Great stay, good location, value for money. Would stay here again.

Great location, handy to the city, docklands & southbank. Trams almost at the front door. Our apartment was clean & the staff were warm & friendly & quick to respond to our requests.

Bedrooms were small but had plenty of storage & ensuite & bathroom were excellent

Will be staying again soon ,clean,safe,good Location and great space to live in for a Week.

Clean Beautiful View able to Cook , Order in , Eat out and Elevator was easy to use . Was Secure Quiet other Guests or Home Owners where quiet and Comfortable Environment. Safe Clean and cook Location. Service from Team was excellent and Easy.

The couch wasn’t the best but you’re not in the room a lot. Bed was ok a bit squishy for us but would be a cloud for others .

Fantastic location and great staff helped make it a great stay. Would absolutely book again

Amazing views. Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

A small hiccup with change to the room type we booked but staff worked hard to ensure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction and everything was great in the end.

Great choice in Melbourne CBD

Excellent location, beautiful view, quite fancy apartment. Clean and comfortable, good internet and choice of tv channels/smart tv

Our room was not ready at check in but it took only 15 minutes to get it. Also sometime staff was not super helpful but it does not mean service was bad.

did not happen. Person travelled 5 hours to stay.

Did not like anything. Property refused to let stay. Refused to look at confirmation of booking. Denied the booking and took time to refund the money.

IF using a site like Booking.com, actually accept bookings from Bookings.com. Reception was rude towards person staying and lied to person organising the stay.

Brilliant stay in Melbourne CBD

Nice spacious apartment with great views, nicely furnished, well equipped bathrooms,nice big kitchen, location was excellent, beds were good, staff were polite and helpful.

Kitchen was good but could have been equipped more. Asked for paper towels but not available, dining table mats and hot plate to protect the counter not available.

Great location, walking distance to the office on Southbank, food options nearby, gym was quiet, room is well kept with plenty of storage space. I prefer this to the company provided hotels

Would appreciate a couple more handtowels, especially as they are required in the gym. Earlier gym access in the morning would be a bonus.

Fantastic spot for Easter weekend in Melbourne.

Excellent location on Collins St and 10 mins walk from the main mall. Apartment was spacious and modern. Excellent bathroom and had laundry facilities too. IGA a few doors away and it sells wine and beer too.

The sofa bed in living area was not very comfortable there was one very comfy chair I would prefer more of those.

Just the lounge and a bit of extra cleaning in the room ...Otherwise loved it

Aircon vents were really dirty in lounge area and bedroom.Lounge was far too small for Four people and there was quite a bit of mould in the walls of the shower

Beds were great. View's amazing Close to everything Public transport was great

We loved it. We will be back without a doubt & would love that same apartment if was possible. .

The view was simply outstanding. Outstanding. Beds & linen lovely. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Good mirrors. Good sized apartment for 4 adults.

Maybe the aircon was a little loud & in hottest part of the day not that effective.

Be warned: staff not available for late or early checkout

Spacious, clean

Definitely felt like an Airbnb and felt uneasy about being charged on the day so that the property management company can circumvent any discounts made via 3rd party websites like Booking or Expedia.

We came for the tennis. It was an easy walk to everything we needed.I would stay again.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was well situated. Unit was very clean, bed was comfortable.

No bedside lamp. There were four of us but only one two seater couch.

Very pleasant stay

Central to everything, surrounded by cafe, patisserie, convenient store etc. Clean and comfortable apartments, very good washing machine/dryer. Helpful and reasonable staff. Overall we really enjoyed our time there.

A coffee machine, bigger garbage bag and a bit more laundry detergent in more than one room apartment would be great.

Overall, a great stay!

Well located, friendly staff, reasonably priced, has a gym, everything necessary to cook, comfy bed

Washing machine and dryer weren’t great, gym equipment is lacking a bit but it’s good to even have one, so thanks! Kitchen could use some more wine glasses

Excellent place to stay that is within walking distance to key areas

Excellent location - within short walking distance to a number of key places. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom. Excellent facilities. Comfortable beds. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Melbourne next

Perfect place to stay in central Melbourne. Could not fault it.

Excellent location - easy to get walk or tram to all places of interest. Very clean, well maintained and quiet. Staff were excellent.

Great room but glitch info

The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts to the higher floors were quick.

There was an evacuation. While it clearly wasn't the fault of the property a fellow resident claimed the costs would be charged to all. When checking out and seeking clarification we were told maybe! This has never happened and is unpleasant now feeling I need to continuously check my card staemdnts for extra charges. They had a late checkout deal gor New Years but a contradictory price and warning the morning of checkout. Once again I will need to check my card for what was probably just a technical error.
