Location Description: Anna Maria Island is located on Florida's Gulf coast 35 miles south of Tampa Bay and 7 miles west of Bradenton Florida. Anna Maria Island Florida is the northern most of a string of barrier islands that stretch in a southerly direction toward the Florida Keys. Surprisingly Anna Maria Island comprises three very unique cities (villages), Bradenton Beach on the southern tip of the island Holmes Beach in the middle and Anna Maria on the northern tip. The property was as advertised. The location was very convenient to the beach, shopping, and everything else we were looking for. The restaurants within walking distance were all excellent. The walk to the beach was short and quick. My wife and I spent equal time at the heated pool as well. If I want to nit pick, the 2 things i would say are that the poolside chairs were a bit dingy and worn and the master bedroom mattress was softer than we prefer. But again, this is not enough from stopping us from rebooking the same place for next year. Communicating with the property owners was a breeze and timely.

Clean,very well stocked, some glitches with lights and electric,but,Terry send out electrician and things were fixed. Pool area clean and heated pool. But,too much traffic due to location of condo near Bridge. Also buildings very old,need a face-lift outside. From our condo,beach was about a block ,not a bad walk,but,again heavy traffic to cross road to beach.

Property is near the bridge, however, it is very quiet inside and out. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay - beach chairs, washer/dryer, pool, plenty of towels for bath and beach, centrally located/close to restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores and beach was across the street. Beach was quiet and we enjoyed walking or building sandcastles. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Terry’s and Sandy condo. This is a great location, close to everything. The condo is very clean and spacious, very well equipped. You feel like you’re at home. It is very close to the beach just across the street, not even 5 minutes walk. There is plenty of restaurants, places to walk and explore. We had a beautiful weather. We will definitely come again in the future.

This property was located in a great area. There were many restaurants, shops, and beach within walking distance. The kitchen was small but other areas were a good size. There were beach chairs, toys, and plenty of towels. The condo was dated but everything was in good working order. We didn't have any issues. Owner sent a lot of information about the area and condo that was appreciated.

Great set-up for 2 couples or small family and found it to be exactly as the listing indicated. The location was perfect with easy walk to beach and restaurants. We used the trolley a couple of times to explore further away and were happy to not have a car all week. Terry was very responsive and even quickly delivered a couple of new beach chairs when we noticed that one was missing. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Very quiet neighborhood. The place was very neat and clean and we had the pool all to ourselves every day. Probably b/c of the time-frame we were there. [Week before Memorial Day]. It was super convenient to the beach and within walking distance of some great dinner places and an ice cream shop. Loved Anna Marie Island!!! Walmart is 10 mins away in Bradenton if you need anything. Only negative: Some of the furniture is old/dated but worked for us. Thanks so much for being a good and responsive host. Would definitely recommend it and try to visit again.

We've been traveling down to AMI and the Bradenton area for years to visit a relative, however this was the very first time that we rented on the island. We have walked past this condo 100's of times, so we are very familiar with the area. The condo itself is perfectly represented in the description and photo's.

Property is in a great location with a view of the back bay area off of patio.However, the description of the unit is not completely accurate. The master has a queen bed not a king and a full bed in the second bedroom. The unit is not update at all, its a early 80's beach decor with random odd furniture and decor that doesn't match....carpet and linoleum are very old.Large water leak stain on the ceiling in the living room.Upon arrival the unit smelled very musty and seafood like odor. We noticed pans of charcoal under the end tables, probably to help with the smell, it did however subsidie after opening the doors to patio.Also the unit had a issue with the air conditioning and we had a hot first night as the management did not respond to our complaints until we reached out again the next day and had to insist yo thrm that the air was malfunctioning and not just user error as he had implied the day before. It was fixed within a couole of hours after the repairman arrived. I don't feel that the price of the unit reflects what it actually is, its over priced.Our trip however was amazing and we enjoyed the island.

Had a very nice time in Bradenton. The property was very nice and clean. The weather could have cooperated a little better but still had a good time. It would have been nicer if we were closer to the beach but it wasn't that bad. The restaurants around were all very good. Only had one bad dinner. Overall I won't hesitate to stay here again.
