Superb

Good location, room was a good size, it had an elevator.

I would have liked to be able to use the washing machine that was in the room as we had been travelling for some, but it was $50 euro extra.

Book here - it’s soooo close to everywhere.

crazy close to everything. Vanessa at the front desk helps with everything and anything. we booked a private water taxi there and back to airport (get your guide) On the way there, dropped off at some crowded tourist point with a map in Italian showing us how to get to our place (rolling luggage). She was amazing and made sure they actually then picked us up where we paid for (the canal where you stay) and got us to the airport. Plus she helped with food and how to get bottled water

We had a fantastic stay.

Location was perfect. Right off a canal that the gondolas floated on. Short walk to St. Mark's Square.

Spacious, clean, perfect location

The apartment is so spacious ! The staff is very friendly : they make sure you know how to arrive. Daily perfect cleaning (no towel change though). You can use the kitchen which will be clean daily (washing machine is charged 50€) The mattress was perfect. Location is excellent. I recommend this hotel !

Unfortunately the night were very difficult because our upper neighbors made the worst noises from 2am to 6am

Very enjoyable

The staff were fantastic. Incredibly hospitable and friendly. The location was perfect - easy walk to lots of locations and the vaporetto.

Cant rate this property high enough! Perfect location to see everything. Exceptional staff who were so helpful and friendly. I would tell people this is the only place to stay! Vanessa is a treasure!!!

fantastic location and property but Vanessa is the cherry on top of this experience! will stay again!

location!, large, washing machine, kitchen very comfortable. Vanessa was extremely helpful before arrival and knows all the restaurants being born in Venice. she is a wealth of information.

wish bath tub/shower had full enclosure or curtain. wish kitchen had a few cooking basics, like salt, pepper and oil.

Amazing.

Everything was perfect. Vanessa was extremely helpful and told us everything about Venice sightseeings. She was available to help us anytime. The room was new ,spacious and very well equipped. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful location close to San Marco square. Vanessa provided wonderful assistance and guidance.

Vanessa was extremely helpful with providing directions from the ferry. Venice is quite a maze and her detailed directions were wonderful since we arrived late in the evening. Vanessa also gave us helpful suggestions about what to do while we were visiting Venice. It was really great that she provided us with a door code so we that we could get into the hotel despite our late arrival.

The shower head was tricky, but the hot water was wonderful.

The perfect place I will never forget

The staff was like a ray of sunshine. Like I was meeting an old friend, warm and personal and helpful. The room was spacious and ready for us when we arrived. A separate room for the children to sleep was great for relaxing adults after a day of seeing the sights. The pillows were comfortable and the furniture felt like a home. The location was perfect. We could've stayed a month and been so happy.

I have no complaints.

Our stay at the residence was very nice. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile. The woman at the reception (I think she was the manager) was incredibly kind, she explained absolutely everything about the city, showed us everything we needed about the apartment, she was very kind, as were all the staff. If we come back to Venice again, this is definitely the place we would sleep again!!!! The location is in a very convenient place, close to St. Mark's Square and the train station.. I recommend!!!!! Out of 10 I give 12!!!!

a true gem in the heart of Venice

Vanessa the host was exceptional!! she gave us such great tips and made us very welcome. can’t beat the location of this hotel! fantastic! walking distance to everything! room was huge and we love having a washing machine / dryer. thank you for evyVNessa!

Vanessa at front desk was wonderful and very knowledgeable. As a former tourguide, she had great insight and tips. She went the extra mile for us- drying our clothes and bringing us coffee. The location was just a few minutes from St. Mark’s and the Rialto Bridge. The bed was big and comforable and the apartment was large.

The location is wonderful, 5 minutes walking from San Marco but in a relatively quiet corner with a nice view on a little canal. Our two apartments were spacious with good forniture and confortable beds. The stuff was helpful

Great location and room, fantastic staff.

In the living room the refrigerator or some other major appliance is extremely loud. My teenager didn’t care, but an adult would have a hard time sleeping in that room.
