For starters, the photos showed that the villa featured a blooming green garden while in person it was a very dry and sorrow looking garden, filled with stray nails and sharp pebbles all over. Additionally, we were told that the check in was at 3pm, we arrived on time to find house keepers cleaning the house and they ended up finishing at 6:30, leaving us stranded for 3 hours in the scorching heat, in addition to using the same sponge for the windows and leaving it near the sink along with all the culinary tools and plates being sticky and moldy. The kitchen featured one knife and 3 pots in total with no other tools available. On the other hand, the description stated that there was a private pool on the villa’s premises while the only existing pool was accessible to anyone in el gouna right off of the street and was absolutely filthy. The house was handed in absolutely stripped of any soap and tissue rolls, whether bathroom or kitchen rolls. One of the bathrooms had both its sink and shower drains clogged which filled the bathroom’s floors with all the water coming out of the shower forcing us to mop after every single time we enter the bathroom. As well as the house being infested with ants including the kitchen which compromised every food item we left on the counters or in the cupboards, the toilet sinks and the couches in the living room which had ants crawling from under the pillows. Upon attempting to clean the house we only had a mop to attempt and clean off the grass which we swept into one corner of the house, we tried collecting it using the dust pan which to our surprise was left out of the house broken and covered in dust up to its handle in a bucket with a moldy towel and half of a broom head. During our checkout, the host came to check on the house and scolded us for not leaving the house clean despite not giving us any options to even attempt at cleaning the house, as well as threatening that she would never rent to us again since we are “unclean”.

Directly on the Lagoon, enough for a family or group of friends. Nice terrace view.

Not close to the beach , a car is needed. couch and bedsheets weren’t clean. Place was smelly at beginning that required extra cleaning.

Location is fine. Check in process was smooth

It’s falling apart, half the lights didn’t work, door doesn’t have a lock, washing machine doesn’t work, upper floor window broken, dining table chair broken, no working internet, garden door is broken.

It's a new property and the furniture is quite new. Location is good.

- TV was missing and i have 2 kids. I was promised that the TV issue will be resolved in the afternoon of our arrival day but it was not taken care of during our whole period of stay. - There was one window glass on the second floor that's broken. The shutter of this same window does not work. If you pull the shutter up, it will not come down. I tried calling the owner whom obviously knew about the broken window, the shutter and the TV but did not pick up or call me back. I called the person that handed me the key upon arrival and was informed that i have to manage the shutter thing.
