Not a negative and only trivial but a very small change would make breakfast even better, we found the coffee and tea cooled very quickly so coffee/water jug on the table would be nice.

Ausblick war wie auf den Fotos.
Frühstück war akzeptabel, aber man muss manchmal 3 Mal nach Getränken fragen bis etwas serviert wird.
Die Mitarbeiter der Fahrdienste waren sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Fast alles war defekt(Deckenventilator, WC Ventilator, Klimagerät, Dusche undicht)
Manager lügt ohne dabei rot zu werden wie es ihm gerade passt.
Kopfkissen werden frisch bezogen mit braunen Flecken darauf.
Abendessen Buffet für 5 Stern Unterkunft inakzeptabel.
Trotz neu Eröffnung ist es schon renovationsbedürftig da nicht sauber gebaut wurde. Der Kompressor der Minibar ist so laut das man kaum einschlafen kann. Nachdem wir im eigenen Jacuzzi gebadet hatten, erhielten wir beide einen Ausschlag am Rücken und Intimbereich.
Von Sauberkeit kann nicht die rede sein da die gleichen Flecken(schon beim einziehen) Tagelang nicht gereinigt werden. Zimmermädchen kommt trotz "bitte nicht stören" Schild einfach hinein.
Einmal sind wird um Mitternacht zurück ins Zimmer gekommen und die Türe stand weit offen da das Zimmer "gereinigt" wurde und die Türe nicht richtig geschlossen wurde weil diese grundsätzlich mit sehr viel Schwung geschlossen werden muss.
TV ist nicht drehbar und so schräg montiert dass man vom Bett aus kaum etwas sehen kann. Trotz Zimmer wechsel ist leider nichts besser geworden.
Nachdem wir ein neues Zimmer erhielten, weil alles defekt war, wurde das Zimmer am selben Tag an jemanden anders weiter vermietet ohne etwas zu reparieren und erst einen Tag später sahen wir einen Techniker im Zimmer.
Für ein 5 Stern ist das Betrug!
Die Ausstattung im ersten Zimmer hat komplett gefehlt(Zahbürsten, Cremen etc) und im zweiten Zimmer war die hälfte vorhanden.
Beim Check-out haben wir dem Rezeptionist die Probleme geschildert was ihn aber nicht gross interessiert hatte.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff, particular shout out to all reception staff, Petalouda in housekeeping, Mario in restaurant and Chrisa & Katerina at the spa. The food was exceptional quality with lots to choose from every morning & night. The cleanliness of the resort was second to none, rooms cleaned daily.
I understand the hotel is not fully completed yet, such as second restaurant, a new pool & full spa.
You can walk into the town of Elounda which is 2k. Recommend visiting Plaka a little village of approximately 2k in length with crystal clear waters and lots of resturants. Recommend visiting beach bar Isla bistro. Taxi cost €20 return from hotel, not possible to walk as no footpath.
I think it’s worth pointing out that the “spa” is not exactly a spa it’s a treatment room. I do understand that new spa is being developed. They provide treatments such as facials, massages and body wraps. The treatments are wonderful. I had a facial and massage with Katrina when I was there and it was amazing. There are limited sun beds around the communal pool. Also, sound proofing in rooms isn’t great particularly at front of hotel, but you get used to it after a few nights. I also thought the hotel was on the beach but it is a short walk up the road. Less than 3 mins but it a very small beach and beds cost €40 for 2 beds for the day.

Supervriendelijk personeel en locatie maakten dit tot een prima verblijf. Kamers verspreid over ruim terrein (op steile helling) maar geven een intiem karakter met mooi uitzicht. Zeer goeie kwaliteit van ontbijt en diner(buffet). Professioneel gerund.
Wij hadden kamer 102, heel vooraan gelegen. Dus mooi uitzicht en zelfs zwembadje (enkel in de ochtend zon) maar toch wel wat straatlawaai van de vele bussen en auto's. Hogerop zal men daar zeker geen last van hebben.

The reception staff & room service staff were excellent. In particular Mike & Butterfly.
Room was large and very comfortable.
The restaurant was a little unorganised and appeared to lack experienced staff.
There was a lot of emphasis on a couple of individuals who were singled out (by who appeared to be the head chef) for a higher level of service.
We were not even approached to ask if we wanted to have water or anything else with our dinner.
At breakfast we had to approach a staff member to ask for coffee etc.
A lot of work needed to improve the restaurant.
Resort was very hard to find as there isn’t a street number and GPS takes you different location. There’s no signage at the entrance of resort only a small flag.
We had to contact Booking.com to seek assistance as couldn’t get hold of resort.
Thankfully Mike came to our rescue by personally finding us and escorting us.

On a beaucoup aimé l'hôtel (tout neuf), mais à taille humaine. On a adoré l'immense chambre avec la piscine privée, la vue, le personnel à l'écoute (❤️ Vera), et la propreté.
On a toujours été très bien accueilli, avec des sourires de tout le monde, on s'est senti comme chez nous.
On recommande vraiment cet hôtel, le personnel est encore en phase d'apprentissage mais c'est une très bonne adresse
Comme l'hôtel venait d'ouvrir depuis 10j quand nous sommes arrivés, ce n'était pas tout a fait fini. On avait une superbe baignoire mais pas de robinet, donc impossible de l'utiliser mais la douche était parfaite et le reste aussi, cela nous a fait rire.
Un regret sur le restaurant, dommage que ne soit proposé que des buffets, il manque la possibilité de pouvoir demander des poissons grillés ou autre plat unique crétois.

Everything was awesome, the host, the accommodation (which by the way is way bigger than in most photos, its on a hillside right across the sea). The breakfast was very diverse and included quite a lot of options (Buffet, continental + Greek and other options). The room was decently sized but the garden and palm tree right in front of our door was just what we needed. Plenty of parking spaces available on the property. Also in 15 mins short walk you get to the center of Elounda, a quiet and romantic place to spend even a whole week.
The only thing that might be a future improvement, are mosquito/insects nets for every window, due to the fact that its very hot and near the water, there are some pests here and there that might enter unannounced :)

The location was good with a nice sea view from the balcony. Staff were very pleasant and hotel & room was clean. Nice sized swimming pool and an excellent varied breakfast.
Mainly we had no warm or hot water for the 3 nights we stayed. No kettle or tea /coffee maker in room which was advertised (although we did manage to get one from reception) , no hairdryer, no tv channels working. Car parking was very limited.

Location was great, overlooking the bay and a sea view was worth it for sure.
Pool was clean and larger than expected. Staff very attentive and pleasant.
No hot water in the room, with the management shrugging their shoulders stating “that’s how it is if someone has used it all by the time you shower”. Well, it was the same every day and I’m an early riser, so that is not the case, more like minimal settings and timings on the heating to save money is the likelihood.
Pool bar is under stocked, so a lazy day by the pool couldn’t be enjoyed without compromise.
Rooms are okay but poor facilities and bed quality lets them down. No kettle, small fridge on the floor, no warm or hot water to shower in……just the fundamentals need to be better.

The location is amazing - really pretty and taxi ride or walk away from Elounda and Plaka. The staff at this property are really friendly and helpful - Mike especially. We were staying there to meet with family and Mike upgraded our room and made sure we were next door to our family. He also helped with recommendations on where to eat and organised us taxis. The terrace of our room was really lovely, spacious and had a great view. For what we paid it did the job for a one night stay.
The hotel rooms were quite dated and there was quite a strong smell of foist in our room. The hairdryer didn’t work and all the electrics were exposed in the bathroom. The size of the pool was great and looked lovely but it was full of bugs so needed a good clean. With a bit of TLC this hotel could be amazing.

The location is well situated within walking distance to Elounda. The Hotel was newly renovated and our room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful sea view. The Manager (Mike) and all the Staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was perfect.

Beautiful building and fantastic location with view over the ocean. Public areas were stunning. Staff member Mike was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very nice. Easy walk along foreshore to centre of town. On-site parking was a bonus.

we had a superior suite. There was absolutely nothing in the room but a bed and furniture. The bathroom was very small and no plug for the sink. The decor was very dated.
The maid must have spent 5-10 minutes in the room in which time she straightened the bed and emptied the bins. Towels are only changed every second day

The hotel was great and the view was amazing. It is actually better than what you see in the pictures. The staff very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast also very good! The room was spacious, clean, the balcony was unbelievable with sea view.

A very clean room! Breakfast had everything! Polite personel and what i have requested (hairdryer, etc) was immidiately given to me.
A glass of wine as a thank you gift from the hotel 2 days before we had to leave.
Although it is a hotel with many studios it is very quiet place! The neighbour hotels are noisy..

Some small things like ants in our room coming in through the space between the main door and the floor.
There was not enough space to put our things (shelves) in the cupboard so we kept them in our suitcases.
The matrace could be a bit better but in general it was ok in comparison with other hotels.
The curtain in the batgroom is not placed at the correct distance so it was sticking on your body while showering.
Not enough sockets (Thermos had to be placed on the floor far from the table)
