted. Having said that, other hotel staff were delightful so overall it was not a problem.

internet is very good everywhere in hotel , shuttle service from 19:00 to 22:00 to naama bay very good, service drivers really helpful bach is very good with one small but rich reef

what i did not like is first i had to pay then the manaver let me in to the room it was really bad to be pay in the middle of the night i ask to pay a few hours later but they just said we are sorry you should pay first than you can go to your room!!! i saw this first time normally you pay after check out it was really big disappointment for me

Food options and the cleaning staff especially Khalid were amazing.

The guy who sells the scuba masks and shampoo and stuff inside the hotel on the 3rd floor is WAY overpriced and is definitely taking advantage of the guests. His attitude stinks, too. I would not come back because of him honestly. what a rip off and a rude individual.

Marvelous Stay

Great Hotel with serviceminded staff. I would like to mention a few that stand out; Mina (reception) Amir (waitor), Mohamed (waitor) and Genna (animation). Good assortment of food. Many pools.

Drinks could have been better and vary a lot from bartender to bartender. Why not invest in slush machines with booze. It's a great refreshment and easy to serve.

Superb Hotel with an excellent onsite Diving Centre

A lovely place to stay. All staff were super freindly and helpfull. The two, boat day trips organised by the onsite Desert Rose Diving Centre was the highlight of our trip.

Overestimated .. very noisy hotel.

The breakfast is very good with a variety of dishes but yo feel that waiters are waiting for tips !!!!

The Rooms are on the swimming pool , very very noisy as they used to play a loud sound systems day & night Very noisy environment without any respect to calmness

cleaning staff were very friendly. They greeted us everywhere. Hotel's view was good.

I didn't like the receptionist. And The staff at the bar at the pool should be more friendly.

Superb, looking forward to going back to Shard this August :)

- Excellent customer service, options of pools very good and the pool support team is excellent. - Service desk team is very professional and helpful, specially Karim Mustafa. - My family very much enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Variety of options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. We also enjoyed the different food themes every day for dinner i.e. mexican, indian, etc.. - The hotel is also within walking distance of Genena Mall and a few shops if you need a pharmacy or just to go for a walk in the evening - Rooms are very clean and of high standards. - Stunning views from the rooms

not much. this is an excellent hotel, but I would recommend to have a firm bed mattress in one of the beds.

Professional staff,good food and kids club, beautiful coral reef for snorkelling strait by the hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr. Milad and Mr. Schroeder from the Restaurant Management, Mr Khaled from the Reception and wonderful room keeping manager Mr Fahim Salana. Also great animation team - my son especially loved mini disco. All staff we met were pleasant, positive, professional.

Generally we loved everything! Reception team, waiters, barmens everybody was very sincere and helpful. I want to thank Marcus, Mina and Ahmad from front office specially!

Overall it was very good

Location was great. Food was great.

The transport from hotel to main road to catch a bus or from the bus was a challenge. Bus schedule was not honoured as indicated at the Reception office. It was more challenging at dark.

fantastic stay .

everything . fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and food was Michelin star quality . staff were super friendly

the shop on 3rd floor selling spices and local parfume . owner very pushy and overcharged me . avoid his fake smiles and do not buy from him .
