Nestled in Cotter, this lovely bed and breakfast for $239 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Beautiful spotlessly CLEAN 2 bedroom (one King, one Queen both with river view and walkout to patio) 1 bath full kitchen cabin with White River frontage. Rate is $175 per night. Close to Bull Shoals lake, Lake Norfork ,Flippin, Cotter and an hour drive to Branson. Also short driving distance to the Buffalo River and Crooked Creek for kayaking and world class Smallmouth Bass fishing. Have your trout guide pick you up at your back door! Hardwood and tile floors, covered deck overlooking the river, large bathroom with tub and shower. Each bedroom and the Livingroom/kitchen have separate AC/Heat control. The bedrooms and bath are downstairs. Granite countertops, Weber gas grill, firepit, WiFi. Electric outlet in driveway for charging boat batteries. Washer/dryer. Quiet location on end of blacktop road but close to shopping. Rental kayaks available. The rental is part of the owners home, it is on the far right end of the home as viewed from the river. Fully private and separate entry and extensive soundproofing to ensure privacy. BEST reviews of any property in the area!

Loved our stay at the cabin. It was only for 2 days but was very relaxing and peaceful. One of the best short vacations we have ever had.

I surprised my husband with a birthday getaway!
I cannot say enough about the hosts and their hospitality.
Don provided me with names of float guides and other information that was very helpful.
The house was private and roomy. Very clean and decorated nicely.
We enjoyed the views from the deck. My husband walked right to the river to fish.
The only things you need to pack are your clothing, food and shampoo. The rest is already there!

We really enjoyed staying here! The view was amazing - beautiful porch upstairs and swing downstairs both overlooking the river! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed a bonfire with the hosts :) My husband fished right from the shore. Don was a wealth of information about the area... where to go, what to see. The only snag we had was they started construction on the lot next to the property, but Don compensated us for the noise and inconvenience. If we go back to the area, we would definitely stay again! It is a beautiful property with an amazing view and a great location! Thank you for hosting us!

The property was pristine clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenient to the hwy. Well stocked with all the basics. Host helpful with suggestions.
The only addition for me personally might have a been a lounge recliner to lay on, it had comfortable patio furniture, a lovely porch swing.

Great home with everything we needed. Be sure to read details about home. Bedrooms and bathroom iare downstairs, which was a problem for my elderly mom., but my fault for not reading!
Also, air conditioning went off during the night both nights we were there.

We absolutely LOVED this property. The rental itself was extremely nice and the owners were awesome. The water was easily accessible from the rooms. We loved having outdoor access off of both rooms! The drive to walmart was only about 10 minutes too. We will definitely be returning soon!

Staying in Don's cabin on the White River is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway with the most amazing view. The communication, location, and attention to detail are all 5 stars. If I could give them 10 stars, I most definitely would.
Our stay was remarkable. The fishing was great. The cabin is connected to Don's but completely separate. The walkout to the river at grouhd level was wonderful. The deck with grill and table and chairs off the living/kitchen area was perfect as well!
We travel regularly, and Don's is in the top 5%!

The direct river access is tricky and not ideal on foot out the back door, but it is beautiful location and a Premium area packed with large brown and rainbow trout up from Rim shoals. A definite 5 star , upper class , high end experience as far as being plugged in and being attached to a luxury home in Ozark Mountains.

Awesome place to stay. Don and his wife are very nice people and gracious host. Rental is attached to owners home, but you are separated and feel like your at the place all alone. Highly recommend this property, right on the White River. Caught several trout right in front of the house.

This cabin is quiet, well positioned between Cotter and Flippin and has exclusive back porch river access. One of the best rentals I’ve used in several years!

Quiet, peaceful home right on the river! Comfortable cabin with plenty of amenities.
Perfect deck for morning coffee, reading or river watching. Fishing right off the back banks, too.

As an avid traveler and VRBO guest, I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy cabin on the banks of the White River in Flippin, Arkansas. Let me tell you, it was quite the experience!
First off, the location was absolutely stunning. The cabin was nestled right on the bank of the river, with breathtaking views and surrounding trees. It was so quiet and peaceful that I could hear myself think (which is a rare occurrence for me!).
Now, I have to admit that my fishing skills were a bit lackluster during my stay. I guess the trout just weren't in the mood for my bait that day. But, I didn't let that dampen my spirits! I simply kayaked down the river, taking in the scenery and enjoying the fresh air. It was a great way to unwind and forget about the stresses of everyday life.
As for the cabin itself, it was the perfect retreat. It had everything I needed to feel right at home, including a comfy bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a cozy living room. And, let's not forget about the deck! It was the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the river flow by.
All in all, I had a fantastic time at this VRBO rental. It may not have been the most successful fishing trip, but it was definitely one of the most memorable! I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. Just don't forget to bring your sense of adventure (and maybe some better bait)!

This was the best place we have stayed. We fished right on property, caught nice trout and watched the wildlife. It was very relaxing. The homeowner was very nice and helpful with fishing tips. I almost hate to say how wonderful our stay was because I fear we will not be able to get another reservation. We couldn't ask for a better stay. Our hosts were both gracious and helpful. The place is amazing and comfortable. We were able to cook the majority of our meals right there. There is a very nice gas range and an awesome Weber gas grill! There is a market close by in case you need amything. The king size bed was so comfortable that we both slept in a few times! The river is gorgeous and all rooms have a beautiful view of it. We can't wait to go back.

Great location right on the river and for trout fishing. Very clean and in excellent shape. High waters hindered us some but the Holt's were very helpful in giving advice for the conditions. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location right on the river. Great views and very nice property. The owners were wonderful hosts. Everything was immaculately cleaned, kitchen well stocked for cooking, absolutely no complaints. None. Will return for sure. Also, all the rainbow trout you can catch from the bank right on the property. Could see the browns as well, but couldn’t get them to bite the bait I was using. A++ property.

Simply put, the Holt’s have the nicest cabin on the river. Stocked with all the amenities you could possibly want or need and the location is perfect. This was our first fishing trip to the White and with high water conditions we were a little outmatched but we’re able to catch plenty of fish right off the bank in the back yard! Don’s 50 years of experience fishing the area offered tons of advice which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be returning in the future!
