Największym atutem jest lokalizacja

Nocleg w korzystnej lokalizacji, niedaleko dworca, targów, na Stare Miasto można dojść piechotą. Dużym plusem byl aneks w pokoju. Wyposażenie pokoju podstawowe i dość skromne, ale było wszystko czego potrzeba.

The location good near to Maine station and clean room the room has kitchen and clean bathroom .

The room is bit small you need to contact person even you have all Instructions. The tv most of channels no single.

Exceptional

I really liked the idea with multiple Codes. Also i loved having a fresh sponge in the kitchen. Everything was nice and clean. The lady i called in the evening, because i was confused , was really kind. For this small price it was amazing.

I would appreciate a key inside the room, or something else showing me, that the door is really closed from the outside.

Very comfortable studios

I’ve been here 3 times. Basically they have 2 kinds of rooms: all like little studio apartment with bathroom and kitchen, but one kind of room is very old and one kind is very new. They are both comfortable anyways. But the new one is really much nicer.

Wi-Fi was not always working; no microwave in the new apartment.

The i terrqction with the receptio was prompt and effextive, the availability of utilities and overall cleanness

The fridge has awful smell, we couldn’t use it.

Disappointing

Close to the city centre, transport stops, train station, shops. The entrance to the apartment is by code. The code is sent before arrival via text message.

The smell in the room. It seems as if previous guests had been smoking there all day before us. We left apartments three days early as we couldn't stay there because of the smell. Dirty fridge. Strong musty smell from the washing machine. When I washed the clothes, they started to smell musty too. The address of the apartment is not the one given in the reservation. The address on the reservation was at Ul. Śniadeckich 7, but we lived at Glogowska 27

Excellent service from reception phone number provided for emergencies.

I arrived late afternoon and followed the very concise and helpful instructions for entry. Later, I went out for the evening but upon my return it was night and I went to the wrong house, mistaken as a sign outside stated Apartment Velvety. Consequently, the key code would not work. Thinking I was at the right place I called the number provided and the reception respondent, was extremely polite and helpful, eventually realising I was at the wrong property. He stayed on the line until I had found my way to the right property further along the street and I had gained access. It pays to check where you are! Nevertheless, reception told me this happens quite a bit as the properties in the street are similar.

While the frontage of the building was appealing and the room was as described, the internal communal parts of the building were in an awful condition, poorly decorated and badly lit. Sadly, although I booked this location because I needed to be close to the main railway station, the area around was devoid of any night facilities with no bars, restaurants, takeaways or even convenience stores close by.
