What I like about was die cleaning and good location.
The staff on the night with one hand was very rude also another Man working together was not friendly I will never per fair this Hotel to anyone. Because I ask for another room the didn’t help me i have paid lot but because of the staff at night I was very disappointed.

Locatie is top! Prima verbindingen
De bedden waren hard, allemaal last van onze rug. Het kussen stelt ook niet veel voor. Het raam in de slaapkamer kon niet open, dus het was behoorlijk benauwd. Daarnaast hadden we een 3-persoonskamer geboekt, maar werd er geen extra stoel geplaatst om te kunnen eten. Ook bijna geen keukenspulletjes, zelf koken is niet echt een optie.

The location was freat, easy access to the tourist areas of the city and easy to access from the airport. There is a park right across the street with a playground for kids and plenty of shops/pharmacies/restaurants in the area. Also the staff were quite friendly.
The place seemed quite old/cheap. While nothing was dirty at all, the bed mattress/couch were old and uncomfortable, the windows were releasing cold air into the apartment even when closed, the kitchen was missing some things which would make it very good (salt, extra dish towel for drying things, a cutting board), and no one came to clean in 3 days

Good location outside of Brussels, but close to multiple bus stops. Room had everything that was listed. There is parking available below the building. Easy to follow instructions to get keys/access.
Parking is limited and SUPER snug - damage to vehicles very possible in a tight area like that. Expected a better bed and not a flip down murphy bed. Curtains in the rooms facing the afternoon sun are not light blocking - so the room gets VERY warm without airflow or AC.

Very central location, arrival was well organised even though late arriving, rooms are spacious and well equipped. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The smell in the room was a bit musty and stale. Only one elevator, very slow.

Quiet and safe place 10 minutes walk from EP. Well equipped apartment with kitchen, fridge, stove. Parking in underground garages on site. Otherwise, average accommodation for four people, including two children on the sofa bed. For undemanding clientele. Good price/quality ratio.

Location is very good. Free water machine was available in the corridor to fill the bottle or glass.
Room was very hot, no fresh air. Air-conditioning didn`t work properly and was very loud. It was not an option to leave the window open as it was a terrace shared with other rooms.
Shower didn`t work at all - no water was coming out, only weird noise.

the couch was not clean it had some crumbles like if they didn't clean that much, also the toilet cleaner can was dirty this needs to be changed or clean every time a new customer comes in

everything is old and have a lot of scratches,
cleaning staff entering room twice on day of departure before check-out hour,
for this price I would expect more, there are 4-star hotels nearby with same price tag,

The size of the room was nice and it was clean and confrotable. The area was also nice and quiet.
The checking in system wasn't good. We contacted them a few times to request early check in and we're not replied to. We arrived on Saturday and there was no staff on site to help as they don't work on weekends.
We contacted the emergency manager and there were no provisions to store luggage. And we couldn't check in for several hours
We had to leave the hotel and store luggage in the centre with a luggage storage service and return later. This was incredibly inconvenient.
The bathroom and bathtub was incredibly slippery and I fell over.
I also requested laundry pods from additional services and they didn't reply to that either
We shared a balcony with other rooms.

The staff always the staff. Friendly and focused in solving any problem with good solutions.
Old room, the carpet very dirty in the sense that was ripped in some points and full of dots of liquid or something. Furniture also old....

Large studio-style room. Great kitchenette with breakfast bar, big desk and clean bathroom. Excellent location close to the EU institutions.
Iron was not available in the room, despite the fact that it was included in the description. I had to message the emergency number as it was over the weekend and there is no 24/7 reception. However, a member of staff arrived promtly with the iron and ironing board, which was really helpful. Bed was very low and not so comfortable.

Excellent location and very friendly and efficient staff. The house rules are written is such an aggressive language that you get the impression the hotel hosts barbarian tribes -things are much better when you meet real people at the reception! Otherwise the premises need renovation urgently. Shame it has taken such a long time because the rooms are spacious and luminous.

As a genius Booking member, this was the worst experience. Rude staff, disgusting shower curtain, old furniture, 15-20 years old wall-to-wall vinyl carpet on the floor which causes heavy smell in floor and room. Uncomfortable, old base and mattress. Never recommend this place.

Hotel is out of the overly busy touristic area, has own underground garage and plenty of interesting apartments with different room configurations. i have checked 3 different types, and selected apartment with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen with dining area. Some apartments have bathroom with toilet in one, and some toilet in a separate space close to the entrance - options for either preference are available. Bed sizes differ from room to room, from 160 to 200cm wide. They are comfortable and clean. Pillows are very comfortable, and there are additional ones in the wardrobe, who needs to keep the head higher. Separate heating regulation in living in bed room allows full comfort. Bathrooms are clean, well lit and equipped nicely. Kitchen super clean, with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and water kettle. Dish washer included with few spare tabs, so you can just move in and enjoy life like at second home. Price for such experience is good. I can recommend both the location and facilities to anyone who prefers staying a bit away from the crowded noisy centre, but still close enough to get where you want in few minutes.
