Park your two cars in the driveway, leave them for the duration of your stay, and use the free, air-conditioned trolley service to explore charming Anna Maria Island. Head to Pine Avenue on the north end of the island for boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, or south to historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach. You'll also find plentiful shopping and dining options within walking distance of your front door. Back at your rental, unwind while you surf the cable channels or watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. The screened lanai is a great place to catch up on life with your family and friends, read a good book, or get lost in a daydream. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house has great and easy beach access. Also enjoyed the one level living. Could use some upgrading on a few things. There was only 4 forks, the main bed has a hole in the middle, cookware is limited, and the side chair in the living room is broken down.
With that being said, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

The place was fairly small, but it didn't matter because we were hardly there! The beach is steps and it's beautiful. Lots of everything you need close by too. We will go back again!

The little house was nice. The toilet seat was cracked and I called and it was fixed right away. A couple internet and tv issues but resolved quickly. Overall nice place to stay.

The location of this property is amazing. The unit is perfect for a couple or a family of four due the one shared bathroom. We had an AC issue and our Vacasa Associate, Dawn, was amazing! We arrived about 30 min early, checked and the house was unlocked. Upon entry it was clear the place had not been cleaned and likely had a large fraternity before us. Mind you, this is a two bedroom. We washed the comforters which were covered in sand and stains. Gross, gross, gross... We ended up washing everything and considered buying new sheets. I just can’t express how disgusting this place is.Great location.

My son had school work to do. I let them know about fridge leaking but no response. Dishwasher and washing machine are very loud. Beds and pillows were comfy and we slept well. Not many amenities like beach chairs, cooler, or even any plastic cups to use outside or at the beach.

Beautiful beach with white sands right off the back yard. All the beds we clean but very uncomfortable for lengthy stay like we did. Owner needS to spend the money on good soft nice hotel beds and it would have been perfect. But if your staying for weekend, it’s fine. We rented a golf cart for the week took us anywhere we needed. They are street legal there. Great food nearby, grocery store, dollar store and shopping just around the corner. Washer and dryer in unit, was nice to have handy. We ate in as well. Cooked meals. Full Kitchen has pots pans glasses silver wear coffee pot etc. Highly recommend, but highly recommend owners get new beds.

Easy beach access!
We just left this cozy spot right on the beach and had a very relaxing stay. We mostly ordered takeout meals and ate them on the screened in porch. We read every morning out back while drinking our coffee. It’s a short walk to the beach via your private walkway. The beach was never overly crowded. It was great having an outdoor shower and laundry. The only less desirable part of this place is the living area is very small. Couch seats two and there’s one other chair. For a family of four, it was cramped hanging out in the evenings. But we spent most of our time at the beach anyway.

Very clean. Really only for a family with 2 kids, otherwise it would be small. Pros: close to beach, essential stores close, washer and dryer included. Cons: reported broken equipment (patio chair and grill) on day of arrival (Saturday) no response until Thursday. When it rains, back porch floods. Would stay there again.

Great little gem in Holmes beach
I have been vacationing in Bradenton Beach for the past 17 years every summer, this is our first stay in Holmes beach. We had a wonderful stay at Playa Casamas North, it is a little hidden gem. The house is like the picture and it has everything you might need for your week vacation. The location is phenomenal! We shall return for sure!
A few things to take into consideration:
The outside lockbox does not work.
The WiFi signal is not consistent ( I wasn’t bothered by it because I was on “Island Time” but some might need it for work ect.
Although the inside of the house was sparkling clean, the porch was very dirty. I had to spend part of my first day cleaning it because is a great place to be.
One of the chairs in the porch is broken - it didn’t affect me that much because we were 2, but the occupancy is 6.

We enjoyed the ease of this beachfront home. Great location on the island for our favorite restaurants and stores. Adequate furnishings and supplies for our week long stay and so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Sunsets from the screened in back porch were beautiful.
