Disappointing

People were really nice at the reception and at the breakfast.

The room wasn't what we expected. Not well cleaned neither. Not even gona talk about the bathroom. The climatisation didn't work.

Nice stay with nice employees

The property is really good located and provides a good service if remote working is needed. When I arrived to the property there was too much noise during the night from the next room, and they changed me of room politely and upgraded also the room.

Room didn’t have Heater and walls are too thin.

Excellent value for money you’ll feel welcome here

Super friendly staff, located close to bars, shops, bus station and only 20 mins walk to old part of town.

Rooms might be a bit noisy as walls quite thin. wasn’t a bit problem but might be if hotel full

Would not book (this room) again.

Breakfast was good and plenty for a low price. Staff realy friendly, price of the room cheap.

The bathroom was realy (mouldy)smelly and toilet was loose. Ended up using the toilet downstairs and refraining from showering that night (due to beeing acceptable to allergies) Bathroom realy needs to be refurbished and is not healthy. Although the room is not expensive, it can be basic but needs to be clean ( although it wasn't a not cleaning problem but an no ventilation one hence the mouldy smell. Probably it was the loose tiles (water retaining sort) on the sealing. Hope the other rooms are better, for us it was a 'not comming here again'

One of the best priced hotels I have stayed in

Room was very clean as was the bathroom, room had flat screen television and telephone. The bed was a large single and was very comfortable with nice clean sheets and an air conditioning unit that heats and cools. Location was central and only 5 minutes walk to the bus and train station

Would not visit this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is not too bad and can be reached on foot from the bus terminal. The beach can also be reached on foot. Air conditioning and TV both work fine. The reception staff was friendly and a small bottle of water was provided at no additional cost.

The room I was given (there might be better rooms) had a couple of newly fitted items in the bathroom but apart from that it was poorly maintained with a dirty bed cover, uncovered rusty halogen lamp in the bathroom, silicon sealer coming off in the shower, lack of adequate lighting, a broken switch with a hole right next to the door, the main window leading to a shaft with leaky air condition units dripping on electrical boxes that are within easy reach (danger of fire). The corridor was flooded and the cleaning lady was going round carrying an extremely smelly trolley for dirty laundry in the morning. I felt that the hotel does not meet current health and safety standards but I was only there for 1 night so it was useless complaining about it. There are no fire detectors in rooms and people obviously smoke without restriction in rooms. There are many two-star hotels that deserve four, but at least in my opinion, not this one. I stayed in a single room. Other travellers staying in double rooms had a better experience apparently so it might be a better option to upgrade the room if you are unhappy with what you are provided and staying for several days.

I do not like this hotel at all. The location is not good, we had a room that did not have a window The rooms do not have hairdryers and fridge. The doors are not soundproofing, it is heard very high noise. in the corridor.
