A lovely short stay in Panchgani

Great location! Beautiful property! Friendly owners and staff! Super Breakfast! We had dinner on one night and it was great! They have good outdoor amenities like a badminton net, table tennis, cycling, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The door knob and lock of our room was quite tough to open and close. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable and a little uneven on the head side.

Rooms were ok but the price they are charging is very high. The property is very basic with no amenities and also doesnot have any view . The room rate they are charging is highly expensive. Breakfast menu is also very basic. Not value for money at all

Exceptional!!

Il Palazzo Villas is a wonderfully kept 100-year-old property that brings to you Parsi food and culture in a beautifully curated way. It is located close to the picturesque Tableland and also very close to the main market. The food is authentic and exceptional, made with a lot of love and care. It is almost like eating at a friend's place. The owners Lily and Kobad are amazing hosts and they along with their ever-smiling staff ensure you get a quality stay!

Definitely worth a visit

Beautiful quaint little place in the heart of Panchgani … neat and clean … safe for solo female travellers … pet friendly … cozy … would definitely recommend a stay here

Toiletries were extremely basic - this could be improved … only 1 hand towel provided for 3 guests - this can easily be changed … these are really small things and didn’t affect our stay significantly

old world charm, modern amenities and authentic Parsi food

excellent property, marries old world charm with modern facilities. the property has distinct cottages ,wide open spaces. interiors are modern and super super clean! the internet is great, and they have power backup. It’s family run and the hosts are super warm, the staff is equally amazing and welcoming. The USP has got to be the authentic and delicious Parsi food! location is great, it’s tucked in a bylane just off the main road , below tableland. everything is very accessible. while the property has multiple cottages, each cottage offers up enough privacy and space to do your own thing. the owners have pets, and it’s a pet friendly property, but they’re very mindful to rein the dogs in if you’re not comfortable. highly recommended, will visit again.

Excellent

This place is amazing. Luxurious, Lavish and better than any five star accommodation. The hosts Kobad and Lily are wonderful people. The food is too good, best of Parsi cuisine and lots of other varieties. The heritage property has been maintained very well. This will be my stay for every visit in Panchagani.

Nothing great. Not value for money.

Breakfast was okkish. Liked the Heritage feel/vibe. It was near to the main Panchgani market.

It's not value for the money. Rather it's very stiff. Rooms were small in size. Cupboard was kept in a cramped space where it was difficult to even open it. Cheap quality toiletries. We were served food on the same table that was not cleaned even once in two days or the entire duration of our stay. There were not enough tea/coffee/milk pouches as you have to constantly ask for it. Staff were just fine, nothing great about them. Also, you have to open the gates/entrance of the property your self as there is no watchman/gatekeeper. I won't recommend and wouldn't come back again.

Home away from home

It was a beautiful place and reminded us of our childhood. It's a precious place anytime better than any 5 star hotel.. I will for sure be a regular visitor.

Exceptional

Mr. Kobad (owner) and his daughter Kaizeen are perfect hosts. They made our stay with them truely memorable. The staff is very courteous. A perfect destination for a weekend getaway. Property is primly located, food is great, ideal place to spend leisure time with your loved ones, rooms well equipped with all basic necessities. Overall a great place to unwind and relax in the vicinity of mother nature. Would surely love to visit next time. Highly recommended.
