Situated in Carroll, this lovely house for $494 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Large four bedroom four bath townhouse, sleeps up to 14, 12 in bedrooms plus queen size pull out couch in lower family room, the base rate is based on a maximum of 10, each additional person is $25 per person per night. Large great room with cathedral ceiling; fireplace; views of Bretton Woods mountains and ski-slopes (62 runs- longest 2 miles!) from great room and deck. This town house is not air conditioned. Fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy - no need to bring anything except your clothes or climbing/hiking/kayaking gear etc.. Fully equipped modern kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans you will need; all new bed linens, blankets, comforters, pillows, towels/ washcloths (also new) provided, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish-washing tablets, large garbage bags, blender, coffeemaker and filters, all dishes, drinking and wine glasses, coffee cups, outdoor gas Grill(must be pulled away from Condo), gas stove & oven, 2 fridges with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, slow-cooker, washer, dryer - in fact everything you will need - just bring your stuff and relax! Important- We have carbon monoxide /smoke detectors on all three levels, they are powered by 120 volts with battery back-up( batteries were changed March 1, 2022). There is a outside security camera pointed at the parking lot.

We attended a wedding at the Omni Hotel and this location was a perfect spot! We were able to shift between locations with ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a spot to stay in the area.

We had a great stay at this condo. Little trouble with the door code but able to get in touch with the owner and in the door within 5 minutes. Location is great for our family! 30mins to storyland and santas village. Plenty of room for out extended family. Water heater did give us some trouble had a couple cold showers but it was fixed the next day.

We had three families stay with a total of six adults and five children including an infant. The condo is set up perfect for that! The kids could hang out in the basement while the adults were upstairs, and there’s even a baby gate blocking the basement stars!

Location and house was perfect for my nephew's wedding at Bretton Woods. Spectacular view too! Condo set up was great for our large group of adults. Would highly recommend this condo!

We rented this property for a family golfing getaway. The location was fantastic, just a stones throw from the Mount Washington golf course. The space this condo offered was great with 4 king bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suites, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen with a nice deck and beautiful views of Bretton Woods ski mountain. The condo was nice and clean. Communication between the owners and us was great. I would highly recommend this rental unit and would happily stay there again.

The condo was so beautiful and has me wishing we were still there. Perfect layout to accommodate two families and set of grandparents. Everything we needed was available along with toys all the kids enjoyed! The view was spectacular and relaxing after a full day at Santa’s Village! Hoping to be able to stay again! I’ve stayed at numerous vrbo houses and this was my favorite. Super spacious, clean, there was every cooking utensil and pots and pans available, which I feel like are always lacking and the best part was the beds! Every stay in every state has the worst beds but these were awesome and we all said we were so comfortable! Great place and we hope to rent this spot again next summer with a longer stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo! It had 4 bedrooms enough to fit 8 plus two bunk beds in the basement which out kids absolutely loved. The house was nice and clean and fully equipped for family dinners and game nights! My kiddos especially enjoyed the foosball table! It was under a 30 min ride to Story Land and Santa’s Village. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This condo is very spacious. This is our 3rd year staying here and there is always plenty of space for the family! It's a very child friendly unit! The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a meal! Just bring your groceries and you're ready to go! The couches are so comfortable! The view of the ski mountain from the deck is so beautiful ❤️ It's close to so many activities in the white mountains that you might want to do! I definitely recommend this for a wonderful vacation!

We love to stay at this property and and thought that everything about it was perfect including the awesome views. What truly sets this property apart is that the beds and furniture were high quality. We lost water and within minutes of a text to the owner they immediately called me and we had the water back on in less than 5 minutes. Overall excellent. We stayed with 5 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant and had plenty of space.

This is our second time renting this particular property and we love it. It might be further away from what we are going to New Hampshire for, but it is definitely worth the drive. It is a great place with everything you need to be comfortable. There were ten adults and everyone was very comfortable. You just need to bring your clothes and food and you will be very happy here! We will rent this condo again!

Gorgeous views and a well appointed and clean property. Twenty minutes to Santa’s Village! Sleeping space for plenty of people. The upstairs bedrooms get a little toasty at night, but the lack of AC was the only minor issue. We would definitely rent this town home again! Thank you for your hospitality 😊

As soon as we walked into the property, we were blown away by the views, layout, cleanliness and updates! This home has everything you need for a vacation. The kids loves the bunk beds in the lower level. The adults appreciated the clean and nice bed linens and white towels - better than a hotel, as well as updated and stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came up for a wedding at the Mt. Washington hotel. The house was much bigger than we needed as there were only three of us, but we enjoyed the extra space. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The view was amazing. The living room is big with plenty of seating and lounging space with two very comfortable reclining couches. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the house.

This is my family's third time staying here. We absolutely LOVE this home. The location of this is excellent for us. It is in the center of all we do. This is the first time we took the Loop Trail hike. What a lot of fun it was. The two older children (ages 9 & 7) thought they were on a real adventure! Our only disappointment (and not your fault just a sign of the times) is that the shuttle to the Mt Washington Hotel was not running. We can't thank you enough for sharing your lovely home with us! It was magnificent as usual and regret that we couldn't have stayed for the whole week. Looking forward to staying once or twice again in the coming year. Thank You, Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

We were looking for a place for the entire family as we were going to Santas Village and Storyland. Stayed the weekend with our kids and grandkids. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is clean, and very well maintained. The kids had a great time with all the toys provided. The owner was very quick in responding when I had to contact him. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
