This property was exactly as advertised. It is a ten second walk, at most, to St. Mark’s Square, but tucked into a quiet corner. The beds were comfortable, it is only up one flight (which is every property in Venice), everything was clean and all communication with the host was prompt and smooth. I would stay here again.

Great place and great location! We had an issue with the hot water and it was taken care of very quickly. We appreciated the quick service. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Would have loved to stay longer! It is only half a block or so from St Mark’s Square. So convenient for seeing sites! Luigi was very helpful, and attentive in helping us get around Venice! Venice is beautiful!

Overall was good but listing looks like more beds than there are. Listed 2 queens and there is one queen in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. I booked wanting 2 queen beds. There is a couch that may pull out did not check but it’s in the living area. Host was also 35 min. Late to check us in.
