Disappointing

The bed linen was clean. Refrigerator is adequate. Space is adequate. Clean towels were provided with a piece of soap and shampoo. Near the Milnerton beach.

TV is small, unmounted, limited DSTv channels and no smart TV capabilities. WiFi was available but password was never given. Air conditioning only preset to 20 degree Celsius. Wall heater non-functional. No hot or warm water in the bathroom, cold showers. No lighting in bathroom during the night. No plates. Location is in between local residential area of Brooklyn.

It was nice to be there,very neat,bed is comfortable,quiet place,the guy in the reception was very friendly, unfortunately I forgot his name,it is a place that I can visit again👌

Disappointed

Price of accommodation Friendly and courteous staff Conflict resolution

Doors and walls are paper thin, you do hear almost every noise from outside or surrounding guests, Cleanliness of the unit was not up to standard(far from it) (I'll spare the details and photos) Air-conditioning remote was not in the room, when asked, it was stated that the accommodation removed it due to the loadshedding for saving power due to Eskom. TV had some black "water mark" on it, spoiling the picture(this is known to the staff, yet it has still to be replaced.) A lot of the amneties/things inside the apartment that I was expecting was either broken, half broken or of poor quality because of the amount of times it was used before. The couch and the bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable. My gripe is that I expected an okay place from the photos and the actual apartment did not live up to it. Upon addressing the issue, the manager/owner kindly refunded my money for the remaining stay but told me that it is budget accommodation and you cant expect everything to be perfect. I did not expect luxury accommodation, but I do find it a bit strange that the sign outside said something along the line of "Luxurious self catering accommodation" On a last note, whatever fragrance was sprayed inside before arrival (was really overpowering and unpleasant(for a whole 2 days) I appreciate the quick and painless conflict resolution, unfortunately this is not accommodation that I would return to. I hope that this will help you improve and provide future guests with a better stay than I had.

Worst Stay Ever!

Only the wifi was satisfactory.

The place was totally not what we expected to find. The staff was very incompetent, starting from the so-called receptionist who came to knock at our door disrespectfully on the day of our check-out. Furthermore, on our second day at the place to our surprise the place had requested for maintenance people to come and do a ceiling job in some apartments including the one that was currently occupied by us! Mind you that I have got a sinus infection. There was no sort of communication for this inconvenience because it seems like these people don't rate or have any form of respect for their guests! Moving on, to how filthy the 'Luxury' apartment was on the day of our arrival and the amount of appliances such as, the air conditioner, geyser monitor, TV, etc. which were were outdated and most of them did not even work. There was no cleaning equipment available in the apartment as well as no iron or hair dryer. This was the worst stay that I ever encountered as a genius 3 member of booking.com!

Very good

Staff was friendly and everything went off smoothly

No under roof allocated area for smoking. Load TV in the room next door could be hear clearly. I would suggest looking into a bit of soundproofing

Disappointed

Their wifi is backed-up, as we had loadshedding however, no interrupted connection.

Firstly they placed us in the wrong room. Upon complaining about how dirty it was and how several things were missing and broken, they offered the room initially assigned to us according to the agreement I signed. We started off on the wrong foot & everything just went downhill from there.

Neighborhood is accessible by public transport

Neat clean apartment Everything needed for Self catering was available

The bed needs to be changed. We had to follow up on getting the WiFi password and other minor items which could have been readily available.

Amazing value! Close to city center, comfortable rooms, decent wifi and secure parking. Would definitely stay again.

The fact that the staff were helpful They did help when I asked example bed mattress was changed

There was a massive difference in comparison to our experience 4 years ago The couch was not usable extremely hard and wants able to be changed Maid didn't come through daily, when asked was only able to get the room cleaned on the last day

Accomadation is worth your money

Very beautiful and peaceful place great to get a break from the world place was very neat and tidy and it's my second time being back will deffiantly come again.

The room could have been more clean. Although the location is very central, it doesn's seem safe.
