Was meant to be a holiday not cleaning the property before you leave next time we will stay in a mot

The villa was clean apart from the oven the rooms were a great size and the balcony was great the bed was comfortable it was a great stay

It should be noted on the website that the villa must be cleaned by the guests beds changed floors moped and bedrooms vacuumed ond garbage disposed off otherwise there will be a cleaning charge spoiled the holiday somewhat

Wonderful place to relax

Very relaxing, pool is clean, our unit is massive. We will certainly be back

Wifi is very bad in our unit. No network connection.

Not convenient

Kitchen poorly equipped,only 2 towels provided for 2 people for 3 days, long way from town not possible to stroll into town for a leisurely feed. Internet buffered.

Superb

The location was away from the centre of town which IMO was great. Short drive to Cudmirrah beach which is beautiful. Place was comfortable and very clean. Looks very new. Very spacious. Area is very quiet.

Path down to inlet is unsafe and very gravely - had fall on my first night. Needs some steps installed. Clothes line was very old and broken. Single beds were not made up with linen.

Exceptional

Was all fantastic stay, from pick up of keys from real property agents bautifull location.

We cleaned property better then was found on arrival. Will dropping keys off on time i was accused of hitting Ross Earby car which was false then he tried to say i misunderstood him accusing me of something I didn't do. I would have been totally satisfied with accomidation if I didn't have to put up with Ross Earby bad customer service skills.

Location and home were nothing but amazing!

The place has been renovated since the photos displayed. The apartments are very modern equiped with top quality appliances.

Tap water smelt heavily of chlorine.

I will not be staying again as there are cheaper places with beaches on them

the property was good, rough road to get to

having to clean the unit when I paid so much money for two nights and got charged a cleaning up fee for usually would be included in the amount.

Mixed feelings

Location (waterfront), cleanliness, condition of the property and the amenities.

1. Beds in the second bedrooms were not made (linens were just left to be put on). 2. Guests were asked to mop the floor before leaving. 3. Guests were asked to take the used linens off the beds & to put them in the laundry hamper.

Cabins and grounds were very clean

toilet entry floor tiles were 1 inch higher then the hall floor, huge TRIP hazard, stubbed my toes several times and the kids fell over several times.

Modern, spacious and spotless cabin. Huge deck with tables and sun lounges for relaxing and enjoying the water and bush view. The Peaceful tranquility

I liked the property was remote and our little two level house a bit above the rest of the rest of enclave.

Loved the location, it was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the kids had the best time. Definitely coming back again.

The location was beautiful and loved our stay.

There wasn't any tissue box or kitchen tissue roll.

Exceptional

Beautiful surroundings. Unit was spacious, and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable. All utensils for cooking were supplied. Very peaceful surroundings.

Doors from other units being slammed shut repeatedly at night. Door stoppers might help.

Adequate under the circumstances

it was clean and well equipped

the shower outlet did not work therefore the bathroom flooded and so di the passage outside the bathroom door. I was not advised prior to arriving that I had to backtrack a couple of kilometres to collect the key there were no staff to voice concerns or complaints no laundry facilities in working order.
