Tastefully decorated and furnished room - spacious and clean with a sea view. The staff are cheerful, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very tasty and well cooked to order.
Stairs to the rooms are steep and there’s no lift. Would have liked some fruit and/or fruit juice with the cooked breakfast.

Been a few times and always enjoy it.
We haven't been for two years and hadn't realised the pub within the property had changed hands and so didn't enjoy the menu quite as much, but it's very busy and clearly popular so that is just a personal preference and nothing wrong with the place.

The staff are the loveliest I’ve ever met in a hotel. And the food is amazing the breakfast is the best quality ever and cooked fresh and I recommend booking dinner as we are there both nights as it was so good. A wonderful place, very close by parking. Our room was very comfortable and clean we stayed in room 1 which was one of the suites and we loved it

Nothing I disliked, everything was brilliant

Great location & nice staff. Excellent shower & tasty breakfast. Friendly casual bar below.
The stairs but our fault as.we didn’t ask for a first floor room.
The bed was a bit hard.

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. And a good freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Because of the nature of the building there are lots of stairs. But there is nothing that can be done about that! It keeps you fit, and you are rewarded by good views.

Location, lovely top floor room that was light and airy with great sea views. Very comfortable with some very nice complimentary shower gel, body lotions etc from a local Sussex company. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had in the very chilled and relaxed restaurant with very friendly staff.
Nothing at all.

The property was ideally situated for the sea front and all the amenities. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean.
We liked everything.

Great location, just opposite to the De La Warr Pavilion which also has plenty of parking, also a short walk to the sea and pubs and restaurants.

Breakfast was very nice. Stunning view from our room (no.7). We’ve stayed a few times now and always enjoy it. Highly recommended.

Handy location for the De La Warr pavilion and the beach. Car parking easy, but £5 per day. At first we were concerned that rooms were over a pub - but there was no noise from it, and we had a great time there after a concert. Staff and room comfy, clean and excellent views. Breakfast very good quality.
Fairly expensive.

Very creaky floorboards! Room no 1 needs some blinds at the windows too.

Luxury rooms are a reasonable size (we were in room 1 on 1st floor). Bed is comfy, TV modern and good size, two comfy chairs and a chaise longue to relax on. The food and service in ‘Rocksalt’ (the attached restaurant downstairs) is excellent. The English breakfast is awesome - great chef on all food we had.
Damp/wet inside windows will need attention soon, many curtains detached from hooks in places, some windows won’t lock/seal, so noisy/whistling, but these are minor points. What has more impact in a higher priced branded deluxe room is the meanness. Two Nescafé coffee pods (really), good as empty shower gel, 4 mini milk sachets…. We felt we had to beg for more coffee pods and milk, leaving a note asking for shower gel, more pods, milk, etc when the room was refreshed. As a result we got 4 coffee pods on our secornd night (back to 2 after that)! But no breakfast tea replenishment “what you want tea AND coffee too during your break!?” It’s little things like this that make the difference. We spent our leisure time out shopping for milk, coffee, tea. If I pay a bit more for deluxe, I don’t really want to do that.

Service was very good ,room and view lovely, breakfast very good,.
No shower matt and no proper place to stand shampoo soap etc in shower.I thought the fact it was possible to see into toilet(through glass on toilet door) from room and possibly buildings opposite when curtains open and light on (all but slightly)could be problematic for some .

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean, but quite small room. Adequate for 1 or 2 night stay.
Top floor. 6 flights of stairs.

Beautiful sea view out of window. Big spacious room with comfortable bed. All was clean. Staff welcoming, smiley and you can chat with them. Delicious breakfast. Good seize bath. Nice furniture in room. Bottled water available. Rocksalt cafe underneath where you can have food or drinks. No noise could be heard in our room at all.
Maybe just a few little things. One of lights frames was broken. Black mouldy parts in corners of bath. Would benefit maybe from bigger sign for Seaspray Rooms as we easy missed it. Maybe giving a bit more character for room .

Great location, 6 min walk from train station to the seafront and moments walk to De La Warr Pavilion. The food is fantastic at Rocksalt! So much love into making good food to cater for everyone's dietary requirements (I am veggie with a sesame allergy). The staff are ace and accommodating. The room was clean and bed comfy - exactly as shown in the photos. Although we could hear other people in the adjoining room on arrival, we didn't hear anyone at all at night. The bathroom was very modern and chic with a big walk in shower with hot water at good pressure on the 3rd floor. This place is an absolute gem and I wouldn't hesitate coming back. Highly recommend.

Staff were super welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and well catered for.
The only thing that spoilt our trip was receiving a parking ticket from the carpark opposite, (not the fault of the Seaspray Rooms) it was a tap in tap out meter but because we left the car overnight it would seem we should have tapped in again the following morning, this was not clear on the carpark notice board.

Perfect location across the road from the De La Warr Pavilion. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nicely styled, spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was tremendous.
The bed was very firm, not particularly comfortable but that’s personal preference of course.

Lovely room overlooking the sea, room was exceptionally clean and decorated to a very high standard. Breakfast and dinner were great, all staff were polite, happy and helpfull. Cheap car park directly in front. Will certainly visit again.👌
