Nestled in Carroll, this attractive house for $490 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Open your door and walk 100 feet to the top of the Rosebrook Meadow Trail, on the Learning Center Quad and you’re off for the day to enjoy the best skiing, grooming and views in the East, including the new 8 person gondola and the gorgeous new Rosebrook Lodge at the top of the gondola. The updated 4-floor townhome is 2400 square feet and has plenty of room for multiple families to stay comfortably. The main level kitchen, dining and living area is an open space with a flat screen TV above the cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a beautiful Brazilian cherry hardwood floor. The living area is full of natural light beneath 2 skylights and opens up to a spacious deck, with grill, amidst the trees and babbling brook. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a bonus loft area. In all, 12 people can sleep very comfortably. Bretton Woods is your home base for countless activities in the White Mountains during all 4 seasons. Within the Omni Resort property you can enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, world-class hiking, snowmobiling, zip-lining, tubing, spa services, golfing, sleigh rides, rock/ice climbing, just to name a few. It is a short drive to shopping and dining in North Conway, as well as attractions such as Santa’s Village, Storyland, The Cog Railway, Lincoln Ice Castles, the Flume Gorge, Polar Caves Park, Echo Lake, Clark's Trading Post, Whale’s Tale Water Park, and many more. The owner, Alex, was very responsive. The house was clean and spacious. The condo is very close to Mt. Washington Hotel, which was great for us as we were back and forth. Would recommend!

Love skiing at Bretton Woods and this condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for everyone, the large kitchen table was great for a dinners and board games afterwards. Really cozy by the gas fireplace at the push of a button! Best part - access to the slopes, quick stop for lunch and back out again! Thanks Alex- great stay by everyone!

We just left a long weekend at Alex’s condo. We had an amazing experience! The location is perfect an easy walk to the ski trails. We have stayed at numerous slopeside condos at Bretton Woods and they all have a very tight galley kitchen. However Alex’s kitchen is a newer updated kitchen with a much improved layout! It’s wide open with plenty of space for more than one person in the kitchen! Everything in the condo is updated. The furniture and bedding is newer and comfortable! You really feel at home while having the convenience of being right on the mountain! It’s perfect a perfect get away for families!

Great access to the Learning Center Quad lift for beginners and easy access to all the lifts. Great location for easy bathroom breaks, lunch, and quick snacks before heading back on the slopes. Great stay and will return.

We were in area to enjoy leaf peeping and trail riding. Great location. Large kitchen table perfect for game playing and all having dinner. Full kitchen so meals were easy to prepare. We did order from Ya-Yas in Twin Mountain great local family convenience deli. 16 year old loved having the loft. We were coming from different areas Nc, Me, Nh and it was easy for all to roll in and get into house. Loved the quiet the togetherness. Nothing overly fancy but met all our needs. Cozy comfy convenient plenty of room. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a great stay with this ideal location. We regularly come to the area for hiking, skiing, and just being in the outdoors. This was a last minute trip and I was thankful that Alex got right back to us with the availability and booking info. While we had a few hiccups with the cleaning of the property, Alex was very helpful and responsive throughout.

If you’re looking for a home to stay for your family getaway, I highly recommend staying here. I’ve been on VRBO for over 10 years, traveling to the White Mountains, and by far this is the best home we have stayed in. There’s plenty of beds for a big group and the eat in kitchen is superb. The area is perfect if you’re planning on heading to Mount Washington as it is in very close range to the base road and other fun activities. Also, the owner Alex, is very responsive compared to others. We unfortunately had an untimely death in our family and Alex was kind enough to assist us with date changes to accommodate the sudden loss. We originally wanted to cancel but I’m glad we didn’t since the kids needed this vacation more than anything after a tough year last year and the recent loss. Thank you Alex for all your help before and during our stay. Love your home, hope to stay again!

Our stay was great. There were 4 adults and 5 kids. The pictures of the proximity to the trail do not do it justice. It was perfect. We were able to ski all morning, then lunch at the house. Those who wanted to ski for the day went back out after lunch, others could stay at home. The communication with Alex was top notch. Everything was just as expected with plenty of communication when needed. Looking forward to finding some more open dates!

Incredible Location!

The unit was very nice and couldn't get much closer to the slopes which, with COVID, was key this year as the lodges were barely running and it was easier to ski the kids back to the condo for lunch and bathroom breaks. The communication with the owner was impeccable as we had a little user-error on our end with the lock system and they were right there to assist us with getting in. Couldn't be happier with the entire stay!
