Nestled in Solana Beach, this attractive condo for $504 per night is a great choice for your next break. Imagine yourself enjoying the gorgeous Pacific Ocean and outstanding sunsets from this ideally located ocean view condo. You can savor the horizon from your living room, dining room and large west-facing patio. This nicely upgraded home is light and bright and has a very comfortable living area with a large flat screen TV that includes HBO, Showtime and an upgraded sports package. The kitchen features an additional patio with barbecue and outdoor dining table overlooking the beautiful landscaping. A large, comfortable king master bedroom has a full ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk bed plus a sofa with pull out bed. The bed and bathrooms are amply furnished with high quality linens for your comfort. Wifi speeds up to 150Mbps! Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces and public parking outside the complex. The complex offers two tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated year-round) and 2 jacuzzis and beach access. This charming seaside community is within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, the train station, and many outdoor restaurants. It is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many famous attractions such as SeaWorld, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo. When combined with our fabulous weather, Casa Del Sol in the Seascape Sur complex is truly casual, coastal living at its finest and is a great place to create memories that will last a lifetime. Please Note: There is NO smoking allowed inside or outside of this property. This condo has a 5 person max capacity. This home does not have air conditioning, but floor fans are provided for warmer days. The fireplace is non-working. In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum. Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The location is perfect as the complex is on a relatively quiet street, the unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and it is a reasonably short walk down to the beach (there is a long, wooden staircase you have to go down to get to the beach, so don't bring a ton of stuff with you). The pictures of the unit are accurate and the leasing office staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early and, because our flight out was late in the evening and nobody was checking in on our departure date, they let us check out after 5 with a minimal late check-out fee (i.e. the equivalent of a hotel late check-out fee that only gets you a couple of extra hours rather than a whole afternoon). I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, amazing view from the deck and living room! The kitchen and living room upgraded and nicely decorated. downstairs there are spacy 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There are comfortable mattresses and bedding. The only thing that it certainly needs some upgrades and cleaning! Overall recommend.

Visiting SD for an extended work engagement. While it was Gray May, the view from the upstairs living quarters were spectacular - saw both sun and moonsets. The condo was wonderfully appointed and had all the comforts of home (down to the coffee grinder). I'm only sad that it isn't available for my next few work trips....
