Terrible to the point where we couldn't sleep.

There was a wedding going on at the hotel, and the room we were given had a neighbouring room playing loud music, and making noise. We had gone to Nashik for a religious pooja, for which we had to wake up at 5AM, and the room next door was still playing loud music at 6AM when we left the room. The situation was so bad, that the hotel had to try to find an alternative room just for us to sleep, but still the whole night we were disturbed and could not sleep the whole night. The stay was absolutely terrible, and I do not recommend the hotel.

All went well, breakfast, dinner, room , staff, zen garden, all these experiences were good.

We were satisfied with the services as it was a short trip so didn't have anything which we didn't like

Beautiful & Peaceful stay at Taj Nashik

Welcome at the property was full of warmth - Typical Taj style Property design and build gives glimpse of outskirts resort Staff front end, dining, guards, taxi driver were all full of warmth

Food variety and taste was ok types most of the times though not bad

Great Property and Good experience

The staff were really courteous and helpful. The premises were really clean as one would expect. The rooms are well maintained. The chef were helpful in arranging food with special request. Wifi was good.

They are currently upgrading the property so certain areas were unavailable. One of them was pool. It mattered to me that prices should be reduced a bit when an important amenity like pool is unavailable. Hence, I would not rate it fully value for money.

3 star property at cost of 5 star

Queries dialing 0 on the phone were addressed quickly. Room was changed fast because the kind of room that was previously given wasn't looking anywhere closure to Junior Suite. Laundry was done fast while we gave in the evening and clothes were available by morning next day. Staff was polite and welcoming.

The property isn't maintained at 5 star standards. Rooms doesn't feel anything more than 3 star, washroom stink and there is a bad smell in room and washroom. Don't think the exhausts were working. Hitea was no where close to Taj hitea in general. Breakfast was okish. We felt throughout that we paid 5 star price for something that nothing more than a 3 star.

Amazing stay. Value for money

Hospitality was at its best. The way staff treated us. Surprised us with ballon decoration and cake twice. During our meals, staff was very courteous

Room upgrade could have been better. We stayed for 2N and booked for half board so was obviously expecting a much better free upgrade.

The staff and hospitality and ambience was good. I could name a few but as a team they all did a great job. Very thing was up to my expectations.

Well, people always have negative comments but truly I don't it was a very relaxing time for us.

1) A warm reception and introduction to the facilities the hotel offers 2) Spacious and clean rooms with a sweet little surprise to celebrate a special occasion 3) The hotel staff was attentive to our requirements and complaints- but it was too little too late- leaving a lot to be desired

1) The food was terrible- amongst the worst in any property I have stayed at. That is an understatement. We stayed on a half-board, left our meals mid-way, and headed elsewhere instead. Flavors apart, there's no excuse for meatless lamb, diluted curry, and cold food. 2) Rooms facing the city can be pretty noisy 3) Carpets across the hallways are pretty dirty and show their age 4) This property would be a "passable 3-star" (bar the food, which was plain inedible). That pretty much sums it up. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Commiserations were offered by the chef and head of reception/manager, but that doesn't bring back time (or money spent).

Nashik's best, but could be better!

Great location, lovely lawns, kids play area, pet friendly, gym & pool, open spaces, attentive staff.

Food was average, hallways/cleanliness in common areas was not great and below what one would expect of a Taj property.

Good Old World Charm

Good old world charm and warmth about the room.. lots of wood. A lobby as a lobby should be... big with plenty of sitting places. A nice garden and walking trace. And a fantastic breakfast.

The views from the room are not great. Pricing could be a little softer for the facilities on offer

overall everything is very good , comfortable stay amenities are proper

The staff is somehow I found it rude and not diligent enough - not all the staff just the few in Restaurants
