This very unique property is brought to you by the owners of the Historic FireHouse and The Cotter Fish & Game. The Miser has been totally restored and renovated and is a Historic property like no other! Perfect for LARGE groups, cooperate retreats, weddings, family reunions or the perfect fishing get-a-way! 6 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms with 3 showers. A giant Kitchen area with seating for 20 people in the kitchen. A massive Livingroom with big screen TV and HIGH speed internet and wifi through out the entire property. Only 60 seconds to the world famous White River and Big Spring Park. Bull Shoals lake and Norfork Lake are just 20 minutes away! Please NOTE this rental is for UPSTAIRS ONLY but if you need the EVENT CENTER it will be an ADDITIONAL 1000.00 per day. The event center will hold up to 150 people and has tables for 100 people. If you'd like just the event center its $1000.00 a day. The event center has two bathrooms table seating for 100 but has a max capacity of 175 people. Perfect for any type of meeting or get together, Reunion, corporate retreat, wedding showers, weddings. Large back yard with deck. The event center does not have a commercial kitchen but does have a prep area for catering. We would love to help setup the perfect event or family vacation for you. Please contact us so we can help. As always, the Peglar properties always exceed expectations. We have stayed at all of his properties. They are always clean and well provisioned and the Miser Lodge was no exception. Had a group of six adults, plenty of room for a four day excursion to the White River. See you again!

The lodge was awesome. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen area. Huge table with surrounding bar that all 16 of us were able to sit around and play cards. Large living room. Lots of parking. Highly recommend this great place.

We rented the top for the wedding party and had the wedding in the event space below! The whole place is lovely and great for a smaller wedding of about 50 inside. Angel was so helpful and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and the wedding party loved being able to relax and visit the night before the wedding.

I have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The recent face life after ownership change is very nice. This is a perfect place for a family event, family friends fishing trip etc. Great value for the product, I hope this continues to be such a great location and value. If so we will definitely stay a couple of times a year.

This was our first local venue for a small group of quilters to get together for a four day retreat. We will most definitely come back! The upstairs living area was beautifully decorated, the kitchen filled with everything we needed for meal prep, and the beds most comfortable. Plenty of extra bath towels and bed linens, all clean and fresh. Our first morning, we discovered the coffee maker and dishwasher weren’t working. One text to the property manager and he arrived in about an hour with a replacement coffee maker By mid afternoon, a new dishwasher was delivered and installed. Great customer care! We very highly recommend this property!!

Even Better than the listing!! The home is beautiful and spacious. Hospitality is beyond anything we have seen and we travel a lot! They thought of everything. Beds are VERY comfy. Everyone had space. There is a beautiful park right down from the house with a great swimming hole, sand volleyball and more. Perfect for family, friends or a group!

This House has so much character and history. Plenty of space for everyone in our group, great location for River access. This will probably be our annual place to stay for our couples trip as everyone loved it. Great communication from Joey/Angel.
