Situated in Kalkan Belediyesi, this attractive villa for $249 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Villa Sari is situated in an enviable location just a 6 minute easy stroll, which is mostly flat for Kalkan, into the old town past local cafes and restaurants. Alternativley walk in the opposite direction along "Kalamar Road" and try out the new eateries popping up as you head towards Kalamar Bay. The villa has a double bedroom ensuite ,and a twin bedroom ensuite,which both lead out onto a balcony. On the top floor there is a further single bedroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The Villa is bright and airy with glass brick walls inviting light into the building. The living room has a sofa and a T.V. with UK channels and the fully fitted kitchen has a breakfasting table overlooking the pool. The pool terrace is accessed by sliding doors from the living room or hallway which lead onto an area with an awning and table for al fresco dining. Outside is quiet and peaceful. There is a 7.5 x 3 x 1.6m pool and sufficent sun loungers to cater for all around the south facing swimming pool, which is bathed in sunlight all day. In the evening, you can head out onto the large double section roof terrace, enjoy a drink with lovely views and soak up the atmosphere as the Old Town lights up, welcoming you to the wonderful evening ahead. There are mature gardens to the back and sides of the building, which include olive and lemon trees . Villa Sari can comfortably sleep 4 adults in bedrooms with additional space for 2 younger children. The Villa is looked after by Karyn and the gardens and pools are maintained by Irfan. Both Karyn and Irfan are extremley approachable and friendly with a wealth of knowledge of the local area which they will gladly share with you. Karyn will also provide you with information regarding trips etc should you be interested, along with being available to promptly deal with any issues that may arise. Should you choose to holiday at Villa Sari, we are sure that you will enjoy all that it has to offer, with its home comforts providing all that you need for a relaxing stay. Kalkan itself is a unique destination, with its many restaurants for all budgets and friendly locals, it leaves people wanting to return time and time again. There are many options for eating, whether you fancy a barbeque around the pool with friends and family or you want to experience a magical roof top restaurant. Either way, you will not be disappointed. For home supplies there is a well stocked local shop situated 40 metres away.

We roughly knew the area and chose the villa for its location close to town. Good restaurants and shops nearby and very quit location. The only thing we found we missed was a view, as this villa doesn’t have one from the pool area. But still very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to all questions. I would recommend this value for money villa for those looking to use it as a base and not worried about a sea view.

We had the most amazing stay in Kalkan. It was better than expected. Also much hotter! Kevin and his team were wonderful. So very helpful. Karyn surprised my husband with a very thoughtful gift and bubbly on his birthday. We could not fault their attentiveness and just the right amount of contact. Leaving us to get on with our holiday but always available to be of assistance if we needed anything. We would love to visit Villa Sari again. We had an unforgettable time. Thank you !

Loved our relaxing holiday, the pool was lovely and a welcome break from the heat, the roof terrace was great to sit and watch the world go by once the sun had gone down.

Four of us stayed in Villa Sari for 10 days and it was a superb choice of villa for four of us. A brilliant location, away from the noise but only a 10 minute walk (if that) into the main town. The villa itself is great and has everything you need. The pool is fab and the outside space generally is very nicely done. The owners could not have been more helpful and their manager and pool man in Kalkan were very friendly and accommodating. When we return to Kalkan, it will be to Villa Sari!

From the beginning Kev was extremely communicative and that continued throughout the stay with Karyn and Irfan who were on hand to help in any which way. The property is around 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan, so shops and restaurants within easy reach. The boat taxis to the beach clubs could also be found within a similar walking distance. The property itself was brilliant, really well set up- every detail considered, from welcome food and wine in the fridge to UK plug sockets. The house had multiple areas to sit, eat and drink - roof terrace overlooking Kalkan aswell as a covered area near to the pool. Hard pressed to find any fault at all. Thank you !!!

We recently returned from Villa Sari after a weeks stay. It was our first holiday to Turkey and following recommendation we chose Kalkan. Even though there is a vast choice of villas in the area, we’re so pleased we settled on Villa Sari. It truly is a hidden gem, yet only a 5 minutes walk to the town. The villa itself was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, including a much appreciated welcome pack. Our favourite area was the outdoor space with a lovely sized pool, sunbeds, parasols and a shady seating area. We also enjoyed the seating area on the roof terrace, perfect for a glass of wine before walking into Kalkan, with beautiful views of the mountains. Having Karyn, the host, around is very reassuring and was very helpful. Irfan, who tended the pool and gardens was friendly, gave plenty of advice and brought fresh bread each morning - what a lovely touch! The villa brought us the balance of our perfect holiday - comfort, relaxation with privacy, distance to shops and restaurants and the reassurance that any problems or queries were at the end of the phone and dealt with quickly. Our only negative is that one week wasn’t long enough, so we’ve already booked for next year for two and can’t wait! Finally we have to thank Kevin and Cheryl, the owners who kept in touch and provided us with valuable information and made it possible for us to experience their lovely villa.

Perfect Villa - Amazing in every way
This was our first trip to Kalkan and we all had such a fantastic time at Villa Sari. The villa is very spacious, clean and very well equipped.
The pool is fantastic with plenty of space to sit, the newly built outdoor area was a godsend in the midday heat. We spent early evenings on the roof terrace watching the sun set before venturing into Kalkan.
The walk into Kalkan is an easy 5 minute stroll downhill, I would however highly recommend getting one of the cheap taxi's back. Once in Kalkan there is an abundance of restaurants and bars. During our time we only experienced fantastic food and service.
We enjoyed our chats with Irfan and love the way he looks after the cats and dogs. Karyn was always available if required to help with any query.
I also have to mention the fantastic communication with Kevin & Cheryl and the way they have handled the current situation with Covid, they reassured at every step completely putting our mind at ease.
Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to see you next year

This is now our 4th visit to Kalkan and Villa Sari has been the best villa we have stayed in to date. Ideally located for shops, weekly market and the walk into Kalkan town, the villa provide everything we needed and more especially with a local supermarket being a few minutes walk away and a couple of restaurants including the quirky Johnny's being closest especially for lunch. Dealing with owners Stephen and Wyn who also arranged our transfers was a pleasure and the property manager in Kalkan, Karyn, was extremely helpful as she contacted me in advance to ensure that we had our visas and transfer arrangements in place and also if there was anything that we needed in advance of our arrival. She also stayedin regular contact throughout our holiday and helped us when we needed to find a dentist urgently on arrival. The pool and surrounding area was well maintained daily by Irfan ( a lovely guy) who brought us fresh bread on a daily basis and also looked after the many friendly cats that visited. Irfan is a member of KAPSA , an organisation that looks after the stray cats and dogs in Kalkan to ensure that they are treated by the vets, looked after and fed.
This has been my most enjoyable and relaxed holiday to date and this was mainly due to staying at Villa Sari. Thank you Stephen,Wyn, Irfan and Karyn

The only slight downside was the lack of a breeze by the pool but I would rather this than be located high up on the hill and be unable to walk to and from the town. Karyn the property manager was incredibly responsive and an issue with the air-conditioning in the master bedroom was attended to very swiftly!Currently the adjacent property is empty (and has been for some years I believe) so it is very peaceful. There is a small but adequately-stocked supermarket just at the bottom of the street on the Kalamar Road. Irfan was also happy to deliver bread each morning fresh for breakfast - thank you. I would say that you are very safe to book this property if you are currently pondering whether to do so! The only reason to not book it would be if you have mobility issues as the stairs in the property would be a struggle (as well as the incline of the street the property is on). Kalkan is, however, not really suited to someone with mobility issues anyway, unless you intend to take taxis literally everywhere. Enjoy your holiday!

Our stay at Villa Sari was a pleasure. The villa was kitted out with plenty of homely accessories, a fully equipped kitchen and a much needed water cooler!
Karyn was always on hand to assist with additional requirements.
The swimming pool area was fantastic with ample beds/deck chairs and sun shades.
The villa was within easy walking distance to the many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops and also the nearest stoney beach, all be it the walk back was all uphill and tough for elderly or infirm, but there are plenty of Taxi's if the walk does become too much.
There are too many excellent restaurants to name, we tried a different one every night and didn't have one bad meal.
The beach clubs are fantastic with small charges for beds but all food and drink prices very reasonable. Indigo was our favourite!
Would definitely recommend this property and resort to anyone.
We are sure to return sometime in the future!!

Wonderful villa
Had such a wonderful time at Villa Sari! The villa and the grounds are amazing and there is so much space which is brilliantly furnished for spending time outside in sun or shade. Most days we really didn't want to leave it, even with the incredible draw of Kalkan town!
Inside was really comfortable and we slept amazingly the whole holiday. We found the villa to be well equipped with everything we needed and though there was only 2 of us, the accommodation would be perfect for bigger parties also. Plenty of space inside, around the pool and on the fab roof terrace.
The villa felt really peaceful and private but is also perfectly located, easy stroll into town and a selection of restaurants on the way. There is a handy shop a minute away and other supermarkets a 5 minute walk (if that).
Irfan was very friendly and it's so lovely to see him take such good care of, and tell us all about the feline friends we made! Karyn also checked in and was easily contactable should we have had any queries.
Thank you to our hosts (who also organised transfers)- we had such a brilliant stay and can't wait to return next year!

An outstanding private Villa
This Villa is in an excellent location, in immaculate condition and is superbly managed by Karyn and maintained to the highest standard by Irfan who visits twice a day to clean the pool & set up the sunbed. It has everything you could possibly want and made our first Villa Holiday the best holiday to date. We are a family of 4 with a 12 & 17 YO who felt very safe and at home in Villa Sari. Our thanks to Stephen and Wyn for sharing your beautiful and peaceful property, we are very jealous indeed but grateful to have enjoyed such a lovely Villa. The only possible reason there are not more recent reviews on here must be because people love returning and want to keep it a secret to themselves. It's simply stunning and we will return another year and hopefully book early enough to secure our stay! Enjoy

Beautiful villa in beautiful Kalkan
Wonderful villa, offering everything you could need for a chilled out, pool dunking, beer cooling, cat feeding, short walking, restaurant finding, warm welcoming holiday.
Villa Sari is a brilliant home from home. Both double rooms have their own en-suite, air conditioning, balconies and large wardrobes and drawer space.
The large and comfortable roof terrace is a fantastic spot for evening drinks giving you the opportunity to see Kalkan from a lovely height whilst watching the sun setting.
The pool is perfect for cooling off when the sun is fierce (it was fierce)! and a lot of time was spent bobbing in the water with a soothing or funky playlist setting the mood. The pool patio areas are large with plenty of sun lounges, parasols and seating.
Villa Sari is very clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly managed. Karyn made sure we had everything we needed and was always available if we needed to contact her. Her responses were immediate and very helpful. Irfan came to manage the outside areas every day and was kind, friendly and polite. We didn't always see him, but we knew he had been as the parasols had been raised or lowered depending on the time of day. He was efficient and non-intrusive.
The Kalkan cats are very much part of this beautiful resort and they know they will win you over. Don't bother fighting it; they are heart stealers.
Kalkan offers a fantastic array of restaurants and bars within a very short walk from Villa Sari. All of these establishments extend a wonderful welcome, great food and very good service. Nothing is too much trouble.
Supermarkets, taxis, banks and even a very good Turkish bath/massage establishment are minutes away on foot.
From the harbour area, after meals and drinks, the walk back to the Villa might not appeal, but a very short taxi ride will cost less than 10 Lira.
This place is magical. Just book it.

Perfect retreat in the sun
After deciding to go on holiday with friends, we were recommended this villa by other friends and family that guaranteed a perfect holiday in this villa. After speaking to both the owners if realised this was the right place for us to spend a week in the sun.
The villa was perfect, awesome location with everything that was needed nearby. The Villa had everything needed for that perfect holiday. I can honestly say we all had a lovely time, and would definitely recommend Villa Sari to all my friends that were looking for a for a holiday in the sun. Many different restaurants within walking distance, in every single restaurant we were greated as if we'd known each other for years. Cant complain with any food what so ever. Well worth every penny!
Will definitely be looking to return in the future, and just a shame we hadn't have found this little gem before!

Fantastic Villa - Great town - amazing!
We have are frequent visitors to Kalkan and this was the second time we have stayed at Villa Sari. It is lovely villa in a great location only 5 minutes walk to the town centre. It is peaceful, quiet and relaxing but close enough to get to everything you need. The swimming pool itself is lovely to bob around in and the pool area gets really good exposure to the sun and the roof terrace is even better especially in the middle of the day. We love staying at Villa Sari and it felt like a home from home and would 100% recommend this to anyone who asked us about it. The locals are super friendly and the restaurants are varied and delicious. Not a lot of people seem to be aware of Kalkan whenever I say where I have been so for me it is a hidden treasure and both my girlfriend and I love going every year.

Fantastic location, great value for money
Fantastic time in the villa. Great location to walk into town, the beach and to the restaurants and shops. The company managing the property and extremely approachable and very helpful.
Unfortunately the villa only has a view from the terrace but the location makes up for it. Brilliant pool and outdoor eating areas. Spacious bedrooms and equity with everything you need! Great value for money.
Would highly recommend this villa to friends and family, and make a return visit.

Excellent villa in a great location
Lovely villa in a quiet location and a wonderful large swimming pool. Rooms are a good size and well furnished and equipped. Town centre with its many restaurants is a 10-15 minute stroll away. This was our first holiday in Turkey but we will certainly return and stay again at Villa Sari.

Perfect, relaxing holiday
We stayed at Villa Sari for two weeks in July 2014 and didn't want to leave! The villa is in an ideal position, easy walking distance to the town, but far enough out to be peaceful and private. The local shop is one minute walk away and had everything we needed.
We spent most of our two weeks in the pool, which was amazing. When we weren't relaxing in the pool, we found plenty of places within easy walking distance to sample the local food and drink.
I've been to Kalkan before, and it's absolutely beautiful, you can just unwind and take each day as it comes, or you can take a dolmus or arranged trip to one of the very many sightseeing spots all within an hour of the town. The shops and restaurants are plentiful and the locals (both human and furry) are all very welcoming and friendly.
We will definitely be back!

Perfect
We have just returned from a two week stay at Villa Sari. The villa is stunning, from the pool terrace to the roof top terrace.
It is in a fantastic location to the town, with restaurants and shops at the bottom of the street.
It was perfectly equipped for all our needs. We spent many lazy days by the gorgeous pool.
The owners organised taxis to and from the airport for us which was an excellent service. I can't recommend the villa enough. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely villa
This villa has everything you need , really close to town , supermarket a stones throw ,own pool.
This is our 2nd time at Villa Sari and unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short by a week . I have never felt so cheated . Everyone there who deal with villa were fantastic they could of not helped us anymore .

Our first stay in Kalkan, we feel so lucky to have stayed at lovely Villa Sari ? the fab house, the fab pool, the fab view from all the different terraces and balconies! The location was perfect, easy walk to town yet really quiet environs, easy walk to the sea ? when we could tear ourselves away from the house, that is! No wonder people return to Villa Sari again and again, we're already dreaming of our next visit.
