Hotel mit toller Aussicht.

Die Lage war sehr gut und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick vom Balkon.

Es war laut und das Auto musste anderweitig untergebracht werden. Der Staub unterhalb des Waschbeckens war fingerbreit, was wahrscheinlich auch darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass das Personal zur Reinigung sehr wenig Zeit hat.

Jederzeit wieder

War alles gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es gab sogar einen Koch, der Eier, oder Omlets gebraten hat. Selbst der Kaffee war gut, nämlich Nespresso.

Die Klospülung war schlecht, das Internet zum Vergessen.

Excellent location. Great room. Very comfortable stay.

The only issue was breakfast which started very promptly at 0800 on a Saturday despite the website saying 0730. When staying for work it makes time a bit tight. Maybe let us in 10 minutes early to at least get a coffee or something. We were not the only ones waiting around for the restaurant to open.

Location perfect

Location was excellent, near the Alcazaba, city and beach. The view from the room was amazing. Great breakfast.

Parking garage stalls too small. Very tight!

Great facilities, mostly excellent buffet breakfast, generally very helpful staff

We loved our room overlooking the pool & out to the sea. We were at the end of a corridor so it was good to have the quietness away from others. The cleaning team left the room immaculate on arrival & were very accommodating throughout our stay. We were happy to be able to leave luggage in a secure room while we waited to check in. The staff in the dining room/bar were excellent

Being made to wait at Reception when more than 1 customer is checking in with only 1 staff member attending. It's a long process to check in. The 'hot' food at the buffet breakfast is not hot - very disappointing.

The staff, facilities, decor, comfort

Nothing, it was all fantastic as always, have stayed there 4 times now, and are booked for a night next Wednesday with my sister and brother in law before they return to the UK on Thursday.

Location is really good

No any vegetables at the breakfast, very uncomfortable beds, staff ( incl. the reception and the bar staff) does not speak in english, deposit needs to be paid for basic equipment such as kettle and iron. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star standard.

Disappointing

Position and parking. Very convenient for shops. Reception ladies very helpful and friendly. I should have complained about the room.

For a 4 star hotel it was very disappointing. The rooms were more than basic. The bathroom was not clean. The bath was a disgrace. Corners of everything were not clean. The beds and particularly the pillows were awful. I could go on.

Location is perfect as a base to explore the city and surrounding area. The hotel room was small but clean, as was the bathroom, and the shower was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Only stayed three nights. At the upper end of budget hotels.

Yes it is an older hotel but the staff are excellent. The breakfast had everything you could want. The room was spacious and comfortable. My wife was presented with a bottle of fizz on her birthday as they had seen her cards. Overall would definitely return.

The WiFi is something that needs improvement.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was lovely, staff very helpful and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach.

Rooms could do with tea and coffee making facilities.

Great place in Almería, exactly suiting our wishes, nicely in the old town by the sea, lovely view.

The view was great, we overlook the sea and the harbour and "il Cable Ingles" and at night we had a grand view of the fountains and the lights. There was a small cute balcony

The hotel was ever a "gran hotel" and now in some places a bit oldfashioned. Not a problem for us, other people may expect more modern luxury.

Definitely would stay there again in the future.

Staff were very helpful and pleasent. Location was fantastic about 15 minutes walk to the beach and very central to the shopping area.

Bedrooms and Balcony in need of upgrade. Comfortable all the same.

Didn’t have breakfast, was in a good location

Wasn’t over keen on the room was dated and outlook was straight into a building where I could see people work, plus the room had a slight smell of smoke, I know it’s a no smoking room.
