Perfect location to everything you need!

Location, nice to have a washing machine, love the upstairs terrace and views

The electricity went out 2 times during our stay but the owner was quick to response and we were back up and running very quickly

great appartment; much better thab the photoes. it is nicely arranged, spatious, super clean, super comfortable, with a nice balcony looking over the sea. fully furnished and equipped the appartment would be super for short and longer stays. location is perfect. it is in a little quiet street which smells of sprong flowers and 8 min walk from the center. super happy to have chosen the appartment.

location perfect. make sure you book a room on the top floor and you won’t be disappointed, it will be worth the extra.

The property was spotless and a brilliant location to walk into the old city. We had a car and parking was easy.

I booked the property on location and view from reviews from other customers. When we arrived at the time we had stated we went up to the top floor as all the other doors were locked or rooms being used. It was stunning. Amazing views and lovely balcony terrace and bright clean room. Imagine our disappointment when we were told that our room was on the ground floor. We had thought that that was a cupboard! The room had only 2 small windows and a driveway as outdoor sitting with no views and we felt a bit like Harry Potter in the cupboard under the stairs! if you book which I do recommend due to location, do make sure you get the top floor. iIn fairness we were offered a change to the first floor if we paid more but would have had to wait 2 hours. Having been up since 2am travelling this was not going to happen! the booking form was unclear that the room we got was not one with the views and that it costs more. it will be worth paying a bit more for the top floor. We were disappointed with our room.

It’s well located, short walking distance from everything you need in split. Mordern, small studio.

It’s a bit overpriced for what it is and communication prior check-in was a bit chaotic.

it was a smell in the bathroom. the flat was a refurbished garage. it was not very nice place to sit in the «garden».

Beautiful apartment within a short walk to the middle of Split.

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, perfect location and the host was extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and our entire group were delighted.

We really enjoyed staying at this Apartment. Its very close to the Center but in a quite neighbourhood. The Host is really friendly, Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. Nice view to the sea!

Everything else was basic. That said, I would look for it again, should I come to Split.

Good stay, but the view is only for stays of under 2 people.

Location. Host allowed us to check in earlier.

Misleading pictures showing the view - in case of groups larger than 2, the apartment is actually the one underneath with a shittier view. Cash payment.

Sexually harassed by the owner

The owner was supposed to meet us on arrival, he called and said he won't make it. We asked for an extra bed sheet and blanket because one of us was sleeping on the Sofa bed. He didn't understand and asked me to text him.....but he still didn't understand....even when I translated in Kroatien. Out of nowhere he than said he want to meet me at the apartment, buy than it was 11PM. He started to harass me sexually over what's app. I blocked him. I was so scared that he might just walk in that I always locked the door behind me. We never got a blanket or bed sheet. Neither an apology. He came the night before we left to get the payment. My friend was asking him what was going on. And he replied to him oh that, that was my little sister texting. So he obviously knew about it.......and logically if that would have been the case he would have apologized straight away after finding out. So I don't believe for a second that this is true. He is a really shady person and I can't recommend staying there at all!!!
