Nestled in Canandaigua Lake, this charming house for $615 per night is a great option for your next trip. Come and relax at our tranquil oasis-like retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes with amazing lake views. Close to Bristol Mountain, CMAC Performing Art Center and several wineries and breweries. Our home is tucked away on a private drive and sits on 1.3 wooded acres. Beautifully landscaped with sweeping covered porches wrapping around the home and private deck off master suite all with beautiful lake views. Cozy up to our outdoor wood burning fire pit or gas firepit off the private deck off the master or relax inside the spacious living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating on the comfy couches. Please note that we cater to families and laid back vacationers. If you are looking for a party house, we would not be your destination. We want to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our guests as well as our neighbors. The main floor includes beautiful kitchen with high end cabinets, quartz countertop, large farm-style dining table, gas fireplace, spacious living room. Full bath and guest bedroom with scenic lake views on first floor includes queen size and twin over full size bunk and private access to front porch. Second floor includes master bedroom with king-size bed, master bath and private deck with amazing lake views. Guest bedroom on the second floor includes a queen size bed and a full size bed. The second floor also includes a full bath and full-size washer and full-size dryer. This is a perfect home for you to enjoy with family and friends. Outdoor gas grill, fire pit on the lawn to roast marshmallows and spot area wildlife, and plenty of outdoor lawn games and indoor board games for your enjoyment. Several areas close by with public lake/beach access, less than 4 miles to public boat launch, 11 miles to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort and Aerial Adventures and 6 miles to CMAC Performing Arts Center. There are plenty of local restaurants as well as wineries and breweries close by. We look forward to having you stay at the Chosen View of the Finger Lakes!

This place was absolutely amazing. So accomodating for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Clean, cozy, spacious and private in just the right ways for each couple. House is fully stocked with everything we needed inside and out. Couldnt have asked for a better way to celebrate our moms retirement! Thank you!

Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home. The house fit the 9 of us ladies perfectly and having 3 bathrooms was definitely a bonus lol. Spacious, clean and equipped with every amenity we needed. The outside porches and views are amazing. The hosts were easily contacted and very accommodating. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again!!

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our group that traveled from Pittsburgh PA. The scenery was even prettier than what we had imagined. The yard and location was picture perfect!! This house is gorgeous and had all the amenities that was needed. Having 3 bathrooms was ideal for 7 adults. We were sad when we had to pack up. The peacefulness and tranquility of the house made it difficult to leave. We can’t wait to visit again.

Attending a family friend’s wedding, my wife and I along with my two sons and their spouses rented this property. It was everything we needed and wanted. It was close to the wedding venue, the town and a winery and brewery which we visited. The weather was nice so everything was perfect.

We needed a large house to accommodate our friends and family to see a concert at CMAC. This house was everything and more! Beautiful scenery and location. Extremely roomy and very clean! The deck looking out to the lake was so lovely to sit on in the morning to have coffee and enjoy the view . Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

We needed a place to stay for a Memorial service for a friend. We were not familiar with the area so we just took a chance on this property and it worked out great for our group. We were also treated to a Lunar Eclipse which we could see from the driveway.

This place was great. The house has an optimal layout with excellent bathrooms (new). Inside wood framing is really cool. This might have been the cleanest vrbo we have ever stayed in. The location is very convenient to town, lake, hiking, and Bristol. We will stay again!

My family and I enjoyed our Holiday stay at the Lake house. It's was spacious yet cozy with the the wonderful feeling of Christmas in the air. We loved the Farmhouse Feel with all the modern utilities. Christmas Breakfast was the best with Prayer and good eating all together around the table. We had 3 families staying for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our stay. The house was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. We did have a mouse show up for a visit (hence not a 5 star), but the owner was very responsive and reached out multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Would stay again.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 friends for a weekend getaway. The house was super clean, cozy, and perfectly decorated for Fall, exactly as pictured. The front porch has a beautiful view of the lake. Owners are responsive and helpful with recommendations and answering questions. The home was clean, well decorated, well equipped and incredibly cozy, not a small feeling but a homey feeling. The weather was perfect for using the fireplace making it feel like we were in a cabin in the woods. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and lacked nothing. The multiple bathrooms were a necessity when getting ready for a family wedding. There was an iron and a steamer available for our suits and dresses. 3 people were working from home for one of the days and the WiFi was excellent. We ate breakfast on the front porch and enjoyed the views. Inside or outside the views of the lake are incredible. If I am in the area again I will definitely rebook this home. We were a family of 6 adults and everyone felt the home was perfect. The details in this home show that the owners truly care about the people visiting their home.
