The house overall is good and perfect for families
Staff was unprofessional, they couldn't pick up my booking and said that their wifi was down, so i asked my kids to hotspot them, since they didn't do the effort to use there own data. Was a long struggle with them when they even asked for my credit card details again, to charge me another time!! After i told them that I'll get int touch with Booking.com customer service, they allowed my kids to stay. They showed them copy of the receipt, and the confirmation email, but the people there said they don't trust it, because of all the scams. So tell me, how do you secure a booking these days, cause owners of properties obviously don't hire people with the necessary skills to do their jobs, period!

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. They allowed the group to have a great time socializing and assisted us with our every need.
Facilities are spacious and neat.
There are little things that can be maintained better, in regards to walls, cupboards and doors.

The place is clean and the bedding is white, clean and ironed. To me that's 100% turn on.
The place needs to ensure theres cattlery and enough soap in the rooms.

It was comfortable enough. The ladies was accomodating and friendly.
There is a courtyard leading into the main lounge but a table and chairs in the courtyard would be appreciated, also some chairs at the BBQ area would be nice. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Communication before our stay wasn't good.

The welcoming by the manager was impeccable, he was very assisting. The cleaners were very nice and friendly just like the manager.
Having to wash our own dishes and making sure the kitchen was clean after use. The fact that we were given separate rooms and it was not a chalet setting we had to share our dinning and kitchen space with other guests. It is definitely not "family" friendly. The place also seems to be running some kind of "hook-up" spot as most people came for a night. Finally, an employer by the name of Givemore who worked night shift on our stay there was just unbearable. He would change tv stations while we were there and also iron their clean linen while we were occupying the TV room. He was rude and very dismissive. He has no regard customer service. He also went to the extent of telling us to occupy and stay in our rooms as he was the one who should use the TV area because we had televisions in our rooms.

The room I had was so beautiful ( the pictures are not uploaded) the 24hour check in desk even when coming in from a fest someone was there to open the main gates , also forgot my charger and went back and the cleaning was so friendly with helping me get it.
