Situated in Cotter, this charming house for $228 per night is a great option for your next break. This fisherman's cottage is just blocks from Cotter Springs, Big Springs park ramp at the White River, and a few great eateries in Cotter. Perfect for a group of friends, couples, or a family, this home includes a fully stocked kitchen, back yard with a private entertaining deck, fire pit, grill, smart tv with high-speed internet, and comfy beds. Bringing the boat? No problem. We have a covered, pull-through carport and driveway with plenty of parking for 5+ vehicles & access alley for easy pull-through - no need to back up. We also have a wader hanger in the backyard. Located in the heart of Cotter, this cottage is just a few walkable blocks to town and to the river, 10 minutes to Mountain Home or Yellville and is within a short drive to Branson and other fun destinations. My home is set up for the fisherman and fisherman at heart with super comfortable beds, great water pressure for nice, hot showers, a firepit, gas grill, cable tv, and recliners a perfect place to relax after a long day of fishing or play. This cottage has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a full meal for a family or heat up a quick snack. To make your stay better and mornings happier, complimentary coffee and teas are provided to our guests. A washer and dryer in the cottage are available for our guests with a few pods to wash your lucky fishing shirt and the 'T' post in the backyard is perfect for hanging waders on to dry. If the full family is joining you, we have a futon that folds to a queen-size bed, a twin rollaway bed, a high chair and a pack-and-play to make things easier with a little one. Other items that make this a great home away from home: - high-speed wifi - SMART tv with cable - refreshing air conditioner - fans in all the rooms - large yard and private deck for relaxation - King and queen-size bed options - lots of natural light in the home - pull-through carport 10.75' x 26' with a back alley drive make it easier to pull the boat without the hassle of backing up or turning around in the yard. Very clean. Very nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very friendly and was very sincere in trying to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.

Thank you so much, Sandy! We loved our stay in your home. It was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely come back. Some of my favorite things about it where these… I loved having the hand sprayer in the shower. That is something that I look for when renting a VRBO. The girls in my family all agree when we are going somewhere new to stay. The shower had, great water pressure and plenty of heat as well! Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the fan in each room for the air circulation at night. We enjoy a cool house and it was perfect while we were here. My husband and I only turned on the heat a couple times because it got down to 40 something outside. Lol we also loved being able to watch our favorite shows on Netflix at night. when we stay in hotels, we are unable to do that. That was really great! The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed being here. Love, love, love the wood floors and your decor! I am learning to trout fish and this is a great spot in Cotter. It’s a wonderful homebase and You are a wonderful host! Your home is very close to the White River Cafe. Wow! they sure have the best breakfasts anywhere and the folks are so great! That goes for the wonderful fly shop just a block or so away! Thanks again for everything! We loved it and we will definitely be back soon!

As a business owner who specializes in cleaning vacation homes for many years, it has been so hard finding a vacation rental for personal trips without having to clean after arriving . This was the exact opposite, i was so grateful to get out of the heat after a long day into a beautiful , clean and very welcoming home. The owner was so nice & answered all my questions before i needed to ask them. I will be staying again!!

House is very clean and well kept. Nice to have three separate bedrooms and an open kitchen. Attached carport is a perfect place to park my boat. Communication w host was excellent - will recommend this property to friends/family.

Three senior men utilized Thai property for a four night stay in May of 2023. We fished the White River which was about 15 minutes away. Property was very clean and host was extremely good at communication. We will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great home in Cotter with excellent access to the Cotter Bridge, the highway, and local shops. This home has everything you would need and is incredibly clean. There’s plenty of room for multiple families or grandparents / parents/ and kids to be together but not on top of one another. Additional fold out bed and pack and play also available…as well as blankets for the couch. Loved the black “everything” towels. The fire pit in the back is awesome too! Would definitely stay here again!!

I'm sure most people come to Cotter for the fishing, which seems incredible, but it works for exploring the area as well. We had a last minute open weekend and found this property on short notice. It worked well for exploring the river(s), lake(s) and surrounding town.
