We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better location in split.

The property was in a very central location and had all of the facilities that we needed. We really appreciated the air conditioning and outside terrace area.

The wifi was not very consistent and kept cutting out at certain times of the day however after contacting the host, this issue was looked into for us.

The location is very close to the city center and to the Deocletian's palace specifically.

The biggest dislike goes to the air-conditioner whose filters have not been cleaned for a long time. It was 37 degrees outside. I closed all windows and turned on the airco, but such a nasty smell of a mouldy old floor mop started coming out of the airco that I switched it off immediately and had to reopen the windows. Additionally, the toilet was not well cleaned and the bed linen looked very old, pillowcases had some old unwashable stains. The fridge had food (open ice-cream in the freezer, half-filled water bottle) from the previous tenants. The last thing is something I am not sure the owner can do much about, but still important to know: there are communal trash bins across the street and on Sunday those were extremely full and during this heat you can only imagine the odour strength from those. I am glad we spent most of the time outside and came to the apartment only to shower and sleep.

Nice location.

Location was fantastic very close to old Town and attractions.

We had water leaking from shower and we found a roach.

Well priced spacious studio

Nice studio, perfectly practical and clean.

The wifi signal was not strong enough in the apartment, I did not have any extra blankets or a hairdryer.

Great little place for a couple of days

Great location- 600m to old town where everything is, Sofa bed very comfortable, Great water pressure and heat in the shower, Nice host.

Shower needs a holder on the wall so you don’t have to hold the shower head in your hand. Kitchen hob could do with some numbers on the dials

The owners were very nice and besides the occasional abt it was a great time!

I really liked how close this property was to old town and the walkable-ness of the area.

I did not care for the occasional ants but other than that the AC was cold and everything was great!

The location was good, 5-10 minutes from old town, it was in a fairly quiet area no parties to keep us awake. The washing machine worked well.

The floors were dirty the back of the toilet still had urine on it the freezer had food stuff all through it. The aircon wasn't really powerful enough to cool the room down in the heat of the day.

Perfect start to our Croatia trip!

Great location. Nice comfortable room. Toni the owner was very friendly, easy to contact and offered great knowledge of the area.

Tea/ Coffee in the room would have been an added bonus.

The apartment's size was excellent, it was comfortable and had a good location.

It wasn't very clean, we had to rewash all the kitchen utensils. They only provided us with to toilet paper rolls for our stay and when we asked for more they gave us no answer.

Lovely short stay in Split

Quiet place near Old Town with very helpful staff, contacted us in advance to meet us by the apartment when we arrived late in the evening. Room is clean and good size for two.

Duvet should be provided in advance, understand Split is usually warm enough that you maynot need a duvet. All in all not a big deal as when we contacted the staff, they guided us to find duvet in the drawer under the bed. Light in the room is a bit dim and fridge is making quite some noise (we had to unplug at night to have a good sleep)

Good, reasonable accommodation with a great location!

Loved the location was very clean and everything we needed for our holiday.

The pillows were very thin and gave us sore necks, checked the storage locker but there was only towels.

We liked here!

It is very well located - 7 mins from the old town on foot. Silent place, has a parking, there is a supermarket close to the apartment. Air condition works perfectly. Host is great. They love pets!!!

Price is high at this season but it was not higher than other apartments in Split in the same quality. So it is normal.

The host was very friendly, but when we arrived it turned out that the cover sheet on one of the beds was missing, and it took the host more than a day to bring one, so that we have to sleep the first night with no cover. The sheet that he brought us the next day was a single not double, so it was not a full solution to the problem either. In the kitchen only two rings of the stove are working, no oven, no microwave.

Nice apartment, amazing location, not the best equipment

Great location, 3-5 minute walk to the old town, bright and modern apartment with powerful aircon, the owners are lovely, we got good tips on what to do in Split and how to rent bikes and they also let us check in early.

The fridge was extremely loud and ended up freezing our things. We were missing a few things from our room like a full body mirror, hairdryer, some towels (the two of us only got one big towel and 2 small ones) and there wasn't enough toilet paper to last the whole week.

Highly reccomended

Combination of modern and traditional, very clean and tidy, excellent shower and strong wifi signal. Everything is literally few minutes on foot, no need to use vehicle. Free parking is just near object. You can choose between many food places near or order delivery (within 15 min delivered). Great choice for couples or singles.

Superb

Good location not far (15mins walk) from Split centre and the beach which was very busy, we had a few problems finding the location, but that was mainly down to us, after calling Toni he turned up and showed us the apartment, we were impressed with the cleanliness and we slept well and the location was quiet. Split is lovely especially the old town with lovely restaurants/food superb at reasonable prices, the apartment is very central with an uphill walk Suggestions: take a boat or bus to Omis for a boat ride down the gorge and lovely food at the stop off, also Trogir is a great place to visit with its old town

Couple suggestions would be to have the Apartment number on the gate as when your close you cannot see the apartment name on the back wall No hanging space - even hooks on the back of doors would be helpful
