Hotel direkt am Terminal

Das Hotel ist direkt dem Terminal 3 angeschlossen. Wir waren hier für die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug morgens und haben ein tolles Frühstück genossen, bevor es völlig stressfrei und nicht weit zu Fuss zum check-in ging.

Ich hatte mich auf das Thermalbad gefreut, wenn auch mit Zusatzkosten von ca. 12 € pro Person. Leider habe ich es nicht genutzt, da für meinen Partner keine passende Kleidung und Hausschuhe zur Verfügung standen. Die vorrätige Pyjamagröße L, ist nicht groß genug für einen großen kräftigeren Mann. Diesen soll man zusammen mit den Hausschuhen, die auch nicht in großer Größe vorhanden waren, auf dem Weg ins Spa tragen.

Comfortable. Very good hot baths!

Location is good with a good view of the airport. The air conditioning is nice and the serving staff were very helpful. The lighting is also relaxing. It's perfect for people trying to catch early departure flights.

The rooms for 3 or 4 people should be more spacey, with additional spaces for placing luggages.

次回から部屋の景観に注意して注文したい！

温泉がある。

ファミリータイプの部屋をとっていたのですがネットの写真と違う小さなすりガラスで景色の見えない圧迫感のあるへやに通されました為フロントにお願いして窓の景色の見える部屋に交換してもらいました。休暇できているのに交換してもらわなかったら圧迫感ありすぎて休息できなかったと思います。

Minutes walk from Haneda Terminal 3, comfy room but the toilet is literally located on the balcony

Good location if you have to catch an early flight at Haneda Airport! The room was really pricey but came with an Onsen ticket. The room was clean and plenty of shops around (it's an airport afterall).

The bathroom was converted from the balcony so when you first step into the room, the curtain which was covering the windows gave the impression that there wasn't any bathroom. Later when I opened the curtain realised that the bathroom was hiding behind where (I assume) was originally a balcony. It's not the end of the world but with the heavy curtain no light penetrates the room, and if the curtain is open the light comes in but so is view of the toilet. Not ideal, especially if the room has more than a single occupant!

Comfortable stay for late night arrivals, or early departure from airport.

Location at the airport makes it convenient for arrival late at night. And I enjoyed the onsen very much.

Room per night was a little expensive, but other than that was very happy with it.

Great!

We had a flight delay and arrived too late to catch the last train home. Villa Fontaine Grande was extremely convenient being easy to walk to from inside the airport. There was a convenience store along the way, which was perfect for picking up a late-night snack. Automatic check-in was easy and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay again if I have an early departure or late arrival at Haneda.

The sign near the information desk at Haneda was a little bit unclear, but perhaps that was just because we were tired. At first, I didn't realize that coffee and tea were available downstairs near reception, rather than in the room.

Extremely convenient for flights from T3. The onsen is excellent

Automated check in system is really impersonal. No opportunity to explain any requirements (like a skiing injury) without looking around for staff. For a hotel at this price point something more personal is needed. Be aware of VERY long walks to some rooms

Gut für den frühen Flug

Super Lage direkt am Flughafen. Haben es für die letzte Nacht genutzt. Der Spa-Bereich ist hervorragend. Bequeme Betten und schönes Zimmer.

Im Bad war leider sehr viel Plastik.

我喜歡地點的便利性！隔天走路6分鐘就到第三航廈，節省超多通車的費用！房間內空間舒適，行李箱都可以攤平。

Onsen in 12th floor was amazing, connected to airport, so quick easy walk. Check in check out quick & simple

Room was small for 3 beds, but average size for Tōkyō. A vending machine for snacks would be great.

部屋の中に小物を置ける場所がもう少し欲しかったですテーブルが小さかった為、飲み物など置くとそれ以上置けない為困った

Beautiful new hotel with easy access to Haneda Terminal 3

Location - there is a covered walkway from the terminal to the hotel. There is a convenience store just outside the front door and restaurants just near there too. The hotel is just gorgeous, the staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the free bus into Shibyua in the morning - overall we were very very happy with this hotel stay.

Hard to think of much I didn’t like - maybe it was a little further from central Tokyo than a lot of other hotels but being so close to the airport means early morning or late night flights are a whole lot more bearable.

10/10 would stay again nothing beats how easy and convenient it was to get to from the terminal.

Loved how convenient it was to get to the hotel from the airport, you just have to walk right over with no stress on catching a cab or train. Checking in and out was a breeze and breakfast had a pretty decent selection.

For the price it was fine but the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep in long term but it was okay short term. When you are already tired from a long plane ride it was a bit of a walk with all our luggage to get to the hotel but honestly very doable.

Comfy well equiped room close to the great train system in Tokyo

Close to trains. Also good stopover place while in Tokyo to access surrounding places.

Got lots of emails asking for credit card confirmation for the room which was a scam. It looked real and had all of my info. Nobody could confirm it was a scam. booking.com are near impossible to get answers from and was a pain to get resolved.
